“I completely forgot about you guys, yet you actually came knocking on our door yourselves.”
Saying this, Raizen waved to Garp and Kizaru, who were resting on the deck.

Teacher Garp, Admiral Kizaru, there’s an unidentified ship tailing us.
I suspect it’s a pirate ship, so I’ll go take care of it!”
Garp waved his hand, signaling for Raizen to do as he pleased.
Kizaru lifted his brown sunglasses and used his Observation Haki to sense the area.

To think there are pirates impersonating the World Government, even flying a flag identical to theirs.
Little Raizen, make sure you clean them up thoroughly.”

Raizen opened the two chests and distributed a portion to every Marine present, ensuring everyone got a share.
Since he was asking them to shoulder the risk, he had to give them enough benefits.
Otherwise, wouldn’t he just be making them work for free?
