Void, a darkness that encompassed everything around me; it was never ending, I couldn't explore through it.
Seriously where the fuck am I? I was just in my room! I couldn't scream, my mouth was not opening! I was in my own body floating in this void! Seriously where the fuck am I?!
I was just in my room, looking at the sky; now I'm suddenly in this fucking void. Did I somehow die? It's- no, no no. That'd be impossible.
I was only eighteen and in good health; sure I wasn't muscular, but I wasn't unhealthy! Seriously…
I complained, kept complaining when nothing was there; it felt like I was here for years by the time the whateverenth hour had passed. I couldn't move, so I was stuck here. Floating endlessly, bored out of my god damned mind.
Repeatedly I asked myself: how long will I be here? Did I actually die? I don't have a history of fainting randomly. And I don't have a bad memory… not that I know of. Hopefully….
When I was about to go into my ownmind yet again, something started to morph in front of me; a small line of blue started to outline the torso of someone— but that was it.
Features started to become defined; the face was of a man that was bald and had no visible eyes. The chest was defined and my own muscles felt inferior; other than that… this blue being was staring at me.
The eyes may have been gone but I could feel its gaze locked onto me. Can you hear me? Since it looked to be a god or something, I tested if it could read my mind.
I mean… who knows at this point. I sure- Hey! What are you saying?! Can you even hear me?!
Whatever question I sent out to the being it didn't say anything; I could see its lips moving, but I couldn't hear anything. Heck… even my body started to stop responding.
Big blue bastard can you even hear me?! Ugh! Whatever I yelled in my mind nothing happened! Guess he can't even- woa- woah?! What-!
Randomly I felt a suctioning force dragging my body. Hey- hey! The source? This big bastard's mouth! The closer I got, the heavier my body got dragged— C’- No! I couldn’-
When I was swallowed by it, a bright light enveloped my vision… Then an unfamiliar sight. Trees?
I could see a blue sky, no clouds— but it had some yellow like the sun was setting. The canopy of leaves above was so unfamiliar; am I dreaming?
Bugs chirped around me, I felt rough ground massaging my back; the air was fresh, and clean unlike… why am I in a forest? Am I actually dreaming? For an odd reason, my body felt incredibly weak.
My… muscles? Were fighting for me to sit up. Yup… Forest.
Ignore the glaring issue. Setting my body aside, I need to be sure I'm in a safe area. The first thing I noticed— I was surrounded by these large trees. Their trunks were larger in width than me; plus their height scratched at the sky.
They were packed just like sardines; even the smallest critter would find it tough to get through… I think I'm safe? But I am not on earth!!
Sandwiched between trees were bushes; there was an apple shaped fruit but the color was purple! Then others had banana shaped fruits but they were colored a bright red purple! This has to be a joke! It has to be a dream!
…OW?! IS THIS- When I yanked my skin I felt a sharp pain. I twisted the skin and all I felt was pain. It radiated and caused me to flinch. Yup. Not a fucking dream.
Ever heard of that theory that you cannot feel pain in a dream; that has to be false, right? It has to! Did I reincarnate?!

When I looked down I saw my shirt poking out in the chest area… and when I opened the collar I saw breasts. Somewhat small… FUCK ME!

