After waiting for four hours, Tony finally saw the helicopter coming to pick him up.
Tony waved his jacket excitedly at the helicopter, looking as if he had been given a new lease on life.
Ethan also smiled happily beside him.
As for Ethan, he had already sensed the helicopter with his Observation Haki and used his ability to return home.
By the time he got home, it was already noon.
Fortunately, he arrived just in time for lunch.
After taking a refreshing shower and changing his clothes, Ethan sat down and began devouring food under the stunned gazes of his family.
He ate three large bowls of rice in one sitting.
After eating his fill, Ethan greeted his father before eagerly taking a taxi to Hannah’s house.
He didn’t even call Hannah beforehand.
When he arrived, he knocked on the door.
The moment Hannah opened it, Ethan pulled her into a big hug and passionately kissed her.
Since Ethan had left the previous Saturday and an entire week had passed, it was Saturday again.
There was no school, so the two spent the day enjoying each other’s company.
After dinner, they went shopping and had coffee together.
Life couldn’t have been more comfortable.
The next morning, Ethan and Hannah came downstairs hand in hand, acting as sweet as ever.
When they reached the living room, they saw Ethan’s father, Daniel, watching the news.
The moment Daniel saw Ethan, he quickly called him over.
“Ethan, look at this.
It seems Tony Stark has run into some trouble.”
“He’s actually planning to shut down his company’s weapons division.”
“He’s a weapons company.
If they stop selling weapons, what are they supposed to do?”
Daniel glanced at Ethan.
Seeing his son looking completely unconcerned, he continued.
“You own three percent of Stark Industries, right?”
“You should sell it quickly.”
“The stock price is definitely going to crash.”
Daniel wasn’t being heartless and telling his son to abandon the company that had just helped their family.
Three percent of Stark Industries was an enormous amount of money.
If the company’s stock dropped too far, Ethan really could suffer a huge loss.
Ethan understood what his father was thinking.
“Dad, don’t worry.”
“I know what I’m doing.”
“In fact, I’m planning to take advantage of the falling stock price.”
“If some of the smaller shareholders can’t handle the pressure and start selling, I’ll buy up as much of their stock as I can.”
“What?”
“You’re actually planning to buy more?”
Daniel stared at his son in disbelief.
“Dad, just trust me.”
“Stark already told me about his plans.”
“He’s planning to transform the company into an energy company.”
“More specifically, high-end clean energy.”
“I’ve already seen the prototype.”
“I’m very confident that Stark Industries will become even more successful than before.”
Ethan explained his reasoning to his father.
Daniel sighed.
“Fine.
Do whatever you want.”
“But your father believes in you.”
“Even if you somehow lose all your money, your mother and I can still support you.”
“However, before you lose all your money, you should at least buy yourself a house.”
“You and Hannah are becoming way too affectionate.”
“Your mother, your sister, and I can’t take it anymore.”
Daniel knew that his son had his own plans.
He didn’t argue with him.
Instead, he jokingly suggested that Ethan move out and buy a house.
After all, having a home of your own was considered extremely important.
Ethan thought about it.
His father actually had a point.
During this period, Ethan and Hannah had become increasingly close.
They had also started spending a lot of private time together.
His younger sister, Chloe, was becoming increasingly resentful about it.
So when Daniel suggested buying a house, Ethan was immediately interested.
He turned toward Hannah and gave her a questioning look.
Hannah had heard Daniel say that the two of them were being too affectionate.

But when he saw his son and future daughter-in-law communicating with nothing but their eyes after barely saying a few words, he became speechless.

His determination to get Ethan out of the house as soon as possible became even stronger.
He immediately urged Ethan to start looking for a house.
Emily Chen also became interested when she heard that Ethan was planning to buy one.
She came over and started offering suggestions.
Ethan, however, already had his own idea.
He planned to leave the house-hunting to the almighty Pepper.
Of course, he couldn’t simply call Pepper and ask her to do it.
So he decided to visit Tony first.
That night, after spending some intimate time with Hannah, Ethan waited until she had fallen asleep.
He quietly got up, changed into his combat suit, and went to see Tony.
When he arrived, he noticed that the front door was open.
Without hesitation, he walked inside.
Tony had already learned that Ethan had arrived through JARVIS.
He called Ethan and came up from the basement to the living room.
Pepper was also still awake.
The three of them stood up to welcome Ethan.
“Hello, our little bear.”
“What brings you all the way to my place?”
The moment Ethan entered, Tony enthusiastically approached him and tried to give him a hug.
Ethan immediately stepped aside.
Pepper and Ethan then approached him one after another to thank him.
Ethan thanked Ethan for saving his life.
Pepper thanked him for saving Tony.
Ethan didn’t say much.
He simply nodded at them before walking over to the sofa and sitting down.
“Tony, I came here because I need you to do me a favor.”
“My little bear, your business is my business.”
“Just tell me what you need.”
Tony agreed without hesitation.
He had already decided that he needed to maintain a good relationship with Ethan.
Besides, most things could be handled by his employees anyway.
Ethan noticed the curious expressions on Pepper and Ethan’s faces.
He felt slightly awkward.
“Tony, it’s like this.”
“I have a girlfriend.”
There was a brief silence.
“Congratulations, little bear.”
“And then?”
“Don’t tell me you want me to help you take care of your girlfri—”
“Argh!”
Pepper kicked Tony in the leg.
Tony immediately realized what he was saying.
“Ahem.”
“Go ahead, little bear.”
“But getting a steady girlfriend this early is such a waste.”
“You’re giving up an entire forest for one tree.”
Ethan’s eyelid twitched when he heard that.
But he didn’t say anything.
He knew Tony didn’t mean any harm.
The man’s mouth simply had no filter.
