What… the hell is this?!

That was the shared inner voice of the demon duo at this moment.

Carlo wore a waist-length golden wig, light makeup on his face, and a red gown.Full novel: Mischievous Loli in My Doll! — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

His bare, pale legs were on full display, and on his feet sat a pair of high heels.

None of that was the point.

The point was the two lumps of silicone jiggling nonstop at his chest.

He looked like a full-on party girl!

The two appeared in front of Carlo as if by teleportation.

“Didn’t you say you’d never cross-dressed before?

Then how come there’s makeup on your face?”

“And two lumps of silicone at your chest too.

Mm… feels kinda fake when you squeeze them.”

“Can’t I have learned it from a book?!” Carlo irritably swatted away the pair’s roving hands pawing at his silicone breast forms.

“It’s because I’m just not suited to cross-dressing, okay?! That’s why makeup was the only way to get this far. And seriously, are we really going out dressed like this?”

Sak struck a coquettish pose.

“But of course!”

If only one could tune out his leg hair and his voice.

Mir sprawled across the sofa with zero decorum, his black-stockinged legs stretched out in front of him.

This pose, which used to make him look like such a loser, now somehow gave off a genuinely cool impression.

“By the way, your voices are seriously off. Go out like this and the moment you open your mouths you’ll get handled as perverts, won’t you?”

Mir’s words woke the two up.

Something had felt off this whole time—voices like that really would make the whole illusion fall apart the moment they opened their mouths…

But then again, this kid Mir was practically a natural at cross-dressing, wasn’t he?

They hadn’t noticed before, but Mir’s voice was so feminine, and now in women’s clothing it captured the “cool girl” image to the fullest.

The two of them turned toward Mir in perfect sync.

Mir raised an eyebrow at the pair—he had a feeling these two were plotting something unsavory.

“Ah~ ah~ ah~ how’s this?” Sak asked in a forced falsetto.

“No good.

Off and affected at the same time.”

“Then what do we do?” Sak was a little discouraged.

“Come to think of it, when I was bored I made a few little voice-changing gadgets…” As he spoke, Carlo pulled out several gemstone-set necklaces.

Held in the hand, the necklaces gave off a faint ripple of magic power, but as long as you didn’t touch them they wouldn’t be detected.

Perfect!

Hold on!

Sak seemed to hit on something, his expression freezing in an instant.

These two guys…

I only suggested cross-dressing—why are these two so thoroughly prepared?

Mir had already shown off skilled cross-dressing technique earlier, and Carlo, this shut-in otaku, not only had various styles of women’s clothing but now even had voice-changers on hand.

This was… chilling the more you thought about it!

What’s this guy’s problem now?

Mir and Carlo traded a glance.

Seeming to sense the pair starting to look at him with exaggerated concern, Sak cleared his throat, then shouted in a peppy girl’s voice, “Since we’re all set, let’s head out and pick up girls!”

“Hold on!” the two called out in unison to this guy who was already sinking into character.

“What is it now?” Sak balled up a fist and glared at them, displeased.

“Shave your leg hair first!” ×2

Sak: …

Ur City Precinct 03.

Captain Aisha was currently facing one of the great trials of her life.

Moments ago she’d taken a report—a murder case, and the method suggested preparation for a Magic Ritual, so as captain she was naturally supposed to rush to the scene to investigate.

But just as she was gearing up to move out, her stomach suddenly cramped violently.

Seemed she’d eaten expired instant noodles and now had a bad case of the runs.

Left with no choice, she sent her subordinates ahead to the scene while she took care of business first.

And then came the crucial part…

No paper!

“Anyone out there? Hello? Somebody help a girl out here!”

But no one answered—she’d dispatched most of the precinct to the crime scene herself.

“Damn it!

Just don’t let me find out which bastard used up all the toilet paper!”

“Achoo!”

Mir rubbed his nose in confusion—the sudden hit of sunlight after stepping out of the shut-in’s room had made him sneeze, but…

“Why do I feel like someone’s cursing me?”

Hearing him, Carlo shot him a scornful look.

“Plenty of people curse you.

Just think about how many you’ve offended.”

“Mm~” Mir pressed his palms together and tilted them against one cheek, saying expressionlessly, “I’m this cute—how could I possibly offend anyone?”

Carlo & Sak: …Oh god, why is the kid suddenly so adorable?

Was his cross-dressing really this captivating?

Mir gave a slight smile to a girl downstairs who was looking their way, and successfully sent her running off red-faced.

“Never noticed before, but this guy actually makes a pretty convincing girl?” Sak leaned close to Carlo’s ear and muttered, drawing an agreeing nod from Carlo.

Mir didn’t catch the two’s little exchange.

Having discovered that his cross-dressing was apparently pretty attractive, his playful streak flared, and he sneered coldly at another burly man who was likewise gawking their way, then looked down at him as though he were a bug.

The burly man ran off whimpering pathetically, and you could faintly catch the sound of a heart breaking.

Sak & Carlo: …

“I take back what I said earlier.

This kid is the devil incarnate, no question about it.”

“Mm…”

“What are you two whispering about?

Weren’t we going to pick up girls?” At the mention of picking up girls, Mir revealed a delighted smile.

Seeing that smile, the other two shuddered.

How had they never noticed before that the kid’s smile could be so unsettling?

“R-right, let’s get moving. It’d be bad if Ura or Xia Ye spotted us.”

But in this world, some things grow more likely to happen the more you don’t want them to.

Just as the three passed Xia Ye’s dorm, the door opened…

Xia Ye had been tidying the living room when she heard the racket outside—it seemed only the bedroom in the dorm had decent soundproofing.

The cool beauty frowned, though having grown up in the countryside, she wasn’t dissatisfied with her future living quarters.

She thought she’d heard Mir’s voice.

Come to think of it, wasn’t she a bit too harsh with him earlier?

He had, after all, come by out of kindness to bring her a quilt.

Maybe she should go apologize.

Xia Ye opened the door…

Sak and Carlo stared in horror as Xia Ye suddenly stepped outside, while Mir stayed rather composed.

Xia Ye looked expressionlessly at the three girls outside her door, each wearing a different expression.

Somehow these three seemed a little familiar.

Although she felt like she’d seen them somewhere, asking straight out seemed a bit rude—she might be taken for hitting on them—so she held her tongue.

Besides, she didn’t have an impression of all that many people in this world yet.

If they really were people she’d met, she ought to recall it soon enough…

While the girl racked her brain over where she’d seen them, the cross-dressing trio started communicating with their eyes.