I wanted to curse at the damn world; I never got any answers despite asking my own world. I thought reincarnation was not real.
I guess it is… I let my head hang low whilst I could feel warm tears go down my face. But… as a girl? A little girl-? What the fuck is my luck?
Ugh… Why am I so weak…? When I got to my feet, I wobbled. My head went blank and my vision blurred for a second. I'll have to deal with… my current body later.
I'm in a forest, that much was obvious. I need to be careful. Worrying about my genderbend NOW is not important. I'll definitely complain about it later.
First plan of action is figuring out a safe space; currently, I might be in a good one. There are fruits, but I don't know what to pick.
The purple apple… It dissuaded me. Purple is poisonous, no? As well as vibrant fruits. That could be food down but it'd risk my life.
And as far as I know, I don't have a cheat skill or ability. Thought people awoke with it, apparently not.
I need to make sense of my surroundings, y'know? I can try hunting for food, and I need to find a source of water. My hearing seems good, so I can use that to my advantage.
Quickly I found a space between two trees; it was just big enough even with these things on my chest. Dark.
The canopy above me was enclosed and now everything was super dark. If it wasn't for my hearing I'd be super creeped out.
For a short time my feet touched the pokey ground; for god knows how long I kept on trodding on the earth. My legs were beginning to get sore— my lungs were starting to screech at me.
Is this body… Huh? As I was starting to slow down I heard a stream enter my ears. Is that a river?
It was distant, to my left but… I think I have enough strength left in my body. With my heart fluttering I began to make my way there.
As I got closer it started to roar in my ears. Even closer, a clearing entered my view. Trees had become sparse, the bank was gravely and rough on my feet.
This… this is actually good. My body was beginning to feel weak. Standing was becoming hard, however… this sight didn't let me fall to my knees. It was quite beautiful, on the other side was full of greenery. The river in front of me was beginning to enter my view.
The water was crystal clear, I could see the rocky bottom that had fish swimming by. And… it let me get a glimpse of myself.
Two big and fluffy ears were the first two things I saw. Demi-human? The fur on them were pitch black, alongside the fluff inside. Alongside that, the same colored hair was past that, then the bangs had a slight dark purple.
Then I was able to see two sharp eyes— the color of them going from pink to purple. In addition two diamond shaped pupils that had a slight blue in them. I really am a girl…
I touched my cheek and the reflection mimicked me. I really did… When my hand caressed the rocky bank it turned into a fist. “You have to be fucking kidding me! What kind of bullshit is this?!” I exclaimed.
“First of all I got reincarnated. Transmigrated or reborn whatever this is… As a girl?!” I groaned as I fell to the floor again. “How much worse can this go?”
Nevermind nevermind. Focus on these things later. I looked down at my new body again. Was the person who inhabited this body a slave? There were an unholy amount of tears in this shirt on me. There were bruises showing in parts… and some hand marks on the neck.
Seeing as I didn't get memories I shouldn't be worrying, right? I thought before laying on my back. At least I didn't get reincarnated as a monster or an object, right? I don't have to get used to walking again.
Speaking of reincarnation, where is my cheat skill or an op skill? Don't they all get that? Or do I have a status? Hm…
Going back to the knowledge I gained from novels and shows I tried… some tactics. Unfortunately, only one worked. I thought of the word ‘status’ and a glimmering screen appeared in my retinae.

As I laid here mourning my horrific state, something entered my now furry ears.

These squishy sounds came from my left. It sounded as if someone was slapping the ground. The speed it came intensified when I struggled to sit up.
A green gelatinous creature was staring at me; it was see-through but it was made out of a green goo. Thought they would be cute.
In normal media slimes are… well cutesy. This one had a different look; inside its squishy body were small bones. Black beads for eyes.

Before I could even react the slime boiled and an acidic spray shot out of it. My body was too slow and…

The acidic spray splattered onto my leg; vapor started to rise out when I barely got to my feet. Adrenaline…
My leg felt numb and heavy. The slime looked like it was ready to take advantage of this.
As fast as this body could move I dove to the side— a gooey liquid shot past me.
Rock… where… My body felt like lead. With every goo shot I felt heavier.
Got it-! I dove to the ground once I spotted a rock the size of my hand. When I rose to my feet again the slime was a fifth of its original size.
A loud splat shot out when I slammed the rock into it; the slime's body splurted out in every direction.
“Haa…”
Gravity was chaining my body down. I'm so weak…
I need to get away from here… C'mon…I'll need to worry about my status later… doubt I leveled up. Great.
The spot that I got that slime on was purple; my leg was a size up due to swelling. Great… just great…
I can't stay here and my leg is messed up. I could hear the branches around me snap, clicking… I need to get somewhere safe.
Thank god this doesn't hurt. But it will later… So in the end my direction was away from the sounds. Or in other words just to the north east.
In my hands I held that pointy rock from before.
Carefully I navigated these woods. They kept getting darker, but my vision was starting to adjust.
Just as quickly I left, I found another clearing. Though the canopy above me was enshrouding it. A small hill entered my view, there was a hole just big enough for a human to enter.
This is sort of perfect… My hearing seemed a lot better. There were no creatures around me. And so, I snuggled my way into this hole.
This body is too weak… My eyelids became heavy again plus my body was aching. Hopefully this is actually a dream.
If this is actually a second life… I need to find out why. How and what went on… Despite my muddled mind I couldn't remember how.
Whatever happens… I'll see if I can… deal with… it…
