They arrived at the prestigious football club AZ Monarte’s front gate.

Ethan walked with an unhurried, calm face.

An assistant. One of the board members was waiting. They were at the entrance with a bouquet.Full novel: Perfection System: Billionaire Personality Unlocked — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

"Good morning, sir. I’m here to escort you to the president’s office," the assistant replied.

"Hmm, show me the way."

Ethan acknowledged his polite gesture and welcome and ordered him to continue.

He calmly walked through the reception and entered the lift. His professional and calm behaviour, like a CEO, shocked and confused Leandro.

Ethan entered the board meeting room.

"Hello everyone,

My name is Ethan, and I am the 80% shareholder of this football club and also your new club president. I hope you will all warmly welcome me and help me change and develop this football club together so it can reach new heights."

Ethan said with a calm and authoritative face.

Everyone saw Ethan, and their face were filled with unreadable expressions.

They were processing what they had just heard.

They all thought the shareholder must be a huge business tycoon.

But instead of a middle-aged or older man, a 15-year-old boy stood in front of them and introduced himself as the major shareholder of AZ Monarte Football Club.

Everyone was dumbfounded and assumed he was just some kid who had come in and started bragging. But the confidence of the young man made everyone doubt that he might be the major shareholder.

For a few seconds, no one spoke.

Then a burly-haired old man broke the silence

"Hey, brat "

"This is not a place to make jokes. This is a board meeting room where the Club’s most important decisions are taken."

"Apologise and go back to where you came from."

"Or else I have to call security."

The burly-haired old man said.

His name was Ma?l Dumont.

Leandro was tense. He had no clue what was happening right now, and he was shocked when he heard Ethan claim himself as the major shareholder of the club. He was afraid of the causes of the events creating in a boardroom.

"Hmm, I see "

"I just got here and already getting opposed, huh ?"

"It doesn’t matter whether anyone in this room believes it or not; I am the major shareholder, Ethan."

"If you want proof, I can show it without any problem."

Ethan was calm and composed, watching everyone like everything in the club belonged to him.

His business skills came in clutch to help him in dealing with board members.

There was no reason for him to be humiliated.

He was tired of living like a tragic hero.

He was ready to show the ownership certificates of the shares from his inventory, which were very useful and convenient.

But a voice interrupted their conversation; it was none other than the former Club President, Richard Pavard.

"He is really the major shareholder and also our new club president."

"I’m sorry for being late, Mr Ethan. This would not have happened if I had come a little bit earlier and introduced you to everyone by myself."

"Please take the seat."

Richard said with a calm face.

The reality was that he waited for this to happen on purpose to see how Ethan would handle the matter.

"Ok"

"Now, if everyone has already heard what he said, let’s begin with the introductions."

Ethan commanded after sitting in the president’s seat.

Other shareholders were stunned, but they didn’t doubt Richard.

Everyone seated in their respective seats was reading the new changes mentioned in the file Ethan brought.

"Sir, I think this is too much."

"You are practically changing the whole infrastructure of the club."

"This is ridiculous; you can’t do this. "

One by one, directors protested.

They didn’t like the fact that so many big changes were taking place in the club without their consent.

Many of them were related to money and income: how much money would be split. This basically ruined some of their corruption methods in the club, which they usually used to get money and corrupt funds from the club’s financial resources. They will lose their leverage for exploiting their power. The source of this chapter is novelping . com.

The changes that were mentioned in the file were simple =>

i)Diversify Revenue Streams: like providing facilities to fans. Move beyond matchday ticket sales. Local sponsorships, digital ad space, fan memberships, and renting out facilities for community use can significantly boost cash flow.

ii)Wage Structure & Budgeting: Implement a clear wage cap relative to turnover to avoid financial distress, which is a common risk in lower divisions.

iii)Transparent Operations: Build trust with fans, local businesses, and potential investors through regular open forums or financial summaries.

iv) Pitch & Training Upgrades: Invest in high-quality training pitches and recovery facilities to reduce player injury rates.

v) Professionalise Staff: Ensure key off-field roles (media, operations, commercial, analytics) are handled by skilled personnel rather than volunteers alone.

vi) Increase Social Media Influence: The club will hire a social media account manager who will manage all our social media accounts, post, and try to gain social media influence to increase our popularity.

"I don’t think there is anything wrong with the new features."

"But if anyone has some problems with it, raise your hand."

"To increase the club’s popularity, we will apply transparent financial resources and transactions of the club."

"Do you need the reason why? The answer is very simple: we want to keep a clean profile or face for our club. We don’t want any kind of allegations from the league."

"Our goal this year is to promote to the First Division League, and if we have to, we will do everything to make that possible, even if we have to change some rules or some people."

Ethan said in a commanding and calm voice. He was not bothered at all by the sudden refusal by other directors. Instead he was calculating the room, who was in favour of the plan and who was not.

"You are right, sir, but keeping a transparent financial record is not possible. There are so many sources the money comes from. We can’t just publicly display it."

"Plus the investors will not be happy after knowing such conditions."

One of the shareholders said.

A few of them glanced towards Richard to say something or object to Ethan’s decision but Richard was standing calm and unbothered by the room, like he doesn’t want to interrupt the decision.

Richard understood what those shareholders wanted him to say but he finally broke the silence and said

"Sorry everyone to interrupt in between but I forgot to announce that today will be my last day at the club because I’m no longer a shareholder of the club. I came here today as a former club president to show and guide our new club president but it looks like there is no need. He is competent enough to do his job on his own."

"You can’t leave us like that. You are our former club president and, of course, you have run this club for many years. How can you suddenly leave just like that? Wait, don’t do this. On top of that, our new club president is very young. I think he needs some experience from you because on his first day he’s bringing so many problems. "

Ma?l Dumont said with a stern expression.

"I see. According to some people, I’m bringing some problems, huh? Keeping a clear and transparent profile is not good for the club. That’s what you are trying to say, Mr Ma?l Dumont."

Ethan asked with a calm and chilling expression.

"No, sir. You have misunderstood me. I’m just expressing my concern for our club’s future, and many of our directors are not convinced to support this plan."

Ma?l Dumont said with a nervous face and a fake smile. He was getting goosebumps from seeing Ethan’s calm and chilling expression. A 15-year-old boy coming and ruthlessly applying and changing the club’s whole infrastructure in minutes made shivers run down his spine.
