Mary Geoise, the Holy Land and headquarters of the World Government.
Inside a luxurious room, five dignified old men sat on sofas, discussing important matters.
“Knock!
Knock!
Knock!”
“Report!
Elders, I have an urgent matter to report!”
Following the sound of knocking, a World Government agent hurriedly reported to the Five Elders.
“Come in.”
The long-bearded Elder, dressed in a dark blue suit, spoke toward the door.
“Report, Elders.
We have received a distress signal from the ship carrying Saint Roswald in the East Blue.”
Sweat covered the agent’s forehead.
Clearly, even he had been shocked by the news.
“However, the distress signal was interrupted before the transmission could be completed.
We have now completely lost contact with Saint Roswald.”
“What?!”
“Someone actually attacked a Celestial Dragon!”
“They’re challenging the authority of the World Government.”
The Five Elders’ expressions darkened.
Celestial Dragons were the world’s nobles.
No one had ever dared to directly attack one.
Even the great pirate powers had never openly attacked a Celestial Dragon.
“Immediately contact the nearby Marines and World Government agents and have them investigate.”
The white-haired Elder with curly hair spoke sternly.
“No matter what, we must find the attackers and determine whether Roswald is still alive.”
“This matter must not become known to the outside world.
Otherwise, it could damage the authority of the World Government.”
The blond-haired Elder narrowed his eyes at the reporting agent.
“Go.
Have CP0 follow this matter closely.”
“Yes, Elders.”
The agent immediately turned around and left to carry out his orders.

Grand Line, the White Land of Baltigo, Revolutionary Army headquarters.
“Big news!
Big news, Dragon!”
Emporio Ivankov, the flamboyant revolutionary with a large face, hurried toward the leader of the Revolutionary Army, Monkey D.
Dragon.
“What news could possibly surprise you this much, Ivankov?”
Dragon, wearing a green cloak, turned around and looked at Ivankov.
“Phew, phew.”
Ivankov took a deep breath.
“Big news, Dragon!
Large numbers of agents from CP0 through CP9 have been dispatched to the East Blue.
Quite a few Marines stationed in the East Blue have also been mobilized.”
“They seem to be searching for something.”
“Our people investigated and discovered that they’re looking into the whereabouts of the Celestial Dragon, Roswald.”
“Apparently, Roswald was attacked by someone.”
“Oh?
A Celestial Dragon was attacked?”
Even the usually composed Dragon became interested.
“Is the information reliable?”
“Absolutely.”
Ivankov nodded.
“We interrogated a captured World Government agent and got the information directly from him.”
“What’s more, the ship carrying the Celestial Dragon was completely destroyed.
Roswald is very likely dead.”
“Do we know who attacked the Celestial Dragon?”
“If it’s someone like that, we might be able to recruit them.”
“If they’re enemies of the World Government, they could become our allies.”
“We don’t know yet.”
“When the Celestial Dragon was attacked, there didn’t seem to be any other ships nearby.
It’ll take some time to investigate.”
“Ivankov, follow up on this matter.”
“As soon as you obtain information about the attackers, report it to me.”
“Leave it to me, Dragon.”
Ivankov looked excited.
“Ohhh!
Someone capable of attacking a Celestial Dragon must be an incredible boy!
I’m getting excited!”
“He’s still as impulsive as ever.”
Dragon shook his head as he watched Ivankov run off.

East Blue, aboard the Golden Hind.
“Um, is there something particularly funny about me?”
Borsalino touched his head as he looked at Zhuyun, who was laughing loudly in front of him.
“Hahaha, nothing.
I just thought of something amusing.”
Zhuyun finally came back to his senses and looked at Borsalino.
“Really?
Somehow, I feel like you’re laughing at me, Marshal.”
Borsalino crooked his mouth slightly.
“Ahem.
I’ve received professional training.
No matter how funny something is, I won’t laugh.”
Zhuyun put on a serious expression.
“Unless I can’t help it.
Hahaha!”
“Don’t take it personally.”
“I just think it would be hilarious when you eventually appear in front of the Marines and the real Kizaru.”
“If I encountered the Marines while looking like myself, hmm, that would certainly be troublesome.”
Borsalino stroked his chin.
“For now, keep your identity hidden.”
“When the time is right, reveal yourself.
It will definitely be interesting.”
Zhuyun wanted to pat Borsalino on the shoulder, but he wasn’t tall enough, so he settled for patting him on the waist instead.
“Change your clothes and put on a mask.”
“If that’s your order, Marshal, I’ll obey.”
“Now that we have six people, it’s time to give our organization a name.”
Zhuyun looked at everyone.
“Does anyone have any ideas?”
“I do.
Let’s call it Konoha.”
Tsunade raised her hand first.
“No.”
Zhuyun rejected the suggestion without hesitation.
“How about the Marines?”
Borsalino silently raised his hand.
“Do whatever you want.
I’m not participating.”
Emiya leaned against the side of the ship with an aloof expression.
“How about Blue Star?”
Drake smiled as she looked at Zhuyun.
“What do you think?”
“Blue Star?”
Zhuyun looked toward the sky, as though he could see his hometown, Earth, beyond it.
“That’s a wonderful name.
It makes me feel nostalgic.”
“Then it’s decided.”
“From now on, our organization will be called Blue Star.”
“And our pirate crew will be called the Drake Pirates, with our lady, Francis Drake, serving as captain.”
Zhuyun made the final decision.
