“Fuck!”
A beautiful blonde woman with stunning blue eyes sneered as she stepped closer to the hospital bed.
“You’re actually still alive?!”
Who…who was the woman?
No, wait she does look a bit familiar.
I tried to think about it but a throbbing pain shot through my head overwhelming my senses, it felt like I had banged my head hard on a rock.
[Ding!
Congratulations Host!
You have died in the most pathetic way possible]
My breath hitched.
I jerked my head left and right, scanning the blank white walls.
“W-who said that?!”
The blonde woman rolled her eyes and let out a loud groan.
“Ugh, why are you acting so weird?
Did that truck hit you so hard you completely lost your mind?”
A truck?
Well that certainly explained why it felt like my whole body was on fire.
But…I don’t remember getting hit by a truck though, the last thing I remember was celebrating my birthday at one of the biggest hotels in the country, only to get pushed off the balcony by someone I considered my best friend.
All because the fucking bitch was jealous of me was jealous of me for securing the lead role in a movie, for a role we both equally auditioned for.
Well luckily, I’m still alive, so I at least have the opportunity to enact my revenge, but why was this lady saying I was hit by a truck instead of falling of a balcony?
Or was I was hit by a truck after falling of the balcony?
The beautiful blonde lady peered down at me, to try and get a good look at my face.
“Oh my God!” She exclaimed bursting into laughter.
“How could you even get uglier than you already were, Damn!
I feel so sorry for you.”
Who the fuck did this bitch think she was calling me ugly, if I wasn’t strapped to an IV stand, I would have sent her hurling with a punch.
“Who the fuck are you?” I demanded with an annoyed expression.
She scoffed, flipping her hair over her shoulder.
“You really can’t remember me?
I’m Audrey, your sister!
Did that truck hit you so hard, your brain turned to mush?”
“Oh, well whatever,” Without waiting for a reply, Audrey whipped out her smartphone from her purse, stepped close to the pillow, and flashed a brilliant, fake smile for a selfie.
“Say cheese.”
Click.
She checked the screen, admiring her own self.
“God, I’m gorgeous.
How could anyone even compare?” She turned back to me sneering.
“Aww, you must feel so sad, but it’s not my fault you’re ugly, you know?”
Her fingers moved across her screen as she typed, while mumbling.
“Thank…heavens…my sister…is finally…awake…
hashtag…best sister….hashtag…Audrey is a….Queen…and post.”
I looked at her in disbelief.
Sister?
Since when the fuck did I have a sister?
Especially one as self absorbed as this.
I’ve always been an only child and prided myself on the fact that at least I didn’t have to share anything with other people.
She tucked her smartphone back into her purse and turned to me with a small smirk on her face.
“Okay, I got what I needed, so bye.” She turned on her heel heading back towards the door.
She stopped at the door abruptly before turning back with a nasty smirk on her face.
“Oh yeah, guess what I heard?
I heard that your little crippled fiancé is apparently returning today, isn’t that so cute?”
“So…here’s a little piece of advice from your overly generous sister, Do something about that face of yours, it’s disgusting.” She let out a loud chuckle and left slamming the door hard behind her.
A fiance?
What the fuck did she mean by a fiancé, since when did I have a fiancé?
I couldn’t even remember the last time I went on a date with a man and now all of a sudden I’m engaged?!
And worst of all he’s supposed to be crippled?

Welcome to the National Treasure System, 007!]
Holy shit!
It was that voice again, was this place haunted or have I finally gone insane?
[Not to worry, Host.
This place is definitely not haunted, and you aren’t insane either!]
“Then who…who are you?” I whispered.
When the voice spoke again I finally realized it was coming from my head and not from the room.
