Four days had already passed since Kazi set off from Mount Delka in the East Blue, and he hadn’t encountered a single island yet.

During these past few days, the idle system had only given him some negligible rewards daily.

“Today’s idle reward: Armament Haki slightly increased.”

“Today’s idle reward: Physical strength slightly increased.”

“Today’s idle reward: Observation Haki slightly increased.”

Truth be told, the system was incredibly honest; when it said’slightly,’ it really meant slightly, barely more than what he would get from his own daily training.

Perhaps Heaven took pity on him, because on the afternoon of the fourth day, a pirate ship appeared in Kazi’s line of sight.

“Holy crap, a pirate ship!”

“I finally don’t have to sleep on this crappy little boat anymore.”

“Jie-jie-jie-jie-jie!

You bastards actually dared to show up right in front of me in such a grand ship.

Well, now I have no choice but to take it for myself.”

Kazi rubbed his hands together, planning to go easy on them in a bit so he wouldn’t damage the ship.

Otherwise, he would have to continue sailing in his little wooden boat.

Although the small wooden boat was hand-built by him and held great sentimental value, a large ship with actual rooms was much more comfortable and cost-effective.

“Boss, a small wooden boat has appeared ahead.

There’s only one man on board.”

On the pirate ship, the pirate in the lookout tower spotted Kazi through his telescope and quickly reported the situation to the Captain.

“Only one person?”

“Then what are we waiting for?

Grab him and bring him aboard as a slave!”

“Ga-ba-ba-ba!

We are pirates, do I really need to teach you that?”

“Hahaha, yes, Captain!”

Dozens of pirates clamored.

Sailing on the sea was incredibly boring, so with this sudden source of amusement, these bored-to-death pirates all wanted to stretch their limbs.

It would just come down to who was faster.

As the small wooden boat drew closer, the pirates brandished their weapons, swaggering and posturing, wanting to teach Kazi a lesson.

Kazi stood up, a red gleam flashing in his eyes as his Conqueror’s Haki swept across the area.

Not a single person on the ship could withstand it, and they all instantly rolled their eyes back and fainted.

“Hmph, a bunch of trash.”

“Space Displacement!”

In an instant, Kazi appeared on the pirate ship.

With a casual wave of his hand, he used the power of the Space-Space Fruit to throw all of the dozens of unconscious pirates overboard.

The fish in the sea: “Thank you for nature’s bounty!”

Stepping inside, Kazi chose the largest room.

In the dining area, there was plenty of preserved alcohol and food.

Using the power of the Space-Space Fruit, Kazi enveloped his small wooden boat and instantly swapped it onto the deck of the pirate ship.

This small wooden boat still held great sentimental value; keeping it around would allow him to reminisce.

“Time to have a hearty meal first.”

Kazi had been eating canned food for the past few days.

Now that he had the means, he naturally had to whip up a few of his signature dishes.

Before long, over a dozen dishes were ready.

He opened a jar of wine, taking a bite of food and a sip of wine, feeling incredibly cozy.

“Now this is the life a pirate should lead.”

“But…

holy crap, I don’t know how to sail a ship…”

Only after he had eaten and drunk his fill did Kazi finally realize his mistake.

He should have spared a few pirates back then; he didn’t know the way, nor did he know how to sail.

Even if Kazi were to fish those pirates out of the water now, it would be far too late.

The fast ones might have already been reincarnated by now.

“Whatever, I’ll just go wherever the wind takes me.”

Kazi decided to just wing it.

As long as the ship could move forward with the help of the wind, it was fine.

Once he randomly came across a town, he could ask for directions and hire a few sailors who knew how to steer a ship.

With food and drink no longer an issue, Kazi continued to study his Space-Space Fruit abilities and train his Haki on the ship.

Another three days passed, and Kazi, who was training on the deck, caught a faint glimpse of an island’s outline.

“See?

I really am a genius.

Look, I found an island.”

Sailing in a straight line was no problem for Kazi.

Before long, the ship reached the edge of the island.

Finding a few ropes, he tied them to the ship.

Kazi then went ashore, broke three large trees, tied the other end of the ropes to them, and forcefully drove them into the ground.

