Ramon looked at garp and said,”Grandpa I am going to say something I hope you will listen and support me at that.”

Hearing this Garp looked at Ramon thoughtfully, after a long moment of silence, Garp finally spoke in a low voice,

“…Alright.”

“I’ll listen.”

Taking a deep breath, Ramon continued,

“One of my brothers…”

“…my biological younger brother…”

“…is going to shake the entire world someday.”

Garp silently listened.

Ramon slowly continued,

“He will rise as the Sun God Nika.”

“Also known as…”

“…Joy Boy.”

The moment those words fell—

Garp abruptly stood up.

“What?!”

For the first time since the conversation started, genuine shock appeared on Garp’s face.

“You’re saying…”

“…someone from our family will become Joy Boy?!”

Ramon nodded slowly.

“Yes.”

Garp stared at Ramon silently.

The atmosphere inside the room became incredibly tense.

Then suddenly—

Garp burst out laughing loudly.

“BWAHAHAHAHA!”

“As expected of my family!”

Seeing Garp’s reaction of knowing Joyboy Ramon asked,” By the way Grandpa how do you know about Joyboy”

Hearing this Garp replyed while laughing,” Bwahahaha oh that Roger told me before execution Bwahahaha..”

Seeing Garp laugh, Ramon almost relaxed slightly.

But then—

Ramon continued.

“But Grandpa…”

Garp stopped laughing.

Ramon looked directly into Garp’s eyes and said seriously,

“He’s going to become a pirate.”

Silence.

“Not just any pirate…”

Ramon’s voice became heavier.

“He’s going to become the Pirate King.”

“The man Roger is betting the future on.”

This time—

Garp completely froze.

His mouth slowly opened in disbelief.

The room became dead silent.

After a few seconds, Garp finally looked at Ramon with a stunned expression and asked,

“…Brat.”

“…What did you just say?”

Hearing Ramon’s words, chaos erupted inside the office.

“WHAT?!”

Garp’s roar shook the entire room.

Boom!

Cracks spread across the walls from the pressure leaking out unconsciously from the Hero of the Marines.

“The Pirate King?!”

“That brat from our family is going to become a pirate?!”

Garp grabbed his head in frustration and started pacing around the office.

“No, no, no…”

“I already failed with Dragon…”

“And now another one?!”

Ramon stayed silent while watching Garp panic.

After a few minutes, the chaos inside the room finally calmed down again.

Heavy silence returned.

Garp slowly sat back down while breathing heavily.

Then he looked directly at Ramon and asked in a serious voice,

“Why?”

“Why does he have to become a pirate?”

“Can’t he become a marine instead?”

Hearing this, Ramon lowered his eyes slightly before replying,

“Sorry, Grandpa…”

“But him becoming a pirate is necessary.”

The atmosphere instantly turned heavy again.

Garp frowned deeply and asked,

“And why is that?”

Ramon took a deep breath.

Then he slowly spoke words that completely changed the atmosphere inside the room.

“Because…”

“He’s the one who’s going to overthrow the World Government.”

Silence.

“…What?”

Garp’s eyes widened.

Ramon continued seriously,

“The current World Government…”

“…is planning to sink the entire world someday.”

“They are planning to use the Ancient Weapon Uranus.”

Boom!

A terrifying wave of Conqueror’s Haki exploded unconsciously from Garp.

The office trembled violently.

The windows shattered instantly.

Garp abruptly stood up and stared directly at Ramon.

“…What did you just say?”

His voice had become extremely heavy.

Ramon clenched his fists and continued,

“The future that man saw…”

“…showed the World Government using Uranus to erase islands and eventually drown the entire world beneath the ocean.”

Garp’s pupils shook violently.

For the first time in decades—

The Hero of the Marines genuinely looked shaken to his core.

Garp stared at Ramon in disbelief.

Then suddenly—

“WHY?!”

Boom!

The entire office shook again from Garp’s fury.

“Why would they do something like that?!”

Ramon looked at Garp seriously and replied,

“I don’t know, Grandpa.”

“But if I had to guess…”

Ramon slowly narrowed his eyes.

“Maybe they want to become the only ones left alive.”

Garp stayed silent.

Ramon continued,

“As you can see, the Celestial Dragons already live on the Red Line.”

“The highest place in the world.”

“And they always wear bubble helmets like they are preparing themselves for a different environment.”

Ramon slowly clenched his fists.

