“Oh, no, no!”

Hearing Coulson’s words, Tony immediately came back to his senses.

After giving an awkward laugh, he said directly, “Actually, I was just discussing his identity with Jones.Full novel: Marvel: I Have the Strongest Eyes — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

I didn’t expect you to solve it directly!”

“Really?

No need to thank me!”

Hearing Tony’s words, Coulson froze for a moment before instinctively responding.

“Uh…”

Seeing Coulson’s reaction, the expression on Tony’s face became even stranger.

Thank you?

Right now, I feel like slapping you!

After roaring inwardly, Tony spoke directly.

“So, what were you saying just now?

Oh, right, you wanted to know the details of how I escaped, right?

Uh…

sorry, but I have something I want to discuss with Jones right now!”

“Sure, no problem!”

Hearing that Tony was obviously trying to get rid of him, Coulson’s expression didn’t change in the slightest.

He simply nodded lightly.

“We know you’ll be very busy recently, but we still have quite a few questions.

After some time passes, you might forget the details.

How about we set a time first?”

“No need!”

Tony immediately rejected the suggestion.

“After I get back, I’ll record everything that happened during that period on a USB drive.

I’ll give it to you then.

That way, you can be sure I won’t forget anything!”

“All right!”

Seeing the impatience already appearing on Tony’s face, Coulson nodded lightly.

“In that case, I’ll take my leave.”

“Don’t bother seeing me out!”

Facing the agent who had just disrupted everything he had carefully set up, Tony wasn’t in the mood to be polite.

He didn’t even bother raising his eyes as he spoke.

“I’ll walk you out!”

Compared to Tony, Jones’s opinion of Coulson had improved considerably, especially after Coulson had brought him his identity documents.

Therefore, after hearing Coulson’s words, Jones immediately followed him outside.

After watching Coulson disappear down the hallway, Jones turned around and returned to the room.

However, the moment he entered, he was surprised to discover Tony sweeping a small device around the room.

“What are you doing?”

Jones didn’t interfere with Tony.

He simply walked past him, picked up the bag Coulson had left behind, poured its contents onto the bed, and began looking through them himself.

“That guy’s toys!”

With the device in his hand beeping, Tony quickly found two small listening devices hidden in the room.

“This guy really is an agent.

He looks so mild-mannered, but his hands are pretty quick!”

Perhaps because Tony himself had planted listening devices in the room, he didn’t make any crude remarks about Coulson secretly planting his own.

“Really?”

Hearing Tony’s words, curiosity appeared on Jones’s face.

He put down the driver’s license in his hand and walked over to Tony.

“I’m actually curious what they want to know.”

Looking at the two tiny listening devices in Tony’s hand, each about the size of a grain of rice, Jones showed a look of disdain before turning back toward the bed.

Of course…

as he turned away, Jones silently crushed another one of Coulson’s listening devices that Tony hadn’t discovered.

Walking over to the window, Tony opened it and threw the listening devices in his hand outside.

“All right, don’t worry about these little things.

Let’s continue talking about what we were discussing earlier!”

As he spoke, Tony quickly walked over to Jones and pointed at the driver’s license Jones had tossed onto the bed.

“Now I’ve paid my share too.

So, can we discuss our second deal?”

Hearing Tony’s words, the corner of Jones’s mouth twitched.

This guy really knew how to seize an opportunity.

Just moments ago, he had been trying to use the identity issue to extract information from Jones, and now he had already changed the subject to their second deal.

Jones chuckled and didn’t dwell too much on the identity issue.

Although Tony hadn’t personally obtained it for him, Coulson had only helped because of Tony.

Jones could understand that perfectly well.

Staring straight at Tony, a glint appeared in Jones’s eyes.

“Sure.

So, Mr.

Stark, what do you want to trade for?”

“Tell me about my parents.

I want the complete truth!

And evidence!”

The moment Jones agreed, Tony became extremely excited.

He stared straight at Jones, his eyes filled with anticipation.

“If you can tell me what happened, then we’ll consider everything between us settled!”

“Impossible!”

Jones rejected Tony without the slightest hesitation.

“Your parents’ story is my most valuable bargaining chip.

If you want to trade for it, fine.

But first, let’s discuss the palladium issue.

After that, we’ll talk about your parents.”

“You!”

Tony’s eyes instantly widened when he heard Jones’s words, but he quickly calmed down again.

Staring directly into Jones’s eyes, Tony spoke without hesitation.

“Fine!

Tell me what you want.

I’ll give it to you right now!”
