Arthur looked at the burly tanned guy in front of him with an empty gaze as if waiting for what he was going to do.
Although he could have just ignored everything from the beginning and drove away with his car, as simple as that, he still decided to stop and watch what they would do with that girl.
’However, getting involved into something like this once in a while is a good change.’ Arthur thought as he observed the angry guy in front of him.
However, looking cold and indifferent, Arthur inwardly desired something that could make his blood boil, something exciting, something different from his everyday boring routine.
So, he was waiting to see what was going to happen patiently as if having all the time in the world.
But then, he saw something that defied logic by all means that he took some seconds to understand what was happening.
It was truly shocking.
The muscles of the burly tanned guy bulged and got bigger while his blue eyes glowed intensely, once he opened his mouth, sharp teeth along with strong fangs that seemed to cut anything coming to close contact with it could be seen.
"Grrrr...."
He growled as white fur began covering certain areas of his body along with wolf-like ears on top, and thick furry tail coming from his lower back.
He looked more like a beast than a human at this moment in Arthur’s eyes.
"You are going to regret staying here rather than running away you fuck!" The wolf-like guy growled with a predatory smile that promised death.
Normally and naturally, in such situation facing something this bizarre and unknown would make any normal person shit himself or run from the beginning for his dear life.
But to Arthur, though was surprised at first, looked anything but afraid watching this.
’Hmmm....interesting.’ He thought as he observed the guy in front of him.
Looking at Arthur, he should be afraid and trembling in his place from fear, but the reality was the complete opposite. He was calm, and more amused than afraid by what was happening in front of his eyes.
Was that normal?
Of course not, it’s just that Arthur is a special case.
And this didn’t escape the eyes of the crimson eyed girl who looked bewildered by his reaction.
"You mother*****er go fucking die!" Affected by Arthur’s infuriating reaction that was weird, he clutched his fist and punched in a very fast way that made the wind whistle as a result.
Swoooosh!
Seeing this punch, Arthur widened his eyes as it was too fast and strong but then his body moved, dodging the punch by hair’s breadth.
"Woah, that was quite close!" Arthur exclaimed with a not so impressed tone.
But that made the guy angrier and attacked again more ferociously.
But then Arthur again dodged making the guy angrier and angrier.
"Stay still you shit and let me hit you once!" He growled with eyes glowing more intensely.
"I’m not a masochist, so no." Arthur replied before dodging again.
Currently, he can’t hurt that burly angry werewolf as he is simply still a human being with no special power to do any damage. Before, he was able to deal with his friends as he didn’t feel that much of a threat from them and was confident he could deal with them, but that guy in front of him was really bad news. For now.
Meanwhile.
The crimson eyed girl looked really surprised by how Arthur dodged, it wasn’t everyday you see a human being dodging such a fast punch from a werewolf like that.
’Just how? Is it instinct?’ She thought as she noticed how Arthur dodged before the punch landed by hair’s breadth.
’That’s more likely to be instinct as no normal human being will be able to do something like that.’ As she thought so, she saw that the situation was escalating and if continued, problems would fall upon them.
Fortunately, she put a barrier around the area to prevent any passing human from witnessing this.
"Enough Michael, stand down!" Her voice was not so loud but was heard by both guys.
"What are saying Leila?! I must kill this arrogant human who thinks highly of himself!" Micheal, the werewolf, growled at her before looking back at Arthur with ferocious eyes.
’??!’ Arthur he looked at him with a strange and confused expression.
"If you don’t listen, then I will have to make you listen myself." Leila said while narrowing her eyes as they turned to slits.
And hearing this, Micheal flinched and immediately backed down as if afraid of her.
’Hmm~’ Arthur smiled amusingly as he looked at the white haired girl who looked to be in her eighteens or something.
His eyes gleamed with amusement mixed with a hint of enjoyment at the scene of the big werewolf getting scolded by someone that looked like a child in front of him.
’Well, it seems the fun has ended.’ He thought before deciding to go back to his car and drive away.
But before he could take a step toward it—
"Wait, mister!"
He heard the voice of that girl calling him and once he looked back, a blinding light flashed in his eyes.
In the next moment, darkness filled his vision completely while his head buzzed before everything turned quiet.
Looking at Arthur passed out in the ground, Leila sighed in relief.
"That should do it. And you should restrain yourself next time, you and your fucking games." Leila said as she looked at Michael displeased with his actions.
"Sorry, won’t happen next time." Michael apologized with this wolf-life ears down before his body reverted to his usual appearance from before.
"Let’s go." Leila said before giving one last look at Arthur before she secretly made a quick movement with her finger that Michael didn’t see then left.

Next day, Arthur woke up early feeling a slight headache that made him frown a little before he sighed and decided to get ready for his morning routine as usual.
Washing his face to freshen up, he wore a track suit before going out to jog.
And as he was doing so, his thoughts drifted back to yesterday’s happenings.
’That was really quite shocking, I mean, it’s not everyday you get to see a werewolf, something only seen in myths and animes.’ He thought while focusing on the track ahead running while controlling his breathing.
’But that blinding flash at the end. I was really caught off guard by it. It was good that I pretended to pass out on the spot.’
’I wonder what was that? A kind of spell like those characters in novels and comics?’
’It seems the world is not normal as it looks.’
As Arthur thought so, a small smile adorned his face before it disappeared in the next moment then continued jogging.
An hour later, he went to his private gym and practiced for another hour before taking a bath to wash off the sweat then wore his classic black suit along with classic, leather shoes to accompany it.
Once that was done, he went to have his breakfast along with his sister.
The atmosphere was calm and cozy for both siblings to connect over the morning meal in front of them.
"Are you facing any problems with your college?" Arthur asked Ella making her stop eating and look up at him with her emerald-green eyes that looked like a pair of precious gems.
"Not at all brother, on the contrary, I have some good friends and the professors are doing well explaining the subjects to us, though some are quite eccentric or just don’t want to teach." She said the last sentence with a quiet soft giggle as if remembering a funny memory.
Seeing her like this, Arthur’s heart softened and a gentle smile adorned his sharp face making Ella dazed a little before a charming smile adorned her gorgeous face.
’You are quite unfair brother~’ She muttered inwardly in a cute endearing tone.
They then enjoyed the hearty breakfast talking about mundane things that happened in their life before it was time to leave.

Arthur accompanied Ella to her car before watching her leave to her college as usual before he prepared to go to his company.
Today, a very important meeting with some in-house departments is going to take place, and this meeting will change things in the company.
Once he arrived, he walked inside with an air of authority and strictness making everyone feel slightly suffocated and quiet. No one dared to utter a word in his presence until he took the elevator to the tenth floor.
Walking out of it, he saw Ava waiting for him in front of his office holding a cup of hot coffee.
But once she noticed his presence and looked at him, her body stiffened while cold sweat running on her forehead because of the natural aura and coldness he showed.
He was a human being nonetheless, but you could say, it was so natural like when you see someone angry and feel threatened by him.
’H—he is so cool!! Fuck I’m getting wet already~’ But despite the look she showed, her inner thoughts revealed the complete opposite to some extremes.
’I think I will play with myself so hard tonight, that’s if I managed to hold it.’
Ava was just this eccentric woman who showed something different from her inner thoughts.
