“Next time, I will kill ten.”

As the cold voice fell, the pirates who had been holding onto a glimmer of hope instantly broke down.

A large crowd of people knelt down in unison, pointing shaking fingers at the pale Hal, crying and begging for mercy: “It’s him!Full novel: One Piece: The Uchiha, the Royal Family of Mary Geoise! — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

He’s the Captain!

We’re just small fries!

He forced us!

Have mercy, milord!

Please spare our lives!”

“You!

You traitors!” Hal looked at the boy whose eyes were as cold as ice, his face white as paper.

He cursed with a hollow bravado, but his steps retreated uncontrollably.

Shin just looked at him coldly and said, “You, come here.”

Hal’s body stiffened abruptly, and the fear in his eyes was instantly replaced by a desperate ruthlessness.

He suddenly lunged forward, grabbing Nina, who was huddled in her mother’s arms.

His thick arm tightly choked the girl’s throat, and a short blade glinting with cold light was instantly pressed against her tender neck.

“Don’t come any closer!” he roared with bloodshot eyes, the knife in his hand pressing a bit closer.

Tiny beads of blood immediately seeped from the girl’s neck.

“Take one more step, and I’ll kill her instantly!”

“Nina!

My child!” Nina’s mother tried to rush forward frantically, but Hal kicked her hard in the chest.

She slammed onto the deck, coughing up blood, only able to watch helplessly as her daughter was taken hostage, letting out desperate whimpers.

Looking at the hideous Hal, who treated the little girl as his last saving grace, Uchiha Xia Yin’s face didn’t show even a ripple of emotion, as if this hysterical farce was no different from stepping on a noisy insect.

Beside him, Yashiro and Yakumi exchanged a glance, an undisguised look of disdain flashing in their eyes.

They had both emerged from the mountains of corpses and seas of blood in the Ninja World, with hundreds, if not thousands, of enemies having died at their hands.

Taking an unarmed child hostage?

Such a low-class trick was laughably childish in their eyes.

Did he really think that Ninjas who survived the battlefield were soft-hearted saints?

People in this world took such tactics far too seriously.

Seeing Shin still walking toward him expressionlessly, Hal’s confidence mostly evaporated.

His hand holding the knife trembled uncontrollably, but he still stiffened his neck and barked with hollow bravado, “Hey!

Look closely!

This is a living child!

Are you just going to watch her die?!

Aren’t you afraid— Ah!!”

Before he could finish his threat, a cold flash streaked through the air.

A Kunai wrapped in Chakra pierced his exposed eye with extreme precision, and blood instantly gushed out.

A heart-wrenching scream burst from his throat.

He subconsciously released his grip on the girl’s neck, clutching his bleeding eye socket and rolling on the deck in agony.

Shin didn’t even spare a glance for the shivering girl huddled to the side.

He walked straight to Hal, bent over, and casually pulled out the Kunai embedded in his eye socket.

“Argh—!!

My eye!

My eye!!”

The excruciating pain made Hal shake like a leaf.

His screams grew more and more shrill as he rolled around on the blood-stained deck, splashing filth everywhere.

Shin looked at the rolling Hal, his brow furrowing slightly, his eyes flashing with undisguised impatience.

In the next second, the tang heng-style blade at his waist unsheathed.

A cold flash flickered, and it pierced straight through Hal’s shoulder blade, pinning him firmly to the deck.

“Shut up.”

The cold voice fell with indisputable authority.

The blade pressed down another half-inch, making Hal twitch in pain.

“Make one more sound, and I’ll carve the flesh off your body piece by piece and throw it into the sea to feed the fish.”

“Yes…

yes…

milord…

please spare my life…”

Hal was pinned to the deck, unable to move.

Blood and cold sweat mixed together.

He gritted his teeth to suppress the screams in his throat, his voice trembling uncontrollably, his plea for mercy cracking.

He could clearly feel the cold killing intent radiating from that blade.

If he made even the slightest mistake, his head would be separated from his body in the next second.

Shin looked down at him, his fingertips pressing on the hilt, his tone calm without a single ripple: “Next, I ask, you answer.

Dare to say one word of nonsense, and I’ll gouge out your other eye.

Understand?”

“U-Understand!

Ask anything, milord!

I will tell you everything I know!

I’ll definitely tell the truth!” Hal nodded frantically, fearing that if he was half a second too slow, he would invite more excruciating pain.

“What is your bounty?

Who is the toughest person you’ve ever killed?”

“Huh?”

Hal was instantly dazed, his pain-paled face full of bewilderment.

He had imagined countless questions, but he hadn’t expected the first thing out of the other’s mouth to be something so unrelated.

He didn’t react in time and froze on the spot.

But that half-second of hesitation already angered Shin.

The boy expressionlessly gripped the hilt and mercilessly twisted his wrist more than halfway around.

“Argh—!!!”

A heart-wrenching scream instantly burst from his throat.

The excruciating pain of the blade grinding against his bone made his whole body twitch, and the blood on the deck splashed again.

“I’ll talk!

I’ll talk!!” Hal cried with snot and tears, shouting like a madman, “My bounty is eight million Berries!

I’ve only killed a lieutenant from a Marine branch!

Nothing else!

Have mercy, milord!!”

Shin’s grip loosened slightly, and he stopped torturing him.

He was silent for a few seconds before throwing out a series of questions, each word striking Hal’s tense nerves: “Which of the four seas is this?

How many days’ sail is it to the nearest island?

Where is the nearest Marine base?

Who is the strongest Marine there?”

“It’s the West Blue!

This is the West Blue!” Hal scrambled to answer, fearing another second of torture.

“The nearest island is Las Campo Island.

Following the current, it’s about a month’s voyage!”

“The nearest Marine base is Branch 74.

The person in charge is a Marine Captain.

I really don’t know his name or what he’s capable of!”

He wailed, pouring out everything he knew: “I’m just a small-timer scraping by in these waters!

I’d never dare touch anyone from a Marine branch!

Please spare me, milord!

Have mercy and spare my dog’s life!”

“West Blue, huh.”

Shin repeated softly, his fingertips lightly stroking the cold hilt.

He looked down and thought for a moment.

When he looked up again, his gaze fell back on Hal: “What year is it in the Sea Calendar?

What is the biggest news currently happening on the sea?”
