Chapter 19: Goblin Army - Part 2

Obtained Forbidden God-Rank Death Class, Now I Conquered Other Worlds

"Orion, who is that beast tamer?" the mage asked, her interest clearly piqued as she realized such a powerhouse existed in a place like this.

Then she told him his apperance.

"I don’t know... " he replied, then paused before remembering something.

"I remembered he is the person who saved lily from kevin"

Orion explained respectfully.

She nodded, then calmy watched battlefield.

As the battle raged on, the sounds of destruction began to reach the village more clearly, shaking the uneasy silence around them.

"Please... be safe," Lily whispered, her hands clasped tightly together as tears threatened to fall while she stared toward the battlefield.

Thomas let out a quiet sigh, glancing at her with a knowing expression.

*Seems like my daughter has completely fallen for him.*

Everyone has different reactions to the ongoing fight, but the top fighters watched it with serious expressions.

"Ahh, isn’t that the Adventurer Guild Master, Mark Stone, the battle-hardened leader of the Adventurer Guild, watching the fight with a serious gaze, analyzing survival odds like a veteran used to death and missions gone wrong," Rayn Holt said with a smile.

"And Miss Elena is also here," he added while looking toward the acting master of the Silver Route Guild. His gaze then shifted behind her, where a woman stood whose aura felt unusually heavy—definitely not ordinary.

"Definitely stronger than E+," he muttered under his breath.

"BOOM!"

A massive sound suddenly echoed across the battlefield, and everyone turned their attention back.

Their eyes narrowed as Vargan unleashed his ultimate skill, now standing with a warlord’s arm clenched in his mouth.

A cold chill ran down their spines.

"We wouldn’t survive an attack like that," one of them said quietly.

"Only D-rank and above can survive attacks like this without being seriously injured," said Mark Stone, the Adventurer Guild Master.

Rayn Holt, the Blackveil Auction Hall Master—a composed, sharp-eyed man who observed the battlefield like he is assessing value rather than chaos—nodded slightly.

"Both of them look elite... but there is still a gap between them," he said calmly.

Both of them then glanced toward the black-clothed woman, silently seeking her opinion, but she remained quiet.

In the end, they only shook their heads and continued watching the fight unfold.

The hob goblin’s expression twisted into something ugly and feral.

"KREEK!" it screeched.

The moment the sound echoed out, the bleeding from its body abruptly stopped. From the wound, thick blackened roots surged upward like living veins, twisting and snapping as they formed the shape of a massive hand.

"ROAR!"

It roared again, and the rising roots rapidly spread across its body. Like vines possessed, they wrapped around its flesh, layering over each other until they hardened into a complete battle armor.

In seconds, its frame expanded violently—growing to nearly ten feet tall.

What stood there now is no longer just a goblin, but a tree-like war monstrosity, a living tyrant of wood and rage.

Vargan narrowed his eyes.

Without hesitation, he devoured the hob goblin’s severed hands and began circling it slowly, his movements tight and controlled, every step calculated for incoming danger.

The hob goblin suddenly burst forward.

Its speed is explosive—too fast for its size. But Vargan matched it instantly, shifting sideways in a blur. His claw sliced toward its flank, but the wooden armor absorbed most of the impact with a dull cracking sound, barely slowing it down.

The hob goblin retaliated immediately.

A heavy punch slammed into Vargan’s gut.

"BOOM!"

The impact sent Vargan crashing into the ground, dust erupting around him. Yet within moments, he rose again as if nothing has happened—though a visible wound has torn open across his abdomen, dark blood seeping out.

Then the real clash began.

Claw met fist. Fang met bark. Steel-like impacts echoed across the battlefield as they exchanged brutal strikes without hesitation. Each collision shook the ground, their movements blurring as the fight escalated into pure violence.

Despite Vargan’s earlier devastating attack, his base strength still remained around E-rank. Yet somehow, he is keeping pace with an E+ level opponent—relying heavily on his passive abilities and relentless undead resilience.

Elsewhere on the battlefield, chaos only deepened.

The undead gorilla swung a massive broken tree like a club, scattering goblins like insects. The undead wolves tore through enemy lines mercilessly, their jaws ripping flesh apart without hesitation.

But the Deathfang Wolf Gang is on an entirely different level of brutality.

Every strike they made didn’t just kill—it tore enemies apart completely. Limbs, torsos, entire bodies were shredded in seconds. The sheer savagery broke the morale of nearby goblins, forcing many to hesitate in fear rather than attack.

Meanwhile, vine serpents moved through the battlefield as if it were their natural domain. Bursting from the ground like arrows released from an unseen bow, they pierced through goblin ranks. Some strikes shattered skulls instantly, others impaled bodies and lifted them into the air before dropping them lifelessly.

The entire battlefield has turned into pure chaos.

Shrieks of goblins echoed everywhere—not of battle, but of slaughter.

Then—

"ROOOARRR!!!"

A thunderous lion’s roar erupted across the battlefield.

For a split second, everything froze.

Weak-willed goblins trembled in place, completely stunned, unable to even move. Even some village guards in the distance felt their bodies shake instinctively in fear.

Those observing from outside witnessed something far more extraordinary.

A dark green goblin with crimson hair stood at the center of the battlefield, while behind him a massive golden lion phantom materialized, roaring in sync with him—as if both voices were one and the same.

**Infernal Roar [E]**

**Effect:**

The lion tattoo manifests partially during the roar and stunned weak enemies.

And strangely, the effect didn’t feel limited to a small radius. Even those far from the center who have weak wills found themselves frozen in fear.

The village guards visibly trembled.

"What a dangerous monster," Rayn Holt murmured, his sharp eyes narrowing. "Goblin morale is already collapsing... and he’s using an ability that directly attacks the mind."

