At this moment of time in Lumians' journey, the rest of the family members were starting to settle into the roles in which they have been given.
Within a small marble room, lushly decorated with golden décor an elderly woman was lying down on a red cushioned sofa. The elderly woman was slightly plump in the cheeks with slightly mottled skin revealing wrinkles from age, yet her cheeks appear flush and eyes dazed while she was breathing heavily.
"How long has she been like this?" An inquisitive voice cut through the panting, asking someone who appears to be standing nearby. In this room there were a few different people, A young woman with black hair, red lips Jade-like pale skin peeking out of her pristine white robes while holding onto what looked to be a rosary bracelet. An elderly gentleman hunched over holding onto a wooden walking stick, wearing plain woollen clothes, his face looking at the elderly lady in concern and worry. A tall man standing around six feet with white armour covering him from head to toe wearing a blank face was standing to one side and keeping his attention onto every movement in the room.
"Ah it ha-has been two weeks now my lady." Stammered the elderly man taking a respectful posture to the young lady who was checking upon the elderly woman.
"Hmm." The young lady held out her hand to the elderly lady grasping her wrist before reciting a command "HEAL." There was a glow appearing on her hands travelling to the elderly lady for a little while before the young lady released the elderly woman. "She should be fine now." the young lady says in an even tone as if what happened wasn't special at all.
The elderly lady on the sofa eased her breathing noises slowly going into a slight slumber where her blushed cheeks returned to a normal tone. "Ah, thank you my lady thank you, blessed be the holy moon." The elderly gentleman exclaimed out in excitement with thankfulness in his tone before grabbing the elderly lady to take her back home.
Once they left and the only two in the room was the young lady and the young, armoured man, the young lady said to him "Chris if there are no others I'll be leaving now."
"Of course, my lady." Chris responds in a formal tone before opening the door to the room to allow the lady to leave. The lady walked out the room in a steady gait before walking down a marbled corridor in what appeared to be a temple. Coming across a double wooden oak door, she pushed them apart to sunlight streaming onto her face slightly blinding her before her gaze catches a horse drawn carriage down the steps by the temple.
Hopping inside the carriage she asks the driver in an unhurried tone to "Head to Cortez Manor please." Before leaning back into the seats and closing her eyes while hearing the horses neigh to the sound of a whip.
After thirty minutes, the carriage arrives to a swift stop where the young lady hears the carriage driver yell towards her that, "We have arrived young miss." Opening the door to the carriage, the young lady hops out to see a large wooden Manor with a beautifully carved stone fountain spouting water in the front entranceway.
Creak
Walking up the wooden steps into the front door, she opens them after a brief moment of hesitation, then closing and locking the door behind her. Leaning against it she takes a deep breath before walking to the left into what looked to be a dining room which looked to be occupied by another couple of women. They both had hazel brown hair of differing lengths with one of them appearing slightly older than the other.
"Camilla, how did it go?" The younger one when looking up asked with a slight quiver to her voice in trepidation.
"Another successful heal, which means I'm closer to moving up the ranks in order to gather more information for us. Hopefully we can use this to find him." Camilla grabs a chair and sits down gently whilst clarifying the situation they seem to be in.
"Fuck!!!" Bashing her hand down onto the table in anger, Lisa, Lumian's older sister raised her voice in an aggressive tone. "The Deities said that we wouldn't be separated, then why the Fuck is he not with us? What if something happened to him? Shit!!"
Melissa, Lumian's and Lisa's mother chided in a quiet tone before letting a single tear roll down her cheek "Dear, please calm down, we can’t do anything right now but move carefully and slowly in this world, being angry does not help."
Taking a few moments to breathe, Lisa eventually calmed down enough to talk. "Okay, so let’s summarize what we do know with the information given to us at this moment yeah?" Lisa after calming down and taking a few deep breaths asked towards Camilla and Melissa.
After both Melissa and Camilla nodded in agreement Lisa Continued. "First, we were summoned by three of the deities ruling this world known as 'Eroinor'. These gods have domains in the Sun, Moon and Earth where their believers follow in the temples of Sancta Terra, Sancta Solaris and Sancta Lunaris. Everyone with me so far?"
When seeing her two companions nod Lisa continued "The deities felt one of the other gods stirring from their temporary slumber and want our help to negate them from doing so by accomplishing something on this world. When we were transported, we were landed inside of a temple each within the centre of the continent which currently goes by Elese."
"Within these temples, the holy priests declared the summoning of the 'Otherworlders' a success and explained that as non-natives of this world we need to; using our blessings of the divine, pick as to what they refer to a 'class' of study." After explaining this far, Lisa grabbed a quick drink of water to wet her parched throat before finishing.
"I'm an apprentice paladin of Sancta Solaris, mom is an apprentice Enchanter and Buffer of Sancta Terra, and you Camilla are currently an apprentice Healer of Sancta Lunaris edging on becoming a beginner Healer."
After reaching agreements to their knowledge displayed, Camilla said. "From my knowledge, once we reach the third rank, we will be able to go beyond the capital city and explore the rest of the world, this should be able to mean that we can find him."
Once this was acknowledged the three of them prepared a simple dinner without the need of servants as they didn't feel comfortable having more eyes around them. After the meal they went to bed in order to be ready to face another day.
