Three kunai shot toward him.
The air hissed, and Ryuu felt a pressure so sharp it seemed to cut right through him.
He could barely even track their movement.
This was what a Kage truly was — overwhelming power, crushing a lowly genin like nothing at all.
Every hair on his body stood on end.
His muscles coiled tight.
He knew if he hesitated even a split second, he would be dead before he could throw a single mark.
He abandoned the kunai instantly — and instinctively slammed both hands forward.
“Shinra Tensei!”
A surge of repulsion exploded outward.

The three kunai were knocked sharply aside, ringing out as they struck stone and sparked against the wall.
Ōnoki stared, bewildered.
No hand seals, no preparation — what kind of power was this?
Before Ōnoki could recover, Ryuu unleashed the second of the Six Paths abilities.

Three missiles tore toward him.

Ōnoki had never seen anything like them — but he sensed their danger.
He veered sideways, only to realize they tracked him.
There was no escape.
“Earth Release: Earth Clone!”
Floating in mid‑air, he could not use most earth techniques — so he spat out a mouthful of clay that solidified into three perfect copies of himself, shielding his body.
BOOM!
The missiles struck all three clones dead‑on.
A blinding flash erupted, sending a shockwave tearing through the street.
The clones were blown to dust — and the force flung Ōnoki backward like a cannonball, slamming him hard against the wall.
