Tropius and the Pelipper returned to their respective dwellings.
Looking at the Berries, they swallowed them in one gulp.
Out of the twenty-six Wingull, half of them suddenly burst into the light of evolution.
Ten or so seconds later, fourteen Pelipper appeared.
“Peli~”
The Pelipper looked at each other in surprise; they hadn’t expected the power of the Berries to be so incredible.
Just one Berry caused them to evolve—it was amazing.
However, they wouldn’t get to eat them anymore in the future.
If only they could stay at that person’s home all the time, eating these delicious treats every day just like Gyarados.
Many of the Pelipper entertained this thought in their hearts.
But for now, they couldn’t find a reason.
As for the Pelipper Leader, seeing that the flock had gained over a dozen more Pelipper, he was overjoyed.
Under his leadership, this small flock had finally undergone a grand transformation.
In the future, he could lead the flock to become stronger and expand into a large community.
Little did he know, every single one of his underlings was thinking of defecting to Kain.
On the other side, after eating two Berries, Tropius discovered that his strength had noticeably changed.
He didn’t know how long it would normally take to gain this much power.
“Tro~”
Tropius looked eagerly in the direction of the manor.
He began to miss the Berries; had he known sooner, he wouldn’t have eaten them so quickly.
Having tasted those Berries, he now looked down a bit on other foods.
“Tro~”
How could he get to eat those Berries again?
Or rather, was there another way to get invited into that manor?
That way, he could be like Gyarados and Dragonair, eating those Berries limitlessly.
Unfortunately, he wasn’t Kain’s Pokémon.
At this point, Tropius almost secretly wished Kain would run into danger again so he could go help.
Then he could taste those delicious Berries again.
What a pity~
While these Pokémon were longing for the Berries, things were developing quite well on Kain’s end as well.
After the three Dragonite saw Kain give the other Pokémon those irresistible Berries…
…they also looked at Kain with longing eyes.
By this time, except for Dragonite Father, both Dragonite Mother and Dragonite Sister experienced a sky-rocketing increase in affection toward Kain.
They looked at Kain with immense satisfaction.
With these Berries around, no wonder Dragonair could grow so fast—eating this every day, it was impossible not to grow stronger.
In order to eat these Berries, the two of them kept building a good relationship with Kain.
Their daughter’s (younger sister’s) proposal was quite good; living here was wonderful, as they could eat delicious food every day just like Dragonair.
Kain looked at the two Dragonite who pushed their heads up to him to be petted, asking them gently.
“Wuu~”
Dragonite Sister nodded frantically.
Then she reached out and pulled Kain into a hug.
“Mm~ So soft.”
Being hugged by a Dragonite for the first time and feeling the softness of her belly, Kain melted instantly.
He really wanted to be hugged by Dragonite like this forever.
“Wuu~”
Seeing this, Dragonite Mother from the side also reached out and hugged Kain.
And so Kain was sandwiched from front and back.
But he couldn’t bear to let go.
Although he knew these two Dragonite were being so gentle because they had an agenda, he didn’t care.
These two Dragonite were truly lovable.
“Wuu~”
Dragonite Father felt his heart shatter at the sight.
Not only had this human abducted his youngest daughter, but now he had abducted his eldest daughter and his wife as well all at once!
It was absolutely infuriating!
Thinking of this, Dragonite Father complained to Dragonair.
Saying Kain was far too much, actually stealing someone else’s wife.
However, after Dragonair comforted him a bit, Dragonite Father felt even more mentally exhausted and just wanted to go squat in a corner.
“Dad, it’s fine. Wasn’t this going to happen sooner or later? Isn’t it great for Mom and Sister to stay with Kain too?”
*Crack~*
Dragonite Father only felt his heart break into pieces.
Aren’t daughters supposed to be a warm padded jacket?
Why was this one leaking cold air?
No, wait, this little padded jacket was leaky from the very beginning.
“Dad, do you want to join our big family too? Otherwise, if Mom and Sister settle down here, you’ll be the only one having to go back.”
Dragonair delivered another critical blow to her old dad.
Dragonite Father’s heart jolted; looking at his wife and elder daughter who were already getting along swimmingly with Kain, it seemed he had no choice.
Weren’t they only being nice to Kain for the sake of food?
Why did it look like they weren’t acting at all, but were genuinely attached?
“Wuu~”
Dragonite Father felt he had to keep an eye on things, or else there wouldn’t be a place for him in the family anymore.
“You guys really are so cute.”
Kain grew very fond of these two Dragonite.
Gyarados: Am I not cute?
Dragonair & Krabby: Big brother, you really aren’t cute.
Gyarados: Hmph, what’s the use of being cute?
Looking domineering is what actually matters.
Dragonair: But Kain really likes cute Pokémon.
Gyarados: …If I turn yellow, could I become cute too?

“Dragonite Mother, this is for you; Dragonite Sister, this is yours.”
Kain pulled out a few Berries and fed them to the two Dragonite one by one.
“Wuu~”
As soon as the Berries entered their mouths, the two Dragonite were filled with bliss.
In an instant, they were completely captivated by the Berries.
Such rich Dragon-type energy, and so delicious too!
Seeing his wife and daughter already eating, Dragonite Father drooled, entranced by the scent of the Berries.
So tempting, he wanted to eat so badly!
They were all eating, so could he get to eat too?
When this human feeds him a Berry later, should he eat it directly, or hold back a bit before eating?
What a dilemma.
Dragonite Father began to fantasize; surely he wouldn’t feed his wife and daughter without feeding him?
“Here, this is for you.”
Hearing this, Dragonite Father thought it was meant for him and raised his head tsundere-style, intending to give Kain the cold shoulder for a moment.
But the next second, he heard munching sounds.
Turning around to look, Dragonair was already eating.
Upon catching his gaze, she swallowed the rest in one bite.
As if worried he would snatch it from her.
Dragonite Father: …
Flattered himself for nothing~
That abominable human was definitely laughing at him.
Dragonite Father turned his head away, ignoring Dragonair and the others.
He was a Pokémon of backbone—the backbone of the Dragonite family had always been unbending!
“Oh, right, I almost forgot about you. Here you go.”
Kain’s gentle voice sounded again.
Dragonite Father: “This time it must be me, right? Well, seeing as you’re offering food, I’ll reluctantly eat it.”
But after turning his head, he found Krabby relishing a blue Berry with great delight.
Dragonite Father: !!!
