Chen Feng sat quietly in the center of the Gravity Training Hall.
The Gravity Tempering Art and the Void Cultivation Technique operated simultaneously.
Spiritual energy from the surroundings continuously flowed into his body.
Hours passed.
As Chen Feng cultivated, he suddenly noticed something unusual.
Among the streams of spiritual energy entering his body was a strange black-and-silver energy.
It was extremely thin and almost impossible to detect.
If not for the sensitivity granted by the Void Cultivation Technique, he would never have noticed it.
“What is this energy?”
Chen Feng frowned.
The strange energy was unlike spiritual energy, demonic energy, or any other type of energy he had encountered in this life.
Curious, he guided a small portion of it toward his dantian.
The moment it entered his body, the Void Cultivation Technique began operating on its own.
Boom!
A powerful shockwave spread through Chen Feng’s mind.
His vision turned black.
When he opened his eyes again, he found himself standing in a vast starry space.
Countless stars floated around him.
“What is this place?”
Before he could react, an ancient voice echoed throughout the space.
“Successor, you have finally arrived.”
Chen Feng’s expression changed.
A figure slowly appeared before him.
The figure wore a long black robe and possessed an indescribable aura.
Just standing there seemed enough to suppress heaven and earth.
“Who are you?” Chen Feng asked.
The figure smiled.
“I am the founder of the Void Heaven Sect.”
Chen Feng was shocked.
The founder of the sect?
The sect had existed for thousands of years.
The founder should have long since disappeared from the world.
The figure continued,
“What you see is merely a remnant of my will.”
“I left behind this inheritance for a destined successor.”
Chen Feng listened carefully.
The founder looked at him for a moment before nodding.
“Not bad.
Body cultivation and Qi cultivation advancing together.
Your foundation is extremely solid.”
“More importantly, you have successfully cultivated the Void Cultivation Technique.”
Chen Feng’s heart trembled.
So the Void Cultivation Technique was left behind by the founder himself.
The founder raised his hand.
A black-and-silver crystal appeared in front of Chen Feng.
“This is a Void Crystal.”
“It contains a trace of Void Energy.”
“Void Energy is one of the purest and most mysterious energies in existence.”
“Those who can control it can surpass ordinary cultivators.”
The crystal slowly floated toward Chen Feng.
The founder continued,
“Take it.
It will help you begin your journey on the path of the Void.”
Chen Feng accepted the crystal.
The moment his hand touched it, countless cultivation insights flooded into his mind.
Void Step.
A movement technique capable of allowing the user to move like a phantom.
At higher realms, one step could cross mountains and rivers.
Another technique appeared.
Void Concealment Art.
A technique capable of hiding one’s cultivation and aura.
Even experts far stronger than the user would find it difficult to detect them.
Chen Feng’s eyes lit up.
Both techniques were extremely valuable.
The founder smiled.
“Remember, successor.”
“The path of the Void is powerful, but it is also dangerous.”
“If others learn that you possess Void Energy, countless experts will hunt you down.”
“Grow stronger before revealing your abilities.”
Chen Feng nodded seriously.
“I understand.”
The founder’s figure gradually became transparent.
“My remaining power is nearly exhausted.”
“The future of the sect…
and the path of the Void…
will depend on you.”
As his voice faded away, the entire starry space began collapsing.
Boom!
Chen Feng suddenly opened his eyes.
He was once again sitting inside the Gravity Training Hall.
Everything that had happened felt like a dream.
However, when he looked at his hand, a black-and-silver crystal was resting in his palm.
The crystal proved that everything had been real.
At that moment, a notification appeared within his mind.
Void Energy Acquired.
Void Step – Beginner Level.
Void Concealment Art – Beginner Level.
A smile appeared on Chen Feng’s face.
This void step if merged with the dragon steps the speed will be like instant teleportation.
And this void concealment art could hide my trace and cultivation completely.
Chen feng (in his mind) – ” what a great encounter and benefit are immense.
But absorbing them will take time, the more technique the more time will be needed to cultivate them.”
His trip to the Gravity Training Hall had yielded an unexpected fortune.
However, he had no idea that deep within the sect, an old ancestor suddenly opened his eyes.
The ancestor looked toward the direction of the Gravity Training Hall.
A trace of shock appeared in his ancient eyes.
“The founder’s inheritance…”
“Has someone finally obtained it?”
The old ancestor immediately disappeared from his cultivation chamber.
Meanwhile, Chen Feng remained completely unaware that someone was already heading toward him.
