Cough, cough.” Gekkō said, one hand covering his mouth as he coughed, while the other rubbed Naruto’s head.

“Wait, no, Sensei Hayate.

I remember making you rock sugar pear soup and all sorts of other dishes for two years, right?

Why are you still coughing?” Naruto looked at Gekkō Hayate, speechless.

This guy was just ridiculous.

Some of his specific dishes had special effects; that rock sugar pear soup was specifically for treating coughs.

He had made it for him every day, along with various other health-nourishing dishes.

After eating them for two consecutive years, he was still coughing?

It was making Naruto lose confidence in himself.

“Cough, cough.

My body is fine now, it’s just that coughing has become a habit.

If I don’t cough a couple of times, it feels like something is missing.” Gekkō Hayate scratched his head, looking a bit embarrassed, making Naruto’s mouth twitch uncontrollably.

He had thought his cheat ability wasn’t working, but who would have thought this guy had just made it a habit?

He had never seen anyone so absurd.

“Alright, I won’t say any more.

Train hard in the future.” Gekkō Hayate smiled at Naruto and rubbed his head again.

In truth, when the Third Hokage first asked Gekkō Hayate to teach Naruto, he had refused.

After all, he was only a teenager at the time, just an ordinary Chunin, still a kid himself.

On top of that, his health was poor, and the other party was a Jinchuriki.

If he accidentally provoked him and he went berserk, he would die for nothing.

However, under the Third Hokage’s persuasion, he reluctantly agreed.

When he first started interacting with Naruto, he was cautious in every way, terrified of suffering a disaster he didn’t deserve.

But after spending more time with him, he realized the kid was actually quite good—hardworking, earnest, and caring.

Most importantly, his culinary skills had completely conquered his stomach.

Gradually, he began to treat Naruto like a younger brother.

Seeing him cough, Naruto would cook for him every day.

At first, he didn’t think these things would be effective, but after eating them a couple of times, he noticed the frequency of his coughing had actually decreased, and his health was gradually improving.

This discovery shocked him.

He mentioned this to the Third Hokage, who told him that if Naruto invited him to eat, he should just eat it and not overthink things.

The Third Hokage was the first to know about Naruto’s magical food.

After all, during the year Naruto was practicing, they basically finished the food together.

The reason he would go over to mooch meals whenever he had free time was a habit formed back then.

It’s just that he visited less frequently later on.

First, he couldn’t save face by constantly mooching meals.

Second, he didn’t want interested parties to learn about Naruto’s special nature.

And third, because Naruto trained in Taijutsu every day, he would easily get heart palpitations just seeing the kid, so he decided it was better not to see him at all.

After Gekkō Hayate left, Naruto sighed briefly about being back to just himself and the fox, then continued his training.

Inside the Sealing Space, three of Naruto’s Shadow Clones were busy cooking for the fox.

One was frantically tossing an iron wok by the stove, another was molding rice balls, and the third was making fried chicken—they were happily busy.

The fox was processing ingredients on the side while shoveling food into its mouth with a large plate.

Next to it was a pile of fruit for snacking.

This plate had been specially fired by Naruto.

Although it looked a bit ugly, it was large enough—exclusive for the fox.

On the other side of the fox was a huge cup filled with cola.

This item was categorized under side dishes in the System shop, which left Naruto dumbfounded.

There were also milk, juice, alcohol, and various other drinks, along with a bunch of recipes for milk tea, cocktails, and the like in his mind.

As a God of Cooking, being able to make beverages was reasonable, right?

Regardless, Naruto had accepted his fate.

After letting the fox try various drinks, it developed a special fondness for cola and white liquor.

Naruto even fired a cup for it.

However, this thing wasn’t made of porcelain; the raw material used was concrete, with a ceramic inner liner fired inside.

There was no helping it; the fox was a bit too strong, and after drinking, it couldn’t control its strength well.

The original ceramic cups and plates he had fired had all been wrecked by it.

In a fit of anger, Naruto just fired it using concrete.

Anyway, even if the fox ate this stuff, it wouldn’t die, and it was much more durable.

After three years of feeding, the fox had successfully evolved from skin and bones to being slightly plump.

One could see the signs from how it used to sleep on its stomach, to now sleeping on its back, as well as its protruding belly.

The once majestic and domineering fox face had also become somewhat round, completely losing its deterrent power.

Whenever Naruto had free time, he liked to lie on the Nine-Tailed’s stomach, feeling that addictive, fleshy sensation.

The Nine-Tailed didn’t really have much resistance to this.

After all, he was its “poop scooper”—though it didn’t need its poop scooped, it did need to be fed.

As long as the brat wasn’t too excessive, it couldn’t be bothered to care and just let him do whatever he wanted.