“Perfect.”

With no more worries, Kazi walked straight into the depths of the island.

His Observation Haki had already located the town.

“Wow, it’s quite lively here.”

Aside from buying daily necessities in his hometown, Kazi had never actually visited a town in any other place.

Strolling around aimlessly like this was actually quite nice.

Kazi’s height of over three meters made him rather eye-catching here.

Although powerhouse characters often stood several meters tall, the height of most people in the pirate world was still relatively normal.

“Hey, big guy, is this your first time in Druid Town?”

Three men who looked like thugs walked toward him.

Grinning widely, their eyes held the look of predators staring at their prey.

“Ah, yes.

This is my first time leaving my hometown to see the world.

I wonder if you big brothers have any recommended places to help open my eyes?”

Kazi wore a simple, honest smile, deliberately highlighting his greenhorn status to see what kind of amusement these clearly ill-intentioned guys could bring him.

Since he had nothing better to do anyway, he might as well make some extra cash.

It would be a waste not to take these trash’s money.

With Kazi’s current strength, let alone in the East Blue, he could easily secure a place even in the New World.

With his three types of Haki, a powerful Logia Devil Fruit, and the Sword Saint inheritance, Kazi felt that he was at least a Shichibukai-level powerhouse now, and in the top tier of that rank to boot.

The likes of Doflamingo, Crocodile, and Moriah shouldn’t even try to compare themselves to him.

Kazi felt he could completely dominate such ordinary Shichibukai.

Among the Shichibukai, only Hawkeye and Hancock could make him get serious.

Of course, Hancock could only threaten him because he knew deep down that he was a lustful man.

“Hehehe, first time leaving home, huh?

You’ve asked the right person.

I’m a living map of Druid Town!”

“Little brother, come with me.

I’ll take you to a place that all men love.”

The leading thug hadn’t expected Kazi to be so cooperative.

He had been trying to figure out how to rob Kazi of his money.

Who would have thought this greenhorn would practically hand over his wallet to be robbed?

There was no way he would pass up on that.

“Great!

Big brother, you’re such a good person.

You lead the way, and I’ll follow behind you.”

After taking several twists and turns, the four of them soon arrived at the center of the town.

It was even more bustling here, and the passersby were dressed in noticeably more lavish attire.

It was clear that this was a place where the wealthy spent their money.

“Here we are, little brother.”

“This is the largest casino in our Druid Town.

Not only are there plenty of games to play, but there are also tons of beautiful women, fine wine, and delicious food.

It’s truly a paradise for men.”

“I’ll wish you a victorious start in advance, brother.”

Looking at the luxurious exterior and the massive size of the casino, Kazi had a good idea of what to expect.

This casino was definitely not short on cash.

It looked like he could fleece them for quite a bit.

“Thanks for the kind words, brother.

I’ll head inside and try my luck then.”

Seeing Kazi walk into the casino, the three thugs mocked him in their hearts for being so foolish.

It looked high-class from the outside, but the interior was even more magnificent and golden.

Without a doubt, this casino was controlled by one of the top nobles in the area.

Otherwise, such a lucrative business would have surely been targeted by others.

But then again, even if the top ten nobles of this place stood together, they wouldn’t survive a single burst of Kazi’s Haoshoku.

“Sir, how many chips would you like to exchange?”

The beauty at the front desk was very observant.

Even though Kazi was dressed in ordinary, non-luxurious clothes, she still welcomed him with a smile, showing no signs of looking down on him.

Kazi pretended to reach into his clothes, then pulled out a large handful of Berries.

After repeating this several times, he had taken out over a million Berries in total.

This bizarre display left the beautiful receptionist dumbfounded.

Is this guy a magician?

How did he stuff so many Berries inside his clothes?

His clothes looked quite flat just now, not at all like he was carrying so much money.

Of course, this money wasn’t saved by Kazi himself, but rather’saved’ for him by that group of pirates from a few days ago.

By utilizing the power of the Space-Space Fruit, he kept his daily essentials directly inside an Independent Space he had created.

This way, he could completely free up his hands.
