Himanshu had his eyes squeezed tightly shut. Putting all his energy into it, with a deep, trembling breath, he finally finished his business.
He had absolutely no idea that in that exact wrong micro-second, right at the moment he reached his peak, the Demon Queen had turned around.
His warm, white, sticky mess landed straight on the Demon Queen’s face.
The first drop landed right near her deep red eye, slowly sliding down her soft cheek and wetting her trembling lips.
Himanshu was so lost in his own world in that moment that he couldn’t stop until his ’weapon’ was completely empty. Another drop hit her neck and collarbone directly, sliding down to wet her chest and sinking into her long, thick silky hair.
"Ah... finally..." A deep, satisfied sigh escaped Himanshu’s mouth. His shoulders relaxed. He took a deep breath and opened his eyes.
But the moment his eyes opened... that relief, that satisfaction vanished from his face like someone had poured boiling water over a sleeping guy.
Just two steps ahead of him, the Demon Queen was standing. And she... she was completely covered in his sticky mess.
Himanshu’s breath froze in his lungs. His blood ran ice cold. For the first time in his 18 years of life, he felt such a terrifying mix of dread and absolute embarrassment that his brain just stopped working altogether.
The Demon Queen stood there completely still, like a statue. She wasn’t even blinking. Very slowly, she raised her hand and touched the sticky substance on her face with her fingers. When she pulled her fingers back... the thick liquid stretched into a string like a spider’s web.
She looked at that string. Then, she raised her eyes and looked straight at Himanshu.
The room’s temperature dropped suddenly. The air got so heavy that Himanshu’s bones started shivering.
"How... dare you...?"
The Demon Queen’s voice sounded like it wasn’t coming from her throat, but straight from the depths of hell.
There was so much venom, so much anger in that voice that Himanshu felt like someone had placed a cold sword against his neck.
"I won’t spare you today, you filthy human!"
Black and blue veins suddenly popped up on her pale skin. Her beautiful, deep eyes turned completely pitch red, dancing with a clear promise of death. She raised her right hand towards Himanshu, her fingers curled like claws. She fully expected a massive explosion of terrifying black ’hellfire’ that would instantly turn him to ashes. (But the Demon Queen had forgotten that she was in another world now.)
Poof...
A tiny, pathetic spark flickered at the tip of her index finger... and then completely died out.
The Demon Queen blinked. Her terrifying aura wavered. She looked at her hand in deep shock. ’What? Where is my magic? Why is there no mana in the air?!’
Himanshu, in a desperate attempt to survive, quickly tried to step back and yanked up his open pants zipper in one go, just so he could turn back from a horny teenager into a normal guy and run away from there.
Ziiiip... Snag!
"Aaaaaaaaah!"
A ridiculously painful, soul-shaking scream ripped from Himanshu’s throat. A horrifying jolt of pain shot through his entire body, so bad that tears instantly spilled from his eyes. He fell straight to his knees like a chopped down tree. He grabbed his pants with both hands but couldn’t gather the courage to unzip them. The pain was so lethal, it felt like someone had just slammed a hammer on his most sensitive part.
"Open... please open up... argh! No, no, no!" he was on his knees on the floor, drenched in sweat, writhing in pain.
The Demon Queen just kept staring at him. For a second, she actually thought her powers were working invisibly, but the very next moment she realized what had just happened.
"What happened to you?" the Demon Queen asked in a weird, confused voice, knitting her eyebrows. "Why are you suddenly screaming in so much pain? I haven’t even touched you yet!"
After a massive struggle, with trembling hands and soul-crushing pain, Himanshu finally pulled the zipper down and freed his weapon. He was panting like a racehorse. Oh god... those last 3 seconds were absolute hell.
"Anyway, whatever," the Demon Queen said, her cold tone returning. "If you like being in pain so much, fine. Get up!"
Hearing this, Himanshu’s survival mode kicked right back in. To hell with the pain!
He jumped up from the floor at lightning speed. "I’m sorry! I am so, so sorry!" he begged, folding his hands in absolute panic. "I didn’t have any other choice! I warned you not to turn around!"
Without thinking, Himanshu’s panicked brain did something incredibly stupid. He thought that if he just cleaned the Queen up, maybe her anger would cool down. He lunged forward with his trembling bare hands, trying to wipe that sticky mess off her chest and neck.
"I’ll clean it! Just let me clean it!" Himanshu babbled nervously.
But just as his trembling hands got even an inch close to her skin...
BAM!
The Demon Queen’s hand shot forward at lightning speed. Her cold, slender fingers clamped around Himanshu’s wrist with an iron grip, stopping him dead in his tracks.
"Aaaaargh!" A loud scream escaped Himanshu’s lips. That grip was so insanely strong it felt like his bones were about to be crushed into powder.
He looked at the Demon Queen’s face. There was no shame there, no hesitation, no confusion. Her deep rad eyes were completely void of emotion, reflecting the terrifying, cold authority of an 8,003-year-old ruler.
"A lowly human..." her voice was icy and dangerously calm, sending a violent shiver down his spine, "...has no right to touch the body of the Demon Queen. Know your place."
She tightened her grip by just a fraction of a millimeter.
"Ahhhh! Sorry! My hand! Please!" Himanshu dropped straight to his knees from the intense pain.
Realizing how vulnerable she was in this strange new world, her royal brain immediately started working on survival strategies. She couldn’t just vaporize him. She needed information and basic necessities.
With a look of absolute royal disgust, she flicked his hand away and let him go. Himanshu fell backward onto the floor, clutching his throbbing wrist. His heart was hammering against his ribs.
Second by second, darkness started clouding his vision. The combined pain from his crushed wrist and his injured ’weapon’ was just too much. Before he could even understand what was happening, he completely passed out on the floor.