“So I think…”

“They are planning to sink the entire world beneath the ocean while they themselves survive safely above it.”

Crack.

The armrest beneath Garp’s hand shattered instantly.

The veins on his forehead bulged violently.

After a few moments, Garp finally asked in a low voice,

“How long?”

“How many years are left?”

Ramon took a deep breath before answering.

“Less than three decades.”

Silence.

Then Ramon continued heavily,

“According to that future…”

“The World Government will eventually attempt to sink the entire world completely.”

“…is the one who finds the One Piece.”

Garp’s expression slowly darkened.

Ramon continued,

“And according to that man…”

“The person who reaches Laugh Tale must also become the next Joy Boy.”

“Only then can the world truly be saved.”

“Only then can Uranus be stopped.”

“And only then…”

“…will the World Government finally fall.”

The office became completely silent.

Even Garp—

The Hero of the Marines—

Couldn’t say a single word anymore.

Seeing Garp fall completely silent, Ramon took a deep breath before speaking again.

“I know this is hard for you, Grandpa…”

“But that’s why I asked you earlier.”

“If I find a powerful Devil Fruit…”

“…will you eat it?”

Garp stayed silent for a few moments.

The Hero of the Marines slowly lowered his head.

Then finally he replied,

“…I’ll think about it.”

Hearing this, Ramon nodded slightly.

“Okay, Grandpa.”

After saying that, Ramon turned around and started walking toward the door.

The office remained completely silent.

Step.

Step.

Just as Ramon was about to leave—

“Ramon.”

Hearing Garp’s voice, Ramon stopped walking.

He slowly looked back.

Garp stared at him seriously and asked,

“What about you?”

“That future-seeing man…”

“…what did he say about your future?”

For a few seconds, Ramon stayed silent.

Then he slowly replied,

“…My future is unknown.”

Garp frowned slightly.

Ramon continued calmly,

“He said…”

“…I’m a variable.”

“A being outside the system of the world.”

Silence filled the office once again.

Ramon smiled slightly after saying that.

Then he turned around again and continued walking away.

Step.

Step.

The office door slowly closed behind him.

Meanwhile—

Garp remained sitting there silently alone.

For the first time in many years—

Monkey D.

Garp felt uncertain about the future.

Leaving Monkey D.

Garp alone, Ramon slowly stepped outside.

The cold sea breeze brushed against his face as he lifted his eyes toward the distant horizon surrounding Marineford.

The endless ocean stretched before him, calm and silent, yet his mind was anything but peaceful.

He took a deep breath, trying to calm the storm raging inside his heart.

For the first time in a long while, the usual carefree grin on his face was nowhere to be seen.

His eyes carried an unusual heaviness, filled with thoughts he could not easily bury.

Minutes passed in silence.

Only the sound of waves crashing against the shore echoed through the air.

Then suddenly, footsteps approached from behind.

“Oi, Ramon.”

Hearing the familiar voice, Ramon slightly turned his head.

Admiral Zephyr walked toward him before quietly sitting down beside him.

Unlike his usual relaxed and carefree attitude, Zephyr’s expression became serious the moment he noticed the gloomy look on Ramon’s face.

The Admiral stared at him for a few seconds before speaking again.

“Heyo, Ramon… what happened?”

His voice was calmer this time, almost concerned.

“It’s the first time I’ve seen you looking like this.”

Ramon remained silent.

The wind continued to blow through his dark hair as his eyes stayed fixed on the horizon.

The cheerful and reckless young man who always laughed in the face of danger was nowhere to be seen at this moment.

Seeing his silence, Zephyr frowned slightly.

“You’ve been carrying something in your heart ever since we arrived here,” he said quietly.

“And knowing you… if you’re this depressed, then it must be serious.”

For a brief moment, Ramon clenched his fists.

His eyes darkened slightly.

Even he himself didn’t know how to explain the emotions buried deep inside him.

Frustration… anger… helplessness… all of them mixed together until they became impossible to understand.

After a long silence, Ramon finally spoke.

“…Tell me, Uncle Zephyr.”

His voice was unusually low.

“What should a person do when they’re too weak to protect the people important to them?”

The moment those words left his mouth, the atmosphere around them became heavy.

Hearing those words, Admiral Zephyr remained silent for a few moments.

The old Marine kept his eyes fixed on the endless ocean before finally letting out a deep sigh.

“If that’s the case,” he said calmly, “then become stronger… strong enough that no one in this world can defeat you.”

