Before A, the Entry hovered in a slow rotation, its surface pulsing with deep blue light, fine threads of lightning drifting along its edges.

Every one of Mabui’s work-related traits seemed to have been distilled and locked inside it.

Celebrate.

For I shall make you truly omniscient and omnipotent!” The Entry Mirror exploded into a massive holographic display.

Its light cascaded down, and the contents lit up one line at a time.

[Entry Name: Raikage’s Secretary]

[Quality: Blue Rare]

[Effect 1: Administrative Mastery, Automatically processes 80% of routine paperwork.

Decision-making efficiency +30%]

[Effect 2: Information Hub, Temporarily link to all intelligence network nodes in Kumogakure for 10 minutes.

(Cooldown: 24 hours)]

[Effect 3: Leader’s Authority, Sense of authority in the presence of subordinates +50%]

“What the hell!” A stumbled back several steps, genuinely stunned.

He had already tried to keep his expectations high, and the Mirror still blew past them.

Could future technology really pull something like this off?

This was straight-up not scientific, damn it!

To put it plainly, this Blue Entry’s three effects amounted to: slack off with confidence, monopolize intelligence, and scare your subordinates into line.

And this was only Blue Rare.

If there were higher-tier Entries out there…

As if it could sense exactly where his thoughts were going, the Entry Mirror flickered smugly a few times.

“Mortal.

I am no fragile little system.

I have power, and I have methods.”

“Entries come in six tiers: White, Green, Blue, Purple, Gold, and Red.

Each tier has three grades — Common, Rare, and Top.

In this world, Red Entries do not exist.

The highest tier belongs to the Otsutsuki Clan, who sit at Gold Rare.”

“To obtain an Entry, you must engage in deep interaction with the Entry’s holder.

From that, you gain the Entry’s corresponding expanded abilities.

Of course, each person can only be obtained from once.”

“Mirror, you’re actually serious?

That’s insane!” A gave it a few genuine words of praise.

“So how do I absorb this thing?”

The Entry Mirror: “Shout three times: ‘Readers of this book are the most handsome readers I have ever seen.’ Then you’ll absorb it successfully.”

A: “?”

Once absorbed, a wave of heat surged through his consciousness and flooded into his body.

He opened his eyes and looked at the desk in front of him.

WHOOOOSH,

Under his gaze, the mountain of documents piled on his desk began to rise on their own.

The ink moved like something living, reorganizing, fading, each page finding its proper place.

In an instant, everything was sorted and filed.

Work that normally would have required Mabui’s help was done before he could blink.

“Hell yes!” A grinned wide.

He tried pulling up Kumogakure’s intelligence network next.

Within seconds, a live map materialized in his mind, every outpost’s status flickering as a point of light.

Information Hub, up and running.

“Hm.” A clicked his tongue and walked out of the office.

Under the effect of Leader’s Authority, every ninja he passed in the corridor bowed their head without thinking, all of them feeling that the Raikage seemed unusually severe today.

“Good.

Someone get in here!” Back inside, A pressed the mechanism beside his desk.

Three ANBU ninja materialized before him, one knee on the ground.

“Tell Darui, C, and Samui — training ground, half an hour.”

BOOM,

The sand trembled under the roar of Lightning Release Armor.

Blue-black lightning coiled around A’s arms as he threw punch after punch, reducing the massive boulder at the center of the field to powder.

He turned.

The three had already arrived.

Darui’s Storm Release chakra danced at his fingertips.

C had silently erected a genjutsu barrier around the perimeter.

Samui was running through her weapon scrolls with her usual calm, and the scrolls weren’t the only thing that made A look twice.

“Konoha is about to break.

Sunagakure is already stirring.” A’s voice hit like a thunderclap.

“Effective today, Kumogakure goes on war footing.”

“Darui, lead the Second Unit.

Reinforce every border checkpoint.

C, have your sensor corps track all abnormal chakra signatures.

Samui, redesign the village’s defensive formations.”

Darui opened his mouth to ask a follow-up.

A cut him off with a raised hand.

“No questions.

In three days, I’ll run the drills personally.

One more thing — find Killer B and bring him to me.”

…

When Killer B shuffled into the office with his full hip-hop bounce, A was already working through a stack of urgent documents, Administrative Mastery doing half the heavy lifting.

He didn’t look up.

“B.

Starting now, on top of your regular training, you’re attending every decision-making meeting.”

“Nani?!

The sun is rising in the west!

The serious Raikage wants the rap genius himself, in politics?!

Bakayaro, kono yaro!”

Killer B threw his arms wide, sunglasses sliding down to reveal a sly, gleaming pair of eyes.

“In my, opinion, the mighty big bro’s about to make a move, oh yeah!”

A finally set down his pen.

The documents behind him automatically squared themselves into a neat stack.

“That’s right.

Konoha and Sunagakure are heading for a collision…”

He stood, eyes burning with intent.

“And we are going to take everything we can from the chaos.”

Night fell.

A stood alone at the top of Kumogakure’s highest watchtower, his silhouette cutting a sharp figure against the dark sky.

The Entry’s power had stretched his perception across the entire village.

He could almost hear the heartbeats of the ninjas on patrol far below.

Then, rapid footsteps from the distance.

Mabui came running up, out of breath, cheeks flushed.

“Raikage-sama!

Urgent report from the border!

Konoha and Sunagakure’s movements have been confirmed!”

A looked down.

His gaze settled on the holographic display floating before Mabui’s chest.

[Mabui.

Kumogakure.

Jonin.

Raikage’s Secretary.]

[Measurements: 86/58/88.

Personality: calm, composed, meticulous, deeply responsible.]

[Traits: white hair, dark skin, secretary, professional face *, in the office **, sensitive zones **]

[Emotions: Forcibly taken by the superior she has long respected and revered, heart adrift with confusion and shyness, unsure how to face him now.]

A stared at the Traits section and its parade of censored indecency.

The corner of his mouth twitched.

I never would have guessed you were this kind of Mirror.

“Relax.

Catch your breath.

If I had to guess, they’re working on a Chunin Exam, aren’t they?”

Mabui blinked.

She exhaled.

“Yes.

Konoha’s recent movements are all centered on hosting a joint Chunin Exam.

Sunagakure’s Fourth Kazekage left the Land of Wind’s border yesterday and is heading straight to the Land of Fire.”

“In addition, Konoha has extended invitations to Amegakure, Kusagakure, and Takigakure.”

A nodded, turning to look at the village below, every light burning bright against the dark.

The full picture had already taken shape in his mind.

“Understood.

Notify everyone, council hall, tomorrow morning at the hour of the Tiger.”

[He’s changed so much…]

Mabui stared at the broad silhouette of his back.

Without thinking, she pressed her fingers to her burning cheek.

Everything that had happened over these past few days played through her mind, and her heart beat faster against her will.

“Th-then…

I’ll excuse myself.”
