Anna woke up slowly.

The morning sun was warm on her face.

She felt strange.Full novel: MoM Needed — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Her body felt different.

Heavy.

Used.

She stretched under the blanket.

Then she felt it.

A sticky, wet feeling between her legs.

She frowned, still half-asleep.

She pulled back the covers and looked down.

She was wearing her blue cotton panties and her nightgown.

Everything looked normal.

But she felt… wet.

And there was a strange smell.

A musky, salty smell.

Curious and confused, she slipped her hand into her panties.

Her fingers touched her skin.

It was slick.

And when she pulled her fingers out, she saw something on them.

It was white.

A white, creamy substance.

It was drying on her skin.

Her mind was foggy from sleep.

What is this?

she thought.

She hadn’t had a wet dream.

Not in years.

She touched it again.

It was definitely there.

A slow, cold feeling started in her stomach.

This wasn’t right.

This felt… like a man’s fluid.

But that was impossible.

She lived alone with her son.

She hadn’t been with a man since her husband left.

She sat up in bed, her heart starting to beat faster.

She looked around the room.

Nothing was out of place.

The door was closed.

The window was locked.

Maybe it was just her body?

Maybe she was sick?

She felt a deep shame.

She quickly got out of bed and went to the bathroom attached to her room.

She locked the door and cleaned herself thoroughly, washing away all the evidence.

The hot water felt good, but it did not wash away her confusion.

It must be nothing, she told herself.

Just a strange body thing.

I’m tired.

I’m stressed.

She got dressed in simple jeans and a t-shirt.

She tried to forget about it.

A few hours later, lunchtime came.

“Leo!” Anna called from the kitchen.

Her voice was normal, cheerful.

“Food is ready!”

Leo walked into the kitchen.

He had showered.

He wore clean clothes.

But he could not look at her.

“Hi, Mom,” he said, his voice quiet.

He sat down at the table.

Anna put a plate in front of him.

Pasta with red sauce.

She smiled at him.

“You slept late today,” she said.

“Yeah,” Leo said.

He stared at his plate.

He picked up his fork.

His hands were steady, but his heart was racing.

Anna sat down across from him with her own plate.

She started eating.

“So, any plans for today?” she asked.

“No,” Leo said.

He took a bite of pasta.

It tasted like nothing.

He kept his eyes down.

He looked at the table.

He looked at his food.

He looked at his own hands.

Anywhere but at her face.

Anna watched him.

She noticed.

He was acting strange.

He was always a quiet boy, but this was different.

He would not meet her eyes.

“Are you feeling okay, Leo?” she asked, her voice gentle with concern.

“You look tired.”

“I’m fine,” he said quickly.

Too quickly.

He took another bite.

“Just… didn’t sleep well.”

Anna nodded slowly.

She ate her food.

The kitchen was quiet.

Too quiet.

The only sound was the clinking of forks on plates.

She remembered the strange feeling from the morning.

The white substance.

Her son’s strange behavior.

Two separate things.

They couldn’t be connected… could they?

No.

That was a crazy thought.

A horrible, impossible thought.

She pushed the idea away.

But a small seed of doubt had been planted in her mind.

A dark, cold seed.

Leo finally risked a quick glance at her.

He saw her looking at him, her head tilted.

Her eyes were kind, but there was a question in them.

He looked away immediately, his face feeling hot.

He felt guilty.

He felt scared.

But he also felt that dark excitement again.

He had been inside her.

She didn’t know.

It was his secret.

“Finish your food,” Anna said softly, breaking the silence.

Her voice was still kind, but it was a little distant now.

“You need your strength.”

“Yes, Mom,” Leo mumbled, staring at his nearly empty plate.

He knew something had changed.

He had changed it.

And even though she didn’t know the truth yet, the air between them was different.

It was heavier.

It was charged with a secret.