His voice was firm and heavy, carrying the experience of a man who had witnessed countless battles, losses, and tragedies throughout his life.

“In this world, Ramon, the weak lose everything.

If you truly want to protect the people precious to you, then you must gain enough strength to crush anyone who stands in your way.”

Hearing those words, Ramon slowly lowered his head.

A shadow covered his eyes for a brief moment before a familiar fire began burning within them once again.

The hesitation inside his heart slowly disappeared.

Then, a small grin appeared on his face.

“…Yeah.”

Ramon clenched his fists tightly.

“That’s exactly what I’m going to do, Grandpa Zephyr.”

The heaviness surrounding him began fading away as determination replaced the sadness in his heart.

The air around him almost seemed to change alongside his resolve.

Without wasting another second, Ramon slowly stood up.

The wind blew his coat behind him as he looked toward the massive Marine training grounds in the distance.

“Grandpa Zephyr,” Ramon said confidently, “I’m going to train.”

The moment those words left his mouth, he immediately began walking away without even waiting for a response.

Zephyr watched his departing figure in silence.

A small smile slowly appeared on the old Admiral’s face.

“This kid…” he muttered under his breath.

Even after everything Ramon had gone through, his answer was still the same.

Fight.

Train.

Become stronger.

Zephyr could not help but shake his head helplessly.

“That battle maniac seriously only has three things inside his brain,” he sighed.

“Fighting, training, and food.”

The old Admiral rested his chin on his hand while watching Ramon disappear into the distance.

“At this rate,” Zephyr muttered with amusement, “he’s never going to find the love of his life during his entire lifetime.”

Yet despite his words, there was a hint of pride hidden in his eyes.

Because more than anyone else, Zephyr understood one thing very clearly.

Once Ramon set his mind on becoming stronger…

Nothing in the world could stop him.

Time passed quickly, and before anyone realized it, the long-awaited day of Gol D.

Roger’s execution had finally arrived.

The entire world was in chaos.

Pirates, kingdoms, bounty hunters, and even ordinary civilians had turned their attention toward the upcoming execution of the Pirate King.

Tension filled the air like an approaching storm, and everyone understood that history itself was about to change.

Inside the headquarters of the Marines at Marineford, the atmosphere was especially heavy.

Within Fleet Admiral Kong’s office, several of the Navy’s strongest figures were gathered together for an emergency meeting.

The room was unusually quiet.

Even the Admirals looked tense.

Garp, Sengoku, Admiral Zephyr, Tsuru, Admiral Yeti, and Fleet Admiral Kong himself.

Everyone understood the importance of today’s events.

Meanwhile, unlike the others, Garp was casually sitting on the side while loudly chewing on his rice crackers as if nothing important was happening.

Crunch.

Crunch.

The sound echoed throughout the silent room, causing veins to bulge on Kong’s forehead.

Finally, unable to tolerate it anymore, Kong slammed both hands onto the desk and roared,

“GARP!”

The sudden shout shook the entire office.

“Where is your grandson?!”

Hearing this, Garp stopped chewing for a moment before casually looking toward Kong.

“Oh, you mean Ramon?”

He scratched his cheek lazily before continuing,

“That brat’s been training in the backyard of Marineford since morning.

He’s punching the Sea Stone remains from those broken battleships again.”

Garp then laughed loudly.

“BWAHAHAHA!”

The moment Kong heard that, his face darkened instantly.

“GARP!” he roared once again.

“What are you letting him do?!”

The Fleet Admiral pointed angrily toward him.

“Your grandson is currently a Vice Admiral, The Navy needs him here right now!”

The pressure inside the room instantly increased.

“Call him immediately!”

Hearing Kong yell so furiously, Garp merely sighed helplessly.

“Alright, alright… you’re too noisy.”

Still lazily sitting in his chair, Garp picked up his Den Den Mushi from the table before activating it.

Meanwhile, outside the headquarters, in Marineford’s massive training grounds—

BOOM!!

Another deafening explosion echoed through the area.

Ramon stood before the shattered remains of an enormous battleship covered in cracks.

His fists were coated in bruises as fragments of Sea Stone scattered across the ground.

Sweat dripped down his body while his breathing remained steady.

Even after hours of training, his eyes still burned with determination.

Then suddenly—

Pururururu… Pururururu…

The sound of the Den Den Mushi interrupted him.

Ramon stopped mid-punch before grabbing the small snail communicator nearby.

“Hello, Grandpa?” he asked casually.

