Before the poster for “Dragon Sparrow” was released, the focus of attention on the internet was on “Xi Ze”. Excited fans, unable to contain their emotions, were tirelessly searching for clues to learn about this new Asian star. At that time, although fans were already very passionate, most of them were engaging in rational discussions.
While browsing web pages on his tablet on the living room sofa, Xi Ze noticed that the values of future people differed greatly from those of his era. Initially, he had some concerns, as he currently had no works to showcase and could only rely on his appearance for promotion. Although being of Asian descent would undoubtedly make him popular, relying solely on his looks could still lead to criticism.
However, he never expected the overwhelming positive response online. Fans seemed to be particularly caring and welcoming towards this newcomer. Everyone was discussing who he was, his name, and where to find more information about him, without questioning his “entry into the scene”.
In the past, wouldn’t there have been discussions about sponsors, backgrounds, hidden rules, or lack of talent despite good looks? Why is there almost none of that now? Even if there were occasional sour comments, they were quickly drowned out by a barrage of positive reactions, not to mention conspiracy theories.
He felt strange. Even if Asians were rare, it couldn’t possibly be to the extent of nationwide celebration, right?
Sitting across from Xi Ze on the sofa was Jian Anning. She had been browsing web pages on her mobile device so intensely that her brain felt like it was going to explode. Her hands were trembling with excitement, and her eyes were bloodshot. She raised her head and said, “You’re usually quite clever, but why do you always act so clueless about common knowledge? It’s not like the Earth era anymore when there were so many Asians. Pure-blood Asians are extremely rare now, and someone as good-looking as you is even rarer! Hidden rules? Which entertainment company’s CEO would dare? If they did, they would be killed the moment they stepped out! You were praised in Silver Fox, and if you were in another company, you would still be praised. Everyone knows that your face alone is worth a lot of money, we all understand that.”
After understanding this fact, Xi Ze couldn’t help but laugh and cry. What kind of situation was this? The way human society evolves is truly bizarre. But it is precisely because of this strange change that he is receiving so much support right from the start.
In the past, when he was a tough guy without good looks, he used to console himself, believing that strength was more important than appearance. But now… he’s a good-looking pure-blood Asian and he’s popular. Do you dare to fight me?
Xi Ze felt incredibly delighted, overjoyed. For the first time after his rebirth, he felt proud of his appearance. (…)
However, neither Jian Anning nor Xi Ze anticipated that the trend of fan discussions would spiral out of control.
When Xi Ze’s official website was launched, his upcoming work schedule was quickly posted. “Dragon Sparrow” and “Player” appeared at the top of the website, causing a frenzy on the internet. Xi Ze and Arnold’s names were automatically linked together by many people.
Not long after, the “Dragon Sparrow” production team posted a promotional photo of Arnold and Xi Ze. They did so purely for promotional purposes, as Tom and his team never expected Xi Ze to become so popular online. They simply catered to the public’s curiosity.
But the fatal mistake they made was neglecting to clarify the relationship between the two characters in the movie when the poster was released. That promotional poster unintentionally sparked people’s imaginations with its suggestive physical contact. As a result, everyone who saw the poster assumed that Arnold and Xi Ze were a couple in the film!
What? Why are future humans so open-minded?!
Because in this era, men can marry men normally! There are no female leads, only two male leads in movies and TV shows everywhere! It’s very common for men to be together! Even the president is gay, meow! He’s also gay!
_(:」∠)_
So in the eyes of the online army, it was completely natural for Arnold and Xi Ze to be together in the movie “Dragon Sparrow”. The promotional poster on the official movie website clearly conveyed this message!
As a result, the crowd, misled by the movie poster, collectively expressed their confusion – wasn’t Arnold not supposed to play roles with same-sex relationships?!! Visit g.com for the full chapter.
This confusion sparked another wave of discussions on the internet. However, since Arnold only has an official website and official social media accounts, and not personal social media IDs, fans could only express their frustration on the official forums, realizing that they had no direct way to communicate with their idol.
Fans shouted on their own social media accounts – “Idol, you’re working with Xi Ze on a movie and a big production! Idol, tell us what’s the relationship between you and Xi Ze!”
“Idol, I thought you didn’t do same-sex storylines?! Have you changed your mind?!”
“Idol, isn’t Xi Ze beautiful?!!”
Fans expressed their thoughts online, and suddenly someone noticed a problem. They posted Arnold’s official work schedule for the past two or three years and compared it to this year’s schedule. Everyone was astonished to find that Arnold’s workload this year was much higher than in the past two or three years! But during the same time in the previous years, Arnold didn’t have any projects at all!!
