Crossing the plains, a magnificent yet eerie giant city came into view—[Demon City].

As the main city for the Exorcist class, the sky here was perpetually shrouded in a faint purple mist, and the towering [Demon-Suppression Tower] at the city’s center radiated a suffocating pressure that made one’s heart tremble.

The moment we entered the city, both my wife and I were stunned by the sight before us.Full novel: NTR’d by my wife in a game — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“So many people…” Yulin marveled.

Indeed, the streets were packed with players and NPCs alike.

But after all, this was an R18 game, and since gender remained true to reality, the gender ratio was severely skewed—everywhere you looked, there were male characters.

The occasional female character you’d spot was dressed in outfits that were…

utterly scandalous.

Because the system had automatically reclaimed underwear after leaving the newbie village, female players here practically treated “exposure” as fashion.

Some wore only a few strips of cloth, others wore completely transparent sheer gauze, and some even ran around in high-slit armor with nothing underneath at all.

Amidst a sea of pale flesh and all sorts of bizarre fetish gear, my wife—wearing that silk slip dress that, while lacking underwear, at least reached her knees and only revealed a hint of cleavage—actually looked remarkably “dignified” and conservative.

“Phew… good thing my dress is long enough.” Yulin had clearly noticed this too, quietly letting out a sigh of relief as she subconsciously tugged at her hem.

What she didn’t know was that it was precisely this unique pure-wife quality, standing out among a crowd of gaudy vixens, that made quite a few male players passing by turn their heads for a second look.

Arriving at the Demon-Suppression Tower, we submitted our quest and finally advanced from “Exorcist Apprentice” to full-fledged “Exorcist.”

Next came the selection of our bonded weapon.

The NPC mentor waved a hand, and three gleaming weapons materialized in mid-air:

A long whip covered in barbs, radiating a dominatrix aura;

A peach-blossom fan inlaid with gems, looking more like a dancer’s prop;

And a simple, steady longsword with an ancient air.

That whip was obviously an S&M toy, and the fan was too flashy…

“Hmm, I think the sword feels safer.”

Before I could speak, my wife reached out and grasped the floating sword.

It was a two-finger-wide [Ancient-Pattern Darksteel Sword], pitch black all over with no superfluous ornamentation—only a coiled ancient dragon carved into the hilt, giving it an air of antiquity and weight.

“Give it a name, honey. This sword will accompany you through all your leveling and growth from now on.”

“Hmm… what should I call it? ‘Demon Slayer’? ‘Green Edge’?” Yulin was clearly terrible at naming things.

I thought for a moment, then typed two characters into the chat box: “Let’s call it [Silin].”

“Silin?”

“Yeah, it means ‘longing for Yulin.'” I said softly.

“Even though you’re inside the screen right now, I still wish I could hold you in my arms at any moment. This sword is like me accompanying you in the game.”

Yulin on the screen froze for a moment, then lowered her head, gently tracing the blade with her fingers.

A shy emoji popped up above her head: “So cheesy… but I love it. Let’s go with that.”

With a flash of light, the two characters “Silin” appeared on the black blade in ancient seal script.

Checking the time, it was already late at night in the real world.

“Honey, tomorrow’s Monday. I have work tomorrow—some things to handle in the morning, and I need to go meet a client in the afternoon.” I was a bit reluctant, but life had to go on.

“Okay, then go to sleep. Don’t worry about me.”

“That won’t do.” My tone turned serious.

“We need to set some ground rules. You know your body’s motor nerves… uh, are pretty average. Normally I’m the one doing the fine control during fights. If you’re controlling yourself, your dodge rate might only be a tenth of what it is when I’m operating.”

“I know, I know—you think I’m clumsy.” Yulin pouted playfully.

“It’s not that I’m criticizing you, it’s that I’m worried. Don’t forget, this game has death penalties. Sure, you have the [Heavenly Silk Snow-Spirit Dress] backing you up with 20 spirit threads total, which seems like a high fault tolerance. But if you run into a monster with crowd control like that man-eating flower, and you can’t handle the controls yourself, you could easily lose threads in rapid succession.”

I reminded her repeatedly: “So when I’m not around, just wander around the city or do some simple fetch quests. Fight easy monsters. Don’t accept any dangerous dungeons, got it?”

“Alright, alright, you’re so naggy, like an old mother hen.” Yulin waved the [Silin] sword in her hand.

“I’ll just familiarize myself with my skills in the city and study how to use this sword. Go to sleep, goodnight hubby.”

“Goodnight.”

I logged out of the game link.

Taking off my headset, I stood up from the gaming chair and stretched widely.

Turning to look beside me, on the recliner I’d specially moved over, the real-world Su Yulin was sleeping peacefully.

Though her consciousness was active in the game, her physical body was like a delicate sleeping beauty.

Her breathing was even, long lashes casting a shadow beneath her eyelids, her chest rising and falling gently with each breath.

The physiological reactions from the heightened sensitivity in the game seemed to have subsided over time, though a faint blush still lingered on her cheeks. Read the latest chapters at g.com.

I leaned down, gently kissed her forehead, then carefully lifted her in my arms.

So light, so soft, carrying the familiar scent of body wash.

I carried her back to the bedroom, laid her on the big bed, and tucked the covers around her.

Watching her sleeping face, I felt a moment of daze—who would have thought that this gentle, virtuous wife of mine was at this very moment in that bizarre world, wielding a sword called “Silin,” facing a city full of desire and danger all alone?

Hopefully she’ll behave herself tomorrow.

With that thought, I too fell into a deep sleep.

The next morning, I settled my real body, handled some urgent emails.

In the afternoon I had a major client to meet, downtown.

Unfortunately, my car had just been sent in for maintenance, so I had to take the subway for the first time in ages.

Sitting in the nearly empty train car, bored out of my mind, I pulled out my phone and noticed a new semi-transparent app on it—[Observer].

According to the description, it was designed for players who couldn’t log in, allowing real-time monitoring of a bound character’s status and field of view—what people called “God’s eye view.” You could only watch, not control, and the other party wouldn’t notice.

This was actually a great feature.

I put on my earbuds and opened the app.

The screen loaded, and my wife was focused on fighting monsters out in the field.

I had to admit, the view was absolutely delightful.

My wife’s pure white [Heavenly Silk Snow-Spirit Dress] shimmered faintly in the sunlight, perfectly hugging her voluptuous figure.

The god-tier pointed-toe high heels [Defying Scales · Dragon Empress War Boots] on her feet were the perfect finishing touch—with their boat-shaped 8-centimeter heels, they made her legs look even longer and straighter.

It seemed that after a morning of practice, my wife’s motor nerves had indeed improved considerably.

On screen, facing several monsters charging at her, she no longer panicked like yesterday.

Thanks to the foundation built from her usual yoga practice, her movements had become exceptionally agile.

The black sword named [Silin] traced beautiful arcs in her hands—turning, bending backward, thrusting—her movements fluid and seamless, with a glimpse of breathtaking pale skin flashing beneath her fluttering hem.

But…

As the camera zoomed in, I caught a detail with sharp eyes.