“What happened?

Why are you calling me during training?”

The moment the call connected, Garp’s loud voice exploded from the Den Den Mushi.

“BRAT!

Hurry up and get over here already!”

Ramon instinctively moved the snail away from his ear.

“The Marines are having an important meeting right now, and these old men keep yelling at me because you’re missing!”

Hearing this, Ramon let out a tired sigh.

“Okay, okay… I’m coming.”

He rolled his eyes before muttering,

“Why are they acting so serious this early in the morning…?”

Without waiting for another reply, Ramon ended the call.

Click.

For a brief moment, he looked down at his bruised fists before quietly clenching them.

Then suddenly, a grin appeared on his face.

“Kuhahaha…”

The intense pressure surrounding him slowly disappeared.

Without another word, he turned around and began walking toward the main Marine headquarters, where the important meeting was currently taking place.

And unknowingly to most people—

The events that would soon shake the entire world had already begun moving forward.

A few minutes later, the large doors of the meeting hall slowly opened.

Creak—

The moment the doors opened, the attention of every person inside the room shifted toward the entrance.

Vice Admirals, Admirals, Monkey D.

Garp, Sengoku, Admiral Zephyr, Tsuru, and even Fleet Admiral Kong himself all looked toward the young figure entering the room.

Ramon casually walked inside with both hands in his pockets as if he had not a single care in the world.

Despite being surrounded by some of the strongest Marines alive, his expression remained completely relaxed.

The atmosphere inside the hall instantly became strange.

Some Vice Admirals looked nervous.

Others looked amazed.

A few simply stared at him with fear hidden deep inside their eyes.

After all, standing before them was not an ordinary child.

He was the grandson of the Hero of the Marines, the youngest Vice Admiral in history, and a monster whose strength had already begun reaching the level of legends.

The moment Fleet Admiral Kong saw him, veins bulged across his forehead.

“RAMON!”

His furious roar echoed throughout the entire meeting hall.

“Where have you been?!”

The pressure released from Kong’s voice alone caused several weaker Marines nearby to tense up.

“Did you forget what day today is?!”

Kong slammed his fist onto the table before continuing angrily,

“Today is the execution of Gol D.

Roger!

The entire world is watching us right now!”

His sharp eyes locked onto Ramon.

“So why are you not taking this seriously?!”

Hearing Kong’s furious yelling, Ramon merely scratched the back of his head before laughing loudly.

“Kuhahahaha!”

“Sorry, sorry!

My mistake, old man Kong.”

His carefree attitude instantly caused several Marines to sweat nervously.

“It’s just that I’ve been way too excited lately,” Ramon said with a grin.

“So I’ve been training really hard these past few days.”

The moment those words left his mouth, several Vice Admirals twitched slightly.

Training really hard?

That monster was already terrifying enough.

If he became even stronger, what exactly would happen to the balance of the world?

Meanwhile, Sengoku adjusted his glasses before seriously looking toward Ramon.

“Ramon,” he spoke calmly, “how strong have you become now?”

The moment the question was asked, the entire meeting hall became silent.

Everyone turned toward Ramon.

Even Kong stopped yelling.

After all, everyone present understood one thing very clearly—

The current strength of Monkey D.

Ramon was no laughing matter.

Hearing the question, Ramon suddenly became unusually quiet.

The grin on his face disappeared.

He slowly lowered his head before looking toward the floor with what almost seemed like disappointment.

“Grandpa Sengoku…” he muttered.

“My current strength is only around the peak of Emperor level.”

His voice sounded genuinely dissatisfied.

“I’ve been training nonstop, but I’m still a little weaker than Shiki.”

The moment those words entered everyone’s ears—

The entire meeting room froze.

Silence.

Absolute silence.

Several Vice Admirals stared at Ramon with completely blank expressions.

One of them nearly choked on his own saliva.

Another looked like he wanted to cry.

Peak of Emperor level…?

And this brat was saying it like he was weak?!

Suddenly, one of the Vice Admirals muttered under his breath,

“Already at Emperor level…”

Cold sweat rolled down his forehead.

“This kid is no joke.”

“He’s a monster among monsters.”

Then another Vice Admiral sitting beside him spoke with a trembling voice,

“Yeah… and he’s only thirteen years old.”

The moment those words were spoken, the atmosphere inside the room became even heavier.

Because everyone there understood the terrifying truth.

If Ramon was already this powerful at thirteen…

Then what kind of monster would he become in the future?
