The club’s viewing platform sat atop the mountain, commanding a perfect vantage point that overlooked the entire winding racetrack below. One flashy supercar after another roared past, engines screaming as they tore through the curves.

With one hand on the steering wheel, Qiao Chu let the engine’s low, powerful growl surge. The sleek supercar swung its tail in a gorgeous drift and came to a stop right in front of the long-legged boy waiting below.

Bai Lang had clearly dressed to impress today. A sharp, cropped black jacket outlined his clean silhouette, the collar open just enough to reveal pale collarbones. A silver necklace accentuated his long neck.Full novel: Quick Transmigration: Men Who Steal the Heroine Become Addictive — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Cargo pants and combat boots exaggerated his proportions—tight waist, absurdly long legs. The cool, explosive presence he radiated sent waves of cheers and screams through the stands.

Qiao Chu removed her sunglasses, rolled down the window, and gave a teasing whistle.“Showing off like a peacock—got a girl you like here today?”

Bai Lang was holding bubble tea and a bouquet—items that had absolutely nothing to do with his cool-guy look. Just as he was about to deny it outright, a few of his buddies slung arms around his shoulders and shoved him forward.

Yu Xuan: “He does, sister! He totally does!”

Qiao Chu craned her head eagerly. “Where? Where?”

Bai Lang turned his face aside in embarrassment, the tips of his ears quietly turning red.“Don’t listen to his nonsense. There’s no one. The milk tea’s for you—full sugar, less ice. Here.”

The sturdier Chen Rang waggled his eyebrows.“Is Lang really a man or what? Damn useless! Likes his sister-in-law but won’t admit it—wasted all our effort!”

Biting down on her straw, Qiao Chu glanced suspiciously toward the stands. There were plenty of pretty girls sitting there, elegant and glamorous, like celebrities—very pleasing to the eye.

Bai Lang’s gaze followed hers, sweeping across them indiscriminately, with no obvious focus at all.

Qiao Chu, meanwhile, was completely captivated by the youthful, vibrant girls. She almost wanted to fly over and gossip with them, utterly oblivious to the boy’s feelings.

“You little brat, hiding it pretty well! Such high standards? Which one do you like? Haven’t chased her down yet? Want your big sister to help you strategize?”

Bai Lang silently pulled back the half-extended bouquet and stuffed it into Chen Rang’s arms instead.

“In your dreams. Who wants to call you ‘sister’? Hmph.”

Baby-faced Yu Xuan blinked with starry eyes.“M-me! Chu-Chu sis, can I? Big sis~”

Bai Lang snapped and kicked him on reflex.“Get lost!”

He misjudged the strength, and the frail Yu Xuan lost his balance. Luckily, Qiao Chu caught him before he fell.

“It’s okay, sis, I’m fine,” Yu Xuan said softly. “Lang’s actually really gentle—he’s not usually like this. Don’t blame him…”

Yu Xuan was already cute and fair-skinned, and being younger, his voice was naturally soft and sweet. Even normal speech sounded like he was acting spoiled—it hit Qiao Chu straight in the heart.

She steadied Yu Xuan, then grabbed Bai Lang by the ear.“Is that how you treat your friends? Apologize to little cutie Yu Xuan right now, or I spare your dog life.”

Bai Lang muttered unwillingly, “Sorry.”

His temper was usually fine. He tolerated even blatant green-tea types pretty well—otherwise Yu Xuan wouldn’t have been allowed into their little circle in the first place.

But when Yu Xuan’s green-tea act was aimed at Qiao Chu, Bai Lang’s instincts kicked in faster than his brain. His behavior was irrational, downright feral.

Watching Qiao Chu fuss over Yu Xuan made Bai Lang completely sullen.

Why had he brought her to meet these scumbag friends in the first place? The two of them could’ve had fun on their own.

The young master would never admit it had anything to do with a cheesy quote he’d once seen online:“Everyone around him knows I exist—so reassuring.”

Lies. All lies.

That kind of internet garbage didn’t increase any sense of security—it sent his sense of crisis skyrocketing.

Bai Lang subtly squeezed between Qiao Chu and the other boys. Just as he was choosing his words, Yu Xuan unleashed a smooth combo that had Qiao Chu smiling ear to ear.

“Chu-Chu sis, your new car is so cool! Your driving’s amazing too—I think you could totally crush Lang. I wanna hang out with you from now on!”

Qiao Chu laughed. “It’s alright, haha…”

Yu Xuan sighed dramatically.“Too bad I’m sickly—my family won’t let me ride in race cars. Could I sit in your passenger seat and take a spin later?”

Qiao Chu beamed. “Sure, sure, no problem!”

Bai Lang urgently cut in, clearing his throat.“Cough—first come, first served. Someone promised to take me for the first ride after picking up the car, right? Sis—ter.”

The last two syllables were ground out through clenched teeth.

He had never imagined he’d end up jealous over some green-tea menace—and have to call Qiao Chu such an embarrassing title.

So what if he was a few months younger than her?

He was well-built, six-foot-three—he wasn’t small at all!

Yu Xuan did like Qiao Chu, but he had no intention of stealing anyone away. Seeing the atmosphere tighten, he quickly retreated to Chen Rang’s side.“Go, Lang!”

Still riding the high of being called “sis,” Qiao Chu remembered the gift she’d brought. She opened the car door and pulled out a massive gift box nearly as tall as a person.

Chen Rang gaped. “Whoa! That’s huge! This is totally gonna hook Lang hard!”

Qiao Chu raised a brow.“Of course. This is a treasure toy that even adult men can’t resist. If you like it, I’ll bring one for you next time.”

That size.Adult men all like it??

Chen Rang’s face instantly turned beet red. He’d heard Miss Qiao had a wild style, but this was way too—too—too explicit! Lang was standing right there!

A six-foot-three burly guy somehow shrank into a shy little bride.

Yu Xuan’s cheeks flushed too as he stared curiously at the box.

Qiao Chu made a show of lifting the lid, but Bai Lang reacted instantly, pressing her hand down and lowering his voice.“Stuff like this—just give it to me. Don’t give it to anyone else.”

She’d said it herself: once you accept her gift, you weren’t allowed to take anyone else’s.

Bai Lang had obviously understood it that way.

But now she was saying Chen Rang could get one too?

No way. Something that private—he’d be the only one to play with it for her.

Qiao Chu blinked. “Why? I’m not short on money. I’ll give gifts to whoever I want. You’re really controlling.”

Bai Lang was both embarrassed and annoyed.“Because I’m better than him, okay? I’m built better. Whatever he’s got, I’ve got too. Can’t you just play with me?”

Qiao Chu blinked again. “How do you know?”

She had no idea what Bai Lang was talking about, but purely from a build perspective, Chen Rang was clearly the bulky, rugged type—very manly, very wild. Who knew who was actually better?

Veins popped at Bai Lang’s temple. His voice dropped, mortified.“I’ve seen it in the restroom. I’m not lying. I really am more—”

Qiao Chu: “Huh? The restroom? What are you planning to build with the LEGO I gave you? A toilet?”

The box opened.

Inside was a deluxe LEGO model set—a dazzling,霸气 interstellar battleship.

Bai Lang’s overheated face instantly turned greenish-black. Chen Rang clutched his stomach, laughing so hard he nearly doubled over.“Big but useless, hahaha!”

Yu Xuan pressed his lips together shyly.“The blocks Chu-Chu sis picked are really nice. Just like you said—treasure toys adult men love. I want one too.”

Qiao Chu had zero resistance to sweet-talking pretty boys.“Then I’ll bring you two next time—how about a castle and a warship? Guaranteed gorgeous!”
