<Zuri>
Everything was sore.
Sitting up in bed, Zuri felt every muscle in his body protest the simple action.
‘God damn it….’
There wasn’t a single part of him free of pain.
From the tips of his ears to the soles of his feet, none had been spared from the ruthless onslaught. Everything ached in a deep way that didn’t seem keen on disappearing. Making it worse was the fact that certain places ached worse than others. Those namely being his… chest and nether regions. The parts of him that didn’t receive a single break the entire night.
Zuri bitterly licked his lips.
He… he had really underestimated her will to go that far.
A soft, weak curse escaped his lips.
Zuri knew.
He knew better than anyone how particularly weak he was. And yet, despite knowing this, he put himself in a situation where his weakness could be exploited. He walked into that trap so willingly it was almost funny. Mistakes have been made, and it was quite clear which one was the biggest. And no, it was not agreeing to her words or even following her into a room after she repeatedly stated her intentions beforehand. It was thinking he understood her when she had clearly changed.
It was very evident what the problem was.
The old image Zuri had of her was just plain wrong, yet he chose to act on it.
Creak
The door to the bedroom slowly blew open.
A figure was revealed, ready with an assortment of goods in their hands.
“Good morning! My dear wife!” (C)
Staring blankly at the energetic, bouncing figure, Zuri could not reconcile this woman with the beast he had met yesterday. That same lust-ridden beast who refused to stop, no matter what he begged or offered. That same beast who had gone mad with desire, exclaiming that he would bear her children. That same beast who had the fierceness to quell his every attempt at escape.
It was no wonder he had been fooled.
She was the wolf in sheep's clothing.
The moment their eyes met, Zuri looked away.
He didn’t want to be anywhere near her right now, much less look at her.
Unfortunately, though, that wasn’t his choice to make.
Cleodora moved to the bed and sat down while humming a casual tune.
“I’ve brought some herbs. They should help with the soreness.” (C)
Zuri instantly faced away and pulled up the covers that hid his body higher.
“Don’t worry! They don’t taste bad. I’ve tried them myself and even added a little sweetness.” (C)
Cleodora scooted closer to him.
“Tangoberries, your favourite, yeah?” (C)
She held out a spoonful of the herbs.
‘Ahhh’
They smelt heaven-sent, yet Zuri didn’t fall for the temptation.
Only the heavens knew what she put in it, and they weren’t kind enough to share with him.
After a few minutes of her repeatedly trying to force it in his mouth and him dodging, Cleodora finally gave up.
“You won’t get better if you don’t take this.” (C)
‘Whose fault is that, huh!?’
He didn’t bother to say that out loud, though.
Words were meaningless for someone like her.
Cleodora sighed.
“…I have to go to work for now, but I’ll come back to check on you, okay?” (C)
Again, Zuri didn’t answer.
Instead, patiently waiting until she decided to leave.
“I love you.” (C)
A tender tone touched Cleodora’s voice as she gave him a kiss and stood up to leave.
“See you soon!” (C)
‘Ugh, finally!’
Hearing the door close, Zuri turned his face forward and wiped the kiss on the sheets.
Yesterday had been quite the wake-up call.
As a former man, Zuri never imagined himself to be laid in such a position. It was disgraceful in a way words alone couldn’t capture. Having those acts forced on him showed him his current standing. If he were to hope to salvage his current situation, being as passive as he currently was wouldn’t cut it. He can’t allow this to happen again or continue, no matter the cost.
Compelling his body to stand, Zuri thought about his next steps.
The first and most pressing order of business was making sure what Cleodora desired to happen didn’t. Otherwise, any other plan he’d form would be doomed to fail. Feeling a certain liquid trail down his legs, Zuri redoubled his efforts to move. She had really tried her best to make him pregnant. Repeatedly ejaculating in him in order to ensure success.
‘Too bad for her…’
Despite her best efforts, it was common knowledge Kitsune didn’t get pregnant easily. There was only one opportunity a year for it to happen. If missed, a person would be forced to wait an entire year to try again. Unlike humans, Kitsune women only release one egg a year. Meaning, they only have a month where they may experience period-related problems.
‘Stupid legs!’
Grabbing onto the doorframe, Zuri paused for a breath.
Taking the moment to reach down for his robes and put them on.
His body was a map of protesting aches, not the least of which was the deep, undeniable pressure of a full bladder he couldn't afford to spare time for.
He ignored it and pressed on.
Normally, if Cleodora had done what she did literally any other time of the year, he wouldn’t be panicking like he is now.
