“I intend to promote Genya to Squadron Leader of the Military Police Force after this exam.”
With the Three-Tomoe Sharingan, if used properly, one would have the strength of at least an Elite Jonin.
Given Genya’s youth, Yashiro expected little opposition when proposing this at the clan meeting.
