Carlo’s massive right fist slammed heavily into Kaido’s face like a black cannonball, shoving the giant’s taunts right back down his throat.
Nearly ten thousand tons of punching force erupted all at once.
Even if a warship or a mountain stood before this strike, Carlo would have shattered it!
Kaido felt as though a high-speed, heavy warship had rammed straight into his face.
The instant the fist hit his face, his massive, muscular frame flipped backward, and the back of his head smashed heavily into the ground.
The earth collapsed under the impact.
Kaido ended up upside down, his upper body buried deep in the dirt while his two thick, hairy legs stuck straight up, twitching erratically.
A long trail of blood sprayed out from his mouth and nose.
Carlo even spotted a broken front tooth flying through the air.
Looking at Kaido sprawled upside down with his head buried in the dirt, Carlo finally vented a breath of pent-up anger.
A mischievous grin curled up his lips.
Before Kaido could pull himself up, Carlo delivered a brutal kick straight between Kaido’s legs!
A full-power soccer kick!
“BANG!!”
“AOOOOOOWWWWW…!”
A dull thud of flesh on flesh was followed by Kaido wailing like Tom the Cat.
Sent flying by Carlo’s devastating kick, Kaido’s body was pulled right out of the dirt.
He skidded across the ground, plowing through over a dozen houses before crashing over a hundred meters away.
At the far end of the ruined street, Kaido clutched his crotch, his face contorted in agony as it turned purple-red.
He glared back at Carlo through bloodshot eyes, gritting his teeth.
“Despicable Marine brat, you actually…
Ow…”
It turned out that no matter how tough a body was, that particular spot could never be as hard as a fist.
The kick nearly brought tears to Kaido’s eyes.
Blood dripped continuously from his mouth and nostrils, making him look utterly miserable.
“Whoosh!”
The dust ahead was blown aside by a sudden gust of wind.
A crescent-shaped slash over ten meters long skimmed the ground and flew straight toward him!
“Tempest Kick: Gale!”
“Bastard!” Kaido growled, thrusting his iron club into the ground to block.
“BOOM!”
The Tempest Kick shattered against his iron club.
But right behind it came a right foot coated in dense, black Haki!
Along with a taunt that made Kaido’s blood boil:
“Yo, Kaido!
Are your golden eggs alright?
You won’t turn into a woman, will you?”
Seeing the gloating smile on Carlo’s face, Kaido’s features twisted in rage.
“Don’t get cocky!!
“Bagua!!”
“Sizzle, sizzle!”
The lightning-covered iron club cut through the air with a roar.
Driven by Kaido’s massive arms, it slammed straight toward Carlo’s right foot.
Looking at the cold, gleaming spikes on the club, Carlo snapped.
Refusing to dodge, he stomped down with all his might!
“BOOM!!”
“ROAAAR!!”
“URGHHH!!”
Carlo summoned every ounce of strength into his right foot, pinning Kaido’s iron club in an attempt to crush it into the earth.
White steam spewed from Kaido’s nostrils.
With bloodshot eyes, he gripped the club with both hands.
The muscles on his giant arms bulged like pythons, and thick veins looked ready to burst as an endless wave of brute force erupted from his body.
During their brief struggle, both of their faces turned beet red from exertion.
Ultimately, Kaido’s raw force won out.
“Fly to the edge of the sky for me!”
“Thunder Sixteen Bagua!!”
Kaido roared maniacally, flipping the iron club out from under Carlo’s foot.
Sweeping upward along Carlo’s leg and scraping across his torso, he slammed the club right into Carlo’s jaw.
*Crack!* A fracture echoed from Carlo’s lower jaw.
A long arc of blood sprayed from his mouth, forming a mist.
His whole body flew backward like a baseball struck by a bat.
“BOOM!!”
He flew so fast he broke the sound barrier, forming a Mach ring as he blasted from one end of Rocky Port to the other, four or five hundred meters away.

“BOOM!
BOOM!
BOOM!”
The mechanical system notification was drowned out by the thundering sound of Kaido trampling the earth in hot pursuit.
*Snap!*
Carlo pressed his chin and popped his dislocated jaw back into place.
He had almost thought his jaw had been shattered by Kaido’s swing.
Though it wasn’t broken, the teeth in his mouth had been knocked loose.
Blood welled up continuously, bringing a lost molar with it.
“Pui!”
Spitting a mouthful of bloody phlegm onto the ground, Carlo shook his right foot, which had been punctured by the spikes.
With a wild laugh, he charged headfirst toward the swinging club of the oncoming Kaido. Find the original chapter at g.com.
“Again!!”
“Come on!!” Kaido’s eyes were crimson as he swung his iron club like a windmill, raining down a relentless barrage of strikes on Carlo.
“BANG!”
He slammed his club onto Carlo’s right shoulder.
Both of Carlo’s legs were driven deep into the ground.
The muscles on his shoulder tore, pierced with several bloody holes by the spikes, and his collarbone emitted a sickening crack.

“BOOM!!” Carlo threw a whip kick into Kaido’s waist, sending the giant flying sideways dozens of meters.
Relying on his absurdly durable body, Kaido tumbled back to his feet almost instantly and charged right back, swinging his club down in a devastating jump-split overhead smash.
“BOOM!!”
The ground caved in, forming a crater over ten meters wide.
Covered in blood, Carlo stood at the edge of the crater and flipped him off.
“Heh, missed me.”
“GRAAAAAH!!”
“Thunder Bagua!”

Kaido swung his club like a madman, his strength seemingly bottomless as he rained down a wild barrage of attacks.
At first, Carlo used his smaller size and superior agility to dodge dozens of strikes, trading blows back and forth.
Kaido didn’t even bother dodging.
Relying on his thick hide, he relentlessly pursued Carlo, pumping out non-stop damage.
After over ten minutes of high-intensity, brutal brawling…
Carlo was the first to feel exhaustion creeping in.
Brawling bare-handed against Kaido’s spiked club put him at a distinct disadvantage.
His current Armament Haki wasn’t strong enough to casually deflect a weapon of Hachisai’s tier.
Though he wasn’t sure if Kaido’s Hachisai was a Supreme Grade Blade or a Great Grade Blade, the hardness and sharpness of its spikes far exceeded the famous swords Carlo had seen at Marine Headquarters.
His hands, feet, and body were punctured and slashed in multiple places, losing a considerable amount of blood.
If he hadn’t possessed Life Return to freely control his muscles and seal the bleeding, he would have collapsed from blood loss by now.
Suddenly, Carlo took a bad step, sinking into a pit and stumbling hard to the right!