But sadly, he had had his period a mere few days ago.
Pushing the door open, he strode forward with uneasy steps.
He didn’t know if she knew or whether it was dumb luck, but currently, he was in hot water.
‘…No, she knew. Didn’t she?’
Why else would she be so eager?
Pausing at the front door, Zuri leaned on the wall. All was not lost despite her actions; the chances of him getting pregnant were still low for a multitude of reasons. Chief among them being that fact that they were both from different races. Interspecies couples were known to have problems with bearing children. With some luck, he may not get pregnant.
‘…Luck alone isn’t enough’
It was the reason why Zuri had struggled to the front door.
He needed to head down to the village and see if he could find an herbalist or healer to help him.
They could help make sure he dodges this bullet.
“Ah, what are you doing out of bed?” (C)
A gentle voice called out to Zuri.
He froze.
…She hadn’t left already?
“You’re not going to the village, are you?” (C)
In an instant, he came face-to-face with a smiling Cleodora.
Pinned to the wall adjacent to the front door.
“I know you dislike the village.” (C)
Swallowing lightly, Zuri spoke with a hoarse voice while avoiding her eyes.
“W-Where I go doesn’t concern you.” (Z)
“It does when you are my wife.” (C)
She leaned in and gave a kiss.
“I guess you weren’t as tired as I thought?” (C)
A short yelp left Zuri’s mouth as she suddenly completely pulled down his robes.
Exposing his bare body to the world again.
“…We should continue where we left off.” (C)
Before Zuri could reject, she went to work. Turning his body around and pushing him up against the wall. Her hands explored his body with zeal. Each one immediately going for a precious area. Two fingers penetrated his body, nearly causing his legs to buckle, while two more pinched and pulled at his nipples. The fingers embedded in Zuri dug around for a moment before pulling out with a plop.
“A little more couldn’t hurt….” (C)
Zuri felt his heart quicken at those words.
‘No, no, no!’
“W-Wait, I can’t now—!?” (Z)
His earnest struggle was silenced as a well-timed ear bite, nipple pull and the sudden re-entering of the fingers caused something extraordinarily terrible to happen.
The opening of the floodgates.
Zuri’s legs buckled, and he collapsed to the floor.
Liquid pooled from where he kneeled as he stared at the scene in disbelief.
Silence and then—
“O-Oh… I didn’t think….” (C)
Tears started to fall.
“…I-I told you to wait!” (Z)
His voice came out a weak whisper, but the fury behind it was real.
Tears streamed down Zuri’s face, and unlike before, where he tried to calm down, he let loose entirely. Perhaps it was because of all that had happened yesterday or the fact that he just soiled himself now, but he just stopped caring for appearances. He cried and cried endlessly, cursing everything and anything he could think of. It was just too much, really! All this nonsense he was being forced to endure, and for no reason at all!!
Why was he the one that had to be burdened with her!?
Why was he the one who had to be pregnant!?
Why can’t he just do the things he liked!?
Lost in the tears, the next couple of moments, hours? Passed in a blur as Zuri was moved through the kitchen, bathroom, and then one of the bedrooms. It was there where he finally came to in the arms of Cleodora as she spoon-fed him tasty herbs.
“Don’t worry, you’ll be alright…” (C)
Cleodora’s gentle voice tickled his ear.
Shoving the spoon at his mouth, Zuri came back to his senses.
“G-Get off me.” (Z)
“You’re back!” (C)
Zuri frowned.
“Right!” (C)
Instantly, Cleodora moved away from him and was against the door.
“I’ll leave you alone right away!” (C)
She opened the door and stepped out.
With an awkward laugh, she started to close the door as her voice took a more sombre tone.
“I’m sorry… I really do love you.” (C)
Finally, it shut, and Zuri was once again left alone.
This time he didn’t bother to get up but laid his head on the pillow.
Tired.
‘Love? What does that even mean?’
If this was love, he wanted no part in it.
It hurt.
His body ached.
His pride hurt worse.
Covering his eyes with his arms, Zuri bit his lip.
Everything was a mess: his body, his dignity, his future.
But the worst part was the truth he had been avoiding:
He was losing.
He’d come into this marriage with a plan: manipulate her, control her, get her indebted, and gain freedom.
And now?
He couldn’t even walk to the door without collapsing.
Pathetic.
Zuri inhaled shakily.
‘No’
He wouldn’t cry again.
He wouldn’t let her win like that.
He’d made mistakes, yes, but that only meant he had to adjust.
He wasn’t defeated.
He will win this.
