The group of hikers behind the man shouted back in response.

However, before their voices could fade, a shout of “Holy crap!” rang out along with a scream.

“Not good!

Kaguya fell down!”

…Sea Calendar Year 1514, East Blue, on the beach of an island in the Organ Archipelago.

“Pfft!

Cough!

Cough!”

Kaguya abruptly spat out a mouthful of salty seawater, coughing violently.

He struggled to prop himself up; his soaked shirt clung to his skin, and the sea breeze brought a bone-chilling cold.

Before him was an unfamiliar beach, with fine golden sand sparkling in the sunlight.

In the distance was a lush tropical jungle, with tall coconut trees swaying in the wind.

“Where is this…”

Kaguya muttered to himself.

The last memory in his mind was the moment he lost his footing and fell into a mountain stream.

He looked down at his palms, confirming this wasn’t an illusion.

The surrounding environment was completely different from the scene he saw before losing consciousness; the air was thick with the smell of the sea.

Kaguya rubbed his throbbing temples, trying to clear his thoughts.

He looked around and found several broken wooden planks scattered on the beach, with charred marks remaining on them, as if they had been scorched by fire.

Further away, a half-sunken small boat was wedged into the shallows, its sails long since tattered.

“Could I have transmigrated?”

This absurd thought flashed through his mind.

He remembered clearly that he was in an inland mountain stream; how could he wake up by the sea?

Other than transmigration, he couldn’t think of any other possibility.

It couldn’t be that there was a large river in the mountain stream, and he fell in and was carried to the ocean, right?

That scenario was even more ridiculous than transmigration.

Kaguya felt his pockets and found that the phone he had placed there was gone.

He took off his shirt and pants and wrung them out forcefully.

The soaked clothing made a “splash” sound as he twisted it.

After putting the clothes back on, though they were still damp, at least they were no longer dripping.

Kaguya carried his shoes and walked barefoot on the soft sand, feeling the warm touch from beneath his feet, which made him feel slightly more at ease.

The cry of seagulls came from the distance.

Kaguya looked up and saw several white sea birds circling in the azure sky.

Following the direction of the sea birds’ flight, his gaze suddenly noticed something reflecting a metallic luster in the sunlight beneath the reefs at the end of the beach.

Kaguya hesitated for a moment but decided to go over and check.

He carefully avoided sharp shells and rocks.

Upon getting closer, he discovered it was actually a katana stuck in the sand.

The hilt was wrapped in dark red silk thread, and the exposed section of the blade glinted coldly in the sun.

Kaguya reached out and gripped the hilt, pulling it from the sand.

With a gentle swing, the blade cut through the air with a crisp hum.

The sharp edge flickered with cold light under the sun.

Kaguya looked around but didn’t find anyone.

“Since it’s ownerless, I can just keep it for self-defense.

As for a name, let’s call you Tsukikage for now.”

He still didn’t know where he was.

Judging from the broken planks and shipwreck debris on the beach, it seemed a shipwreck had occurred here.

Kaguya lightly stroked the blade, feeling the icy touch of the metal.

“Let’s see if there’s anything else I can use.”

Holding Tsukikage, Kaguya walked toward the wreckage of the wooden boat.

He searched through the wreckage but found nothing.

“Forget it, finding a sword for self-defense is already pretty good.

Better figure out where this is first.”

Kaguya glanced at the dense forest behind him, put on his shoes, took a deep breath, and walked toward the jungle holding Tsukikage.

The jungle was humid and sweltering, the sunlight filtered through the dense canopy into mottled patterns of light and shadow.

Kaguya walked on the soft humus, his ears filled with various unfamiliar insect chirps and bird calls.

After walking for an unknown amount of time, he suddenly heard a rustling sound ahead and immediately tightened his grip on Tsukikage, alert.

“Who’s there?”

Kaguya barked in a low voice.

Amidst the shaking bushes, a ragged youth emerged.

He was about twelve or thirteen years old, with a terrified expression on his face.

He visibly recoiled when he saw the sword in Kaguya’s hand.

“Don’t…

don’t kill me!”

The boy stammered.

“I, I have no money…”

Kaguya scrutinized the other person and found that although the boy was thin, his eyes were clear and he didn’t look like a bad person, so he relaxed his guard slightly.

“What’s your name?

Where is this?”

“My name is Roy.”

The boy sighed in relief.

“This is Moby Island of the Organ Archipelago.

Are you a shipwrecked sailor?”

Kaguya’s heart stirred; he felt like he had heard the name of this archipelago before, but for a moment he couldn’t remember where.

He gave a vague hum of agreement.

“Something like that.

Are there any villages nearby?

Or towns?”

“Yes!”

Roy nodded excitedly.

“Our village is just to the east.

But…”

His expression suddenly darkened.

“The Buggy Pirates have been appearing in the nearby waters recently.

The Village Chief said we can’t just bring strangers back…”

“Buggy Pirates?”

Kaguya heard the keyword.

“Could this be the world of the Pirate King?

He then asked tentatively.”

“Which of the four seas is this?”

Roy answered without hiding anything: “This is the East Blue.”

Just then, a burst of noisy shouting and gunshots came from the distance.

Roy’s face changed drastically.

“Not good!

Pirates are coming to raid us!”

The boy didn’t care about Kaguya anymore and rushed quickly toward the village.

Kaguya hesitated for a moment and secretly followed.

It wasn’t that he wanted to be a hero or anything.

After all, he was just a high school student who had just graduated.

For the past dozen years, he had been sitting in classrooms studying and hadn’t exercised much.

His strength might not even be as good as that boy just now.

After all, the physical constitutions of people in this world were all a bit bizarre.

Kaguya quickly passed through the jungle and soon saw a small village by the sea.

At this moment, the village entrance was in chaos, and a dozen or so ferocious pirates were rampaging.

A man dressed strangely with a red nose resembling a clown was grinning and commanding his subordinates.

“Move everything valuable!”

Roy saw the Village Chief Grandpa lying in a pool of blood and immediately rushed over, only to be kicked to the ground by a tall pirate.

Kaguya hid behind a tree, his hand holding the sword trembling slightly, his palms sweating cold sweat.

He recognized the identity of the leading man.

It was Clown Buggy.

This also confirmed that he had indeed transmigrated to the world of One Piece.

Kaguya had watched the One Piece anime before transmigrating.

Although he only reached the Wano Country arc, his impression of Clown Buggy was still very deep.

This was a Devil Fruit User who had eaten the Chop-Chop Fruit.

With his own strength, he couldn’t even deal with Buggy’s subordinates, let alone Buggy himself.

Kaguya held his breath, hiding his presence as much as possible.
