[Nue
Uncommon Familiar
Jujutsu Kaisen – A winged shikigami armed with great speed and the ability to produce electricity.
It can support its master by carrying them while flying to increase their mobility, and can attack with its heavy wings charged with electricity, shocking anyone it hits and leaving them temporarily paralyzed.
The power of shikigami scales with your own energy levels.]

[Reptilian Rapport
Uncommon Trait
You have great affinity with lizards, reptiles, and creatures that are aligned with them.
Making it easier to earn their affection and favor, and form relationships with them.
Thanks to your affinity with Reptilians, regeneration-based effects, abilities, and spells applied to you are more potent.]
Hands stretched out, I didn’t fight the smile spreading across my face as I read through the information about my newest rolls.
I hadn’t been thinking much about new rolls but wow.
Reptilian Rapport wasn’t much but Nue?
It might not have been the most powerful shikigami but that was flight and electricity rolled into one; whether I used it as support or had it directly fight alongside me, it had plenty of uses in a dicey situation.
Depending how whether or not that reptilian trait synergized with my quirk, that improved regeneration could come in handy at least.
I would definitely be testing them out.
Letting the windows fade away, I dropped my arms, crossing them behind my head as I closed my eyes, happy to be back home and in the comfort of my own bed.
Now all I had to do was wait for that letter from U.A.
XOXO
“Come on!
Pick up the pace already.” Hand in mine and tugging me along after her, Himiko lead the way up the stairs of my apartment building, a few sealed envelopes from the building’s mailbox in my other hand.
With how excited she was about the whole thing, having come over extra early every day over the past week just to be around, you’d think she was the one who was supposed to get a letter.
We made it up and into the apartment, door locked behind us.
“Aunt Nozomi!” Himiko called out, letting me go and walking past the dining room table while I took a seat at it.
“It’s finally here!”
And, only moments later, the two were standing behind me, looking over my shoulder while I held a simple beige envelope marked by a fancy looking red seal with the very familiar letters U.A.
Honestly, I’d probably be just as excited as them if it weren’t for the fact that I got myself a bit of a spoiler ahead of time.

Hard to be as excitement as them over the letter itself after seeing that just the other day but I had decided to hold on off rolling the rewards just for this moment.
Tearing off the seal and opening up the envelope, as pulled out both a letter and some kind of strange metal puck, another window popped up to replace the first one.

[Shadow Hands
Rare Ability
Allows you to manifest floating hands made out of shadows that you can control as your own, they can grip, crush, slash and combine to become large and more powerful.]
Finally!
A combat ability that I could actually use without some kind of intrinsic drawback.
Enflame had its uses, especially after some of the training I’d forced myself into over the last few months when I was by myself, but it just wasn’t ideal.
A few extra limbs to control?
I’d need to test it like everything else, but the uses went without saying.
While a grin started forming across my face, I set the puck down and-
All of us craned our heads back, a holographic screen, not dissimilar to the windows I was seeing, popping up.
Tall, bulked up, and dressed in professional beige colored suit.
Compared to all the times I’d seen him on TV or as an action figure, the suit did give a different vibe but between the voice and that standout style his blond hair was in, that was definitely All Might.
“As a projection.” The hologram of All Might added in a far calmer tone.
While he started to talk about the exam and its parameters, both Aunt Nozomi and Himiko in silent awe, I got to rolling my next ticket.

[Iron Mind
Rare Trait
Your mind is made of iron and your body will obey.
Even if you are exhausted and starving the effect it has on your performance is minimal.
Regardless of your suffering, your performance will be optimal.
Does not extend to physical limitations or wounds.
Also increases resistance against all Negative Mental Ailments.]
Interesting.
Nothing flashy but you could never go wrong with resistance to something like mind control.
The focus would just be icing on that cake.
“-it should come as no surprise that you ended up tied with young miss Yaoyorozu.” All Might continued his long explanation, the message apparently personalized.
It made sense for the recommended exams, but I wondered if he actually had to sit down and make one of these for every single student that got accepted into the school this year.
“Rather than choosing to focus on your own scores or ensuring your own victory, the two of you prioritized doing as much as you could for those around you with the time you had.
Truly commendable spirits worthy of future pros!”
Pulling my focus away, I rolled my last ticket.