Thus, misunderstandings grew like a vicious circle, with curious fans speculating using what they believed to be reasonable logic: the appearance of a new Asian rookie, Arnold working with Xi Ze on a movie and a big production, the promotional photo of the two released by the movie’s official team, Arnold breaking his usual roles to play a same-sex storyline, Arnold’s sudden increase in workload…
All these seemingly pointed to one conclusion, that Arnold and Xi Ze’s relationship was extraordinary!!!
“Pfft!!” Xi Ze couldn’t help but burst into laughter after seeing the fans’ analysis being shared on the internet.
After he finished laughing, Jian Anning also burst into laughter. “Pfft!!”
The two exchanged shocked glances, completely unexpected that the situation would take such a bizarre turn.
Xi Ze’s eyes widened and he asked Jian Anning, “Is this even possible?!” They didn’t plan to create a buzz with Arnold, this was completely beyond their expectations!!
Jian Anning covered her face with her hand and exclaimed, “Oh my god!! The fans are so clever!! If I weren’t your manager, just based on this analysis, I would have thought there was something between you and Arnold!!”
The two quickly lowered their heads to look at their screens again. At this moment, more and more news was pouring in. Xi Ze’s palms were sweating as he realized that the media in this era was much more rapid than thousands of years ago, and self-media was even more sophisticated. In the short time it took for him and Jian Anning to have a conversation, someone had already posted new information.
And that information was about Arnold mocking several artists during a panel discussion.
Arnold’s public image has always been good, but it is widely known that he is cold, arrogant, and speaks like a venomous snake. He was not sure where this news came from, but it quickly became evidence to analyze Arnold’s relationship with Xi Ze.
As he continued reading, Xi Ze started sweating profusely because someone from within leaked information that after the auditions for “Player,” it wasn’t Xi Ze who was chosen, but Zhou Yang from the male idol group. Arnold made a comment and suddenly switched it to Xi Ze.
The person who leaked this information may have initially intended to highlight how Xi Ze got special treatment, causing other artists to be treated unfairly. But the fans’ focus wasn’t on that at all!
From the beginning, they didn’t believe that Xi Ze needed any special treatment. It’s not easy to get on Zhang Kai’s show, and Xi Ze’s face alone is a green card. The comments underneath the leaked information became heated, accusing the leaker of talking nonsense. So, the leaker became anxious and revealed more information, saying that “Player” was originally tailored for Arnold. His own studio invested a lot of money, so he had the authority to change the cast.
Initially, the leaker’s attention was on the last sentence, as Arnold had the authority to make changes. Therefore, Xi Ze must have gotten special treatment after the auditions! Get faster updates on novelping . com.
But the fans didn’t care about that at all! Their focus was on what?! It turns out that the show was invested in by Arnold?! How coincidental!!! Our male god and Xi Ze must have an extraordinary relationship!!
The leaker collapsed, convulsed, and died from spitting blood.
Now, the entire starry sky is about to boil over!! Fans gathered all the evidence, and all that evidence pointed to one conclusion – Arnold and Xi Ze definitely have an extraordinary relationship! What kind of relationship could make Arnold, who never acted in same-sex storylines, make an exception?!
It must be a “true love” relationship, ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
“So our male god has been low-key all these years because he has an Asian lover!! Male god, you should have said it earlier!! We absolutely support Xi Ze as your partner!!”
“Male god, you invested in big productions and acted in movies with Xi Ze to support his career!! Male god, you’re so considerate, it’s definitely true love for Xi Ze!”
“Male god, we understand. You intentionally hid your relationship with Xi Ze to not affect him. But in order to take care of him, you handed him over to your old company, Silver Fox Entertainment, and even had your former temporary manager, Jian Anning, take care of him… You’re so considerate… We understand…”
Xi Ze: “…………” No… it’s not like that…
Jian Anning: “…………….” QAQ I was manipulated and unintentionally ended up taking care of Xi Ze! You don’t understand, don’t make unfounded assumptions!
Feeling like everything is falling apart, what should I do?! This isn’t how things are at all!! Xi Ze flipped over in agony, covering his face. Damn it, before, it was just a fangirl’s imagination, and now, the whole world wants him to be in a same-sex relationship!!

Arnold’s studio.
Sam’s jaw dropped and his phone fell to the ground with a loud thud. Arnold, sitting on the side, reading an investment script, looked up and calmly asked, “What’s wrong?”
Arnold threw the script aside and picked up his own mobile screen from the table. Sam rushed over and grabbed Arnold’s hand.
Arnold looked up, staring at Sam. Sam composed himself and said calmly, “Arnold, it’s getting late. Go back and rest.”
Arnold had much stronger arms than Sam, and with a gentle pull, he freed himself from Sam’s grasp. He diverted his gaze and calmly opened the mobile screen to go about his usual business of checking his official website. But as soon as he turned on the screen, a breaking entertainment news popped up:
【Shocking!! Superstar Arnold suspected to be in a secret relationship with a pure-blooded Asian partner for the past two years!】
Arnold: “………………..”
