In the evening, inside an orphanage in England, a blonde, blue–eyed boy sat at a desk.

He bit gently on a fountain pen with chipped paint, staring at the blank sheet of letter paper in front of him with a look of mild frustration.

His name was Shiro, but after transmigrating into this world, he had been given a new name.Full novel: Multiverse: My Cheat Code is Actually the Countless Me! — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

He was now Shiro Howard.

For reasons he still couldn’t fathom, he had suddenly transmigrated into England during the 1980s.

With no parents to speak of, he had been taken straight into the large family of the orphanage.

Originally, Shiro had everything planned out: once he grew up, he would leverage the advanced knowledge inside his head to build an empire and live a grand life.

That was until a few days ago, when an owl delivered a letter right in front of him.

“Dear Mr.

Shiro Howard.”

“We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Enclosed is a list of required books and equipment.”

“Term begins on September 1st.

We await your reply by July 31st.”

“Minerva McGonagall.”

A Hogwarts acceptance letter was laid out right before his eyes.

“So, as a wizard’s pet, you should be able to understand what I’m saying, right?”

Shiro put down his fountain pen and turned his head toward the windowsill, where a snow–white owl stood perched.

“Goo?”

The owl tilted its head, its eyes staring straight at Shiro.

Under the dim lamplight, the scene felt a bit eerie.

Looking at it, Shiro let out a deep sigh.

As an ordinary person, how could he not yearn for the brilliance of magic?

But at this specific point in time, the Savior, Harry Potter, would most likely be a freshman in the exact same year as him.

This meant Voldemort and his lackeys were about to start stirring up trouble inside Hogwarts.

“Sigh, we’re both orphans, so why is the difference between me and Voldemort so massive?”

Shiro picked up his pen, preparing to write a reply to Hogwarts to accept his admission into the school of witchcraft and wizardry.

Even with the threat of Voldemort looming, he wasn’t about to give up his only chance to learn magic.

With his knowledge of the plot, the absolute worst–case scenario would be leaving the British wizarding world before Voldemort fully returned.

Once Harry and his friends took care of the Dark Lord, everyone would be happy and he could return as well.

Just as he was about to set his pen to paper, he suddenly realized his desk had vanished.

Not only that, but the entire room had disappeared.

Looking up, he found himself standing within a mysterious space blanketed by a thick, grey fog.

“I can’t be this unlucky…

I just barely brushed against the wizarding world, don’t tell me I’ve already been captured by a Dark Wizard?”

Shiro Howard took a few cautious steps forward and spotted three figures up ahead.

Two of them seemed to exchange a few words before vanishing into thin air in the blink of an eye.

*Apparition!* Shiro Howard gasped internally.

In the world of Harry Potter, that spell was the equivalent of long–distance teleportation.

Wizards who mastered Apparition were usually quite powerful and possessed at least a few offensive spells.

As an ordinary human, Shiro Howard stood absolutely no chance of escaping.

Sighing in resignation, he stepped out from the swirling fog and spoke softly to the remaining figure:

“Excuse me…

do you know what kind of place this is?”

Shiro Kamado carefully sized up the newcomer.

Blonde hair and blue eyes–he had actually transmigrated into an european.

However, Shiro didn’t jump to conclusions just yet; there were plenty of strange worlds out there, and it could just be a genetic mutation.

Take himself for example: his body’s biological parents had perfectly normal hair colors, yet he had ended up with white hair.

Shiro Howard remained highly alert.

Even though Shiro Kamado looked younger than him, he wasn’t about to judge a book by its cover.

Who knew if the person in front of him was using Transfiguration to play innocent?

It wasn’t uncommon for evil Dark Wizards to use children for experiments.

*Smack.*

Noticing Howard’s tension, Shiro Kamado instantly understood what this alternate version of himself was thinking.

After all, when he had first arrived in the Grey Fog Space, his state of mind hadn’t been any better.

The person who understands you best is always yourself.

With lightning speed, he slapped Howard right on the hip.

As a regular human, Howard naturally couldn’t dodge the physically enhanced Shiro Kamado.

In a flash, the two Shiros exchanged their memories.

A power completely distinct from spiritual energy materialized within Shiro Kamado’s body.

It remained entirely separate from his spiritual energy, like two parallel rivers that would never intersect, operating without influencing one another.

“Ohh!

You’re actually an apprentice wizard, and from the Harry Potter world no less!” Shiro Kamado circled Howard with immense excitement, looking at him as if he were a rare, priceless treasure.

“Cut it out, you look like a creepy old man,” the Harry Potter Shiro muttered.

After a brief moment of daze while fully processing the memories in his mind, Howard finally understood what was happening.

His cheat had finally arrived.

Opening his eyes to see Shiro Kamado grinning weirdly at him, he pushed him away in disgust.

“With Soul Reaper spiritual energy, a Zanpakutō, and your Breathing Styles, I feel like I can actually square up with the No–Nose guy even if he resurrects.”

When he lacked power, he gave Tom some respect and called him Voldemort; now that he had obtained power, he immediately started calling him “No–Nose.” Shiro was realistic like that, and he knew it.

His chances of being sorted into Slytherin were significantly higher than the other three Hogwarts houses.

“There’s nothing wrong with going to Slytherin.

At least it’s better than those reckless brutes in Gryffindor,” Shiro Howard said nonchalantly.

He wasn’t an actual child, so he wouldn’t get bogged down by rumors.

As long as a place helped him grow stronger, he didn’t care where he went.

“Harry Potter might be a children’s book series, meaning the destructive scale of the magic might not match some other magical worlds, but the utility of certain spells is entirely unreasonable,” Shiro Kamado said, rubbing his hands together as he looked at Howard Shiro.

“After all, some spells can manipulate space and memory, and there are even magical artifacts that can control time.

In a way, the importance of the Harry Potter world might actually surpass the Bleach world.”

“You’re right, but right now I’m just an apprentice wizard who hasn’t even started his first year,” Howard replied, a bit speechless.

He obviously knew the magic at Hogwarts was incredible, but restricted by his current age, he couldn’t learn any of it yet.

“Stupid!

Isn’t No–Nose currently possessing a certain upcoming Defense Against the Dark Arts professor?

That’s when Voldemort is at his weakest; he’s absolutely no match for you.

You just need to use *Death March* to take them out, and you’ll instantly gain a master–level wizard puppet.

When that time comes, whatever magic Voldemort knows, you can learn.”

Shiro Kamado’s words jolted Howard awake, making him praise the strategy internally.

The version of Shiro who originally had no choice but to run away from Voldemort had suddenly flipped the script to become the hunter.

“The Hogwarts Blademaster–I’m definitely taking that title!”