[Adept Kama Sutra
Rare Skill
You are very talented in the carnal art, being able to spot signs of arousal and attraction, in addition, you instinctively know how to pleasure your partner in bed and be a very pleasant recipient, enhancing pleasure for both of you.]
The knowledge that flowed into my head accompanied by vague imaginary…well going forward I would never be making skill rolls around others.
Maybe it was the usual pain that came with rolling new skills or that Iron Mind trait I just got but I managed to avoid any awkward reactions to the flood of information filling my head.
Whatever the root of this whole Chaos Gacha System, I had to wonder how it classified and ranked abilities.
How was something like being better in bed ranked higher than an all encompassing knowledge of Karate, Fast Reflexes, or even Clothes Beam?
Maybe it had to do with the adept classification?
Still a bit ridiculous that that of all things was one of my rewards for being accepted into U.A.
but all in all, great rolls.
That was three rare pulls back to back across the board.
“And so, young Akaguro, you have been accepted into U.A’s Hero Course!” All Might declared.
“This is your hero academia.”
“You did it!” Hands wrapped around my neck, Himiko pressed her cheek to mine.
Aunt Nozomi patted my other shoulder before stepping away and returning with an entire cake, placing it beside the letter.
Between this little celebration and all the rolls from just taking place to scoring high, the Recommendation Exams were a total success.
XOXO
Skateboard propped up beside me, a low yawn slipped out as I placed my arms on the cold railing and looked around.
This early in the morning, the sun not around to chase off the cold, the train station wasn’t busy at all.
A few suited people likely in for some kind of long work related commute.
Others more casually address, their business anyone’s guess.
And of course, a handful of people no older than me.
Himiko was going to have competition during the U.A. This story is hosted at g.com.
entrance exams from all over the world, our city no exception.
Speaking of her, down below, the slick black car her family owned stopped beside the station and she stepped out of one of the rear doors.
She exchanged a few words with the driver, her mother from what little I could see through the darkness, before heading up the station’s steps.
Calling that conversation brief, or a conversation at all, would be giving it too much credit.
Whatever the approach to parenthood, seeing your kid off to a completely foreign prefecture on their way to try and get into the top school in the world should be one of the occasions to drop it and show a little affection.
A hug.
Maybe a damn pat on the head or shoulder.
At least get out of the fucking car and-
I took a deep breath, easing my grip on the caving steel of the railing.
Family could be and was a complicated topic for both of us.
So, despite all the time we spent together, we just never brought it up.
Frustrating as it was to watch Himiko’s own mother be like that-
Without a sound, taking me somewhat off guard despite me expecting something like it, a weight dropped onto my back, my vision blocked.
“Guess who?”
It really was frustrating to glimpse how her parents treated her despite how touchy and affectionate Himiko actually was, but there was no point in bringing down the mood when there wasn’t much I could do about it.
“A thief.”
“Wha- when have I ever stolen anything?”
“I’m still missing like two or three of my jackets.”
“…you’re not getting them back.”
Pulling her hand back, Himiko dropped off my back and I turned to face her.
Coincidentally, she was boldly dressed in one of the jackets she now claimed as her own, the sleeves baggy on her and covering up most of hands.
A simple small bag hung loosely off her shoulder by one of its straps, a playful smile spread across her face.
“But I can let you borrow them.”
“Telling me I can borrow my own stuff.
Shameless.” I said, shaking my head before smiling myself.
“You ready for the exam?”
“After all the studying you made me do, I better be.” Himiko complained.
Everyone assumed she liked schoolwork just because of her high grades but there were few people who hated all that stuff more than her.
“And I’ve got my supply, so I’ll definitely pass.” She added, adjusting her bag.
Just like she’d done for me before the Recommendation Exam, I filled a good few vials with my blood for her.
She might not be able to copy the quirk of others yet, but she still got plenty out of it.
“Good.” I said, those around us beginning to stand and move as a distant train began to pull.
I could just leave things here but…eh fuck it.
I would’ve expected Iron Mind to make it a hell of a lot easier, but I still had to ignore the rising beat of my heart as I reached for the smiling Himiko, brushed her bangs aside and leaned down.
“That’s for good luck.
Don’t waste it.” I said as I stepped back from her, Himiko’s reddened face only making my own annoyingly hot embarrassment worse.
“Do your best, alright?”
Himiko only smiled, giving me one of the real ones that showed off her teeth, then hugging me for a few long moments before taking off towards the open train doors with a pep to her step.
I take back what I said about her.
It was just a kiss on the cheek but stuff like that was way more embarrassing than just teasing and messing around.
XOXO
(A/N: Some actually good rolls?
He is heading towards U.A where he’ll be getting higher ranked tickets so its about par for the course.
Nue was a crazy good one though; he never rolls one of the wings or flight abilities that I know are in the gacha pool, he still has an option for it in the form of a familiar.