“Damn it, that bastard of a main body, why hasn’t he come in to switch out!” The Shadow Clone tossing the wok cursed with a ferocious expression.

“I’ve been frying for five hours straight!

Didn’t we agree to switch every four hours?” The Shadow Clone by the oil pot grumbled while turning the fried chicken in the pot.

“Screw this!

I’m done!” The Shadow Clone molding rice balls threw the rice ball in its hand into the pot, then pulled out a fruit knife and stabbed it directly into its own heart.

With a “poof,” it exploded into a cloud of smoke.

“I’m done!

I’m striking!” The clone by the oil pot jumped straight into the oil, let out a miserable shriek, and also exploded.

“Holy crap, I was just saying that!

Are you guys for real?” The clone tossing the wok was stunned to see the other two instantly gone.

Then, he felt a wave of intense pain wash over him.

He immediately grabbed a kitchen knife, slashed his own throat, and exploded too.

The Nine-Tailed on the side was left dumbfounded.

What kind of madness had taken this brat?

Why did they suddenly commit suicide?

Outside, Naruto suddenly clutched his chest and crouched on the ground, gasping for air.

Before he could recover, he immediately collapsed on the ground, shaking like chaff, his face contorted and flushed crimson.

When he finally managed to catch his breath, he hurriedly went to the Sealing Space, only to see the Nine-Tailed extending a few Chakra claws to pour the food into its plate and fish the fried chicken out of the pot to drain the oil.

Seeing Naruto enter, the Nine-Tailed paused for a moment, then looked at Naruto with a complex expression.

Naruto felt that look was like it was staring at a lunatic.

Naruto rubbed his temples, then created three more Shadow Clones to take over the work, while he himself left the Sealing Space.

After this commotion, he wasn’t in the mood to train anymore.

He was now curious about what had gone wrong with his Shadow Clones.

He sat on the ground and thought carefully.

He realized the change seemed to have started two days ago when he learned the Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu.

He had specifically gone to the old man Third Hokage to ask for it; after all, a regular Shadow Clone could only create a few at a time, but with the Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu, he could create as many as he wanted.

Originally, the old man Third Hokage refused Naruto on the grounds that it was a forbidden jutsu.

But Naruto’s mouth crooked, and he immediately used the most broken skill in all of Naruto: the Sexy Jutsu.

A blonde beauty with twin tails, wearing that bikini from One Hundred Thousand Bad Jokes Nezha, struck a seductive pose and blew a flying kiss at the Third Hokage.

The Third Hokage’s nosebleed instantly erupted like a high-pressure water gun, blasting him backward.

He crashed to the ground, rolling his eyes, and lost consciousness.

The guards (not Anbu) who heard the commotion immediately rushed in, and then lay down in a neat row right next to the Third Hokage.

After dispelling the transformation, Naruto snorted disdainfully and rummaged through the Third Hokage for a while.

He actually found a scroll, and on it was the Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu.

It seemed the old man Third Hokage had been prepared all along.

But if you were prepared, why refuse?

It really was a calamity destined by fate.

Afterward, Naruto twirled the scroll in his hand and left the Hokage Building, humming a little tune.

The memory ended.

Naruto took out the scroll and began to examine it carefully.

Then, he saw a line of very small text at the very end.

“This Ninjutsu is not recommended for frequent use, as it may easily cause mental issues.

If you notice any abnormalities in your mental state, please immediately go to the Konoha Hospital for medical attention.” Naruto read the small text, word by word.

Immediately, the corners of his mouth began to twitch uncontrollably.

“This is such a scam!” Naruto jumped up from the ground and slapped the scroll onto the floor with a “thwack.” Naruto was certain he had a problem, but he didn’t want to go to the hospital.

He couldn’t exactly say he’d broken his brain practicing Shadow Clones, could he?

Did he, the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, have no face to save?

Besides, only the clones were having issues, not him personally.

He felt his mental state was perfectly fine and there was absolutely no need for medical treatment.

Probably?

Naruto was silent for two seconds, picked up the scroll from the floor, threw it back into the System space, and created a Shadow Clone.

“Let’s play rock-paper-scissors.” After saying that, Naruto immediately threw Rock.

The Shadow Clone hadn’t even recovered yet, still in a dazed state, and looking at Naruto’s fist, subconsciously threw Scissors.

Naruto looked at the Shadow Clone’s hand and fell silent.

Then, he waved his hand, dispelling the Shadow Clone, plopped down on the ground, and began to contemplate life.

Inside the Sealing Space, the Shadow Clones, upon receiving the message, all looked at each other, and the same thought popped into their heads.

The main body has gone crazy?