"The battle is completely shifting in their favor," Mark Stone added grimly. "Unless they run out of stamina..."

His gaze shifted toward Vargan and the hob goblin. "Or unless one of them ends it first."

"Whatever the outcome," Elena said calmly, "the village has already secured its victory."

"Because whoever survives this fight will be exhausted and heavily injured. Unless they are foolish, they won’t continue."

All three then turned toward the mage, who stood calmly beside Orion, while Orion himself looked increasingly anxious.

But the mage’s eyes were fixed entirely on Luke.

"He’s not fighting like an E rank..." she muttered. "Is he perhaps F rank?"

Then she glanced again at the battlefield—at monsters tearing through enemies like it is effortless.

"No... he’s hiding it," she concluded slowly. "Even legendary classes can’t tame monsters above their rank."

But her expression tightened slightly.

"Still... something is wrong. That number... it doesn’t make sense."

Too many monster.

Unless he is a D rank powerhouse... it shouldn’t be possible.

Luke, however, is completely unaware of their thoughts. And even if he knew, he wouldn’t care.

Right now, all that mattered is killing this enemy.

In front of me stood the same goblin archer—the one who has already hunted down my undead earlier—its body radiating an unmistakable E- rank aura that pressed against the air like a heavy weight.

I narrowed my eyes.

*System, buy Bone Armor and show me buff skills.*

A translucent screen flickered in front of my vision.

[ACQUIRED: BONE ARMOR (F) - 100P]

[NECRO / SKILLS / SHOP]

Death Reinforcement (F) - 200P

Grave Strength (F) - 200P

There is no hesitation.

I purchased **Grave Strength**.

The moment I closed the system interface, I activated both skills in quick succession.

Cold necrotic energy surged through my body.

My muscles tightened... then hardened.

**Grave Strength** ignited first—like a buried force awakening beneath my skin—followed by **Bone Armor**, which erupted outward as scattered bone fragments around the battlefield snapped into motion.

Ribs, shards, and broken skeletal pieces rose from the ground and nearby corpses, racing toward me. They clacked together violently, forming a rough, layered armor over my chest, shoulders, and arms.

The goblin archer tilted its head, sensing the shift, then flashed a predator-like grin.

It drew its bow.

The moment the string released—

**WHOOSH!**

An arrow tore through the air.

I reacted instantly.

A sharp twist of my body.

The arrow missed my heart... but scraped across my shoulder instead.

**CRACK!**

Bone Armor shattered on impact, fragments exploding outward as I staggered half a step.

For a split second, pain flared through my arm.

"Damn..."

I steadied my breathing.

Almost instantly, broken bone fragments crawled back toward me, reforming the damaged armor piece by piece.

The goblin didn’t wait.

Another arrow is on its bow.

I pushed forward.

My feet crushed the ground as I charged, ivory bone spear forming tightly in my grip.

The goblin’s eyes narrowed.

It released again.

**SHHK!**

Too fast.

I ducked—barely.

A cold wind scraped past my ear as the arrow grazed through strands of hair.

Too far, it would control the fight.

Too close, it would be dangerous.

The thought flashed through my mind in an instant.

The goblin adjusted instantly, its movements sharper now—serious.

Then—

Three arrows fired in rapid succession.

**SHHK! SHHK! SHHK!**

I reacted on instinct

Two I evaded by twisting at the edge of timing.

The third—

I swung my bone spear.

**CLANG!**

A violent shock ran up my arm.

My grip almost broke.

I got pushed back a few steps, boots grinding against the ground.

This thing... is truly an E- rank.

I re-centered my stance.

But I have already prepared my counter.

Dark energy surged from my hand.

**Necro Curse.**

A burst of deep violet smoke erupted forward.

Twisting mid-air before latching onto the goblin archer like living parasites.

"SKREEE!!"

Instant scream.

The goblin’s body jolted violently.

Muscles spasmed.

Veins darkened under its skin as the curse began eating away at its strength from within.

Finally Opening, I stepped forward again.

**Necro Bolt.**

A condensed sphere of unstable death energy formed in my palm.

**ZAP!**

It shot forward like a compressed burst of lightning.

It struck its chest.

The goblin coughed violently, black blood spilling from its mouth.

But it didn’t fall.

It kicked backward immediately, forcing distance again.

Even weakened, its instinct remained sharp.

Another arrow is already on the string.

Its hands shook slightly now.

But it didn’t stop.

**SHHK! SHHK! SHHK!**

Faster and Desperate he fired three arrow in row.

I deflected one with my spear.

Dodged another by shifting my shoulder.

The third grazed past my waist—cracking part of my armor again.

I clicked my tongue.

It is slowing down... but still dangerous.

I condensed bone fragments in my hand mid-motion.

A smaller bone spear formed.

The goblin fired again.

I blocked with my ivory spear—

**CRACK!**

A visible fracture spread across it.

"Not good..."

I threw the bone spear immediately.

It shoot like arrow but, The goblin reacted fast—too fast for someone injured.

It dodged sideways.

But—

I was waiting for this.

"die!" I yelled while casting skill.

Another **Necro Bolt** formed instantly.

**ZAP!**

It hit clean.

The goblin archer froze mid-motion.

Its body trembled violently.

Black blood poured from its mouth and chest.

Its knees buckled.

I moved burst forward.

My spear drove forward.

**STAB.**

Straight through its throat.

The goblin’s eyes widened in shock...

Then slowly dimmed.

Silence.

I pulled back and quickly stored the body into my inventory before it could fall.

"...Huff."

I exhaled heavily.

Chest rising and falling.

My shoulder still throbbed from the earlier hit.

But before I could relax—

I turned my gaze sharply toward the battlefield.

My connection has just broken.

**10 E-rank undead... gone.**

A cold tension settled in my chest.
