It was a land of death—a place where only the strong survived and the weak were swallowed by the dunes, their bones bleached white by the relentless heat.

And through this wasteland, two figures flew at terrifying speed.

Cai Lin, Queen of the Snake People, led the search.

Her red snake tail—magnificent and powerful—propelled her through the air with the grace of a predator.

Her black hair streamed behind her like a battle banner.

Her red eyes, usually cold and commanding, were now filled with an emotion that few had ever seen on the proud queen’s face: fear.

Not fear for herself.

Fear for her sister.

Behind her flew her personal guard captain, Zi Yan.

Her purple snake tail matched her purple hair, and her purple eyes were sharp with worry.

She was the most trusted warrior in the entire snake tribe, a cultivator at the peak of the Emperor Realm, and she would follow her queen into the jaws of death without hesitation.

“Where is that idiot?!” Cai Lin muttered, her divine sense sweeping across the desert below.

“I told her not to leave the city.

I told her it was dangerous.

Why doesn’t she ever listen?!” Her voice was cold, but Zi Yan could hear the tremble beneath the ice.

The queen was terrified.

“Your Majesty,” Zi Yan said, her voice steady, “we will find her.

Princess Meirou is resourceful.

She—” “She is reckless!” Cai Lin’s red eyes blazed.

“The humans are everywhere.

If one of their Emperor Realm cultivators finds her—” She couldn’t finish the sentence.

The thought was too horrible to voice.

Both women released their spiritual pressure without restraint.

The creatures below—sand wyrms, desert scorpions, lesser spirit beasts—bowed in terror as the two powerhouses passed overhead.

But Cai Lin didn’t care about any of them.

Her entire world had narrowed to a single purpose.

Find her sister.

Bring her home.

And if anyone had harmed her…

‘Human,’ she thought, her killing intent so thick it made the air around her shimmer, ‘you better not have harmed her.

If you have laid a single finger on my sister, I will make your death so painful that your ancestors will feel it in their graves.’ — POV: Cai Meirou Meanwhile, the object of Cai Lin’s desperate search was currently sitting in Tian’s private chambers, playing chess.

And losing.

Badly.

“Checkmate,” Tian said, moving his piece with a casual flick of his fingers.

Cai Meirou stared at the board, her blue eyes wide with disbelief.

“How?!

I was winning just three moves ago!” “No, you thought you were winning.

There’s a difference.” “That’s—that’s not fair!

You tricked me!” She said to qin ti.

“I outplayed you.

There’s a difference between those too.” Qin tian said to her with a smile .

Cai Meirou’s cheeks puffed out like an angry hamster.

Her blue snake tail swished back and forth in frustration.

“One more game!

I’ll definitely win this time!” “This will be the fifth game you’ve lost in a row,” Tian pointed out.

“The next game will be different!” Tian laughed and reached over to pinch her puffed-out cheek.

“You’re very cute when you’re angry.” Cai Meirou looked away with a huff, her cheeks flushing.

But when Tian reached up and gently rubbed her hair, her tail immediately began to sway happily.

Her eyes squinted with pleasure.

The dissatisfaction melted away like ice under the desert sun.

“I still want a rematch,” she mumbled, leaning into his touch.

“Later.

For now, we should—” “Young Master.” Long Jin appeared at the doorway, her golden hair gleaming.

“They are here.” Tian, who had one arm wrapped comfortably around Cai Meirou’s waist, smiled.

“Your sister is here, Meirou.” Cai Meirou, who had been lying contentedly against his chest, looked up in surprise.

“Sister is here?!” Qin Tian nodded.

A wide smile spread across her face.

“Great!

Big Sister is here!” She began to rise, but Tian’s arm tightened around her waist.

“You should probably go greet her,” he said with a knowing smile.

“Before she tries to attack my ship.” Cai Meirou looked confused.

“Why would she attack your ship?” “Because your sister might think I kidnapped you.” Qin tian said to with a small smile.

Cai Meirou’s eyes widened with understanding.

“Oh!

Oh no, Sister would definitely think that!” She scrambled to her feet.

“I’ll go explain everything!

Don’t worry, Tian—I won’t let her attack your beautiful ship!” She rushed out of the chamber, her blue snake tail propelling her with surprising speed thinking her sister might offened qin tiam amd not worried that ship will be damaged as its too strong.

— POV: Cai Lin Cai Lin hovered before the massive ship, her heart pounding with dread.

The vessel was unlike anything she had ever seen.

It was the size of a city—no, larger than any city on this continent.

Its hull was carved from materials she couldn’t even identify, materials that radiated power far beyond her comprehension.

Formations pulsed along its edges—arrays so complex they made her head spin.

And from within that ship, she could sense auras.

Powerful auras.

Auras that made her feel like an ant before a mountain.

‘They’re not from this continent,’ she thought, her red eyes cold despite the fear coiling in her stomach.

‘No one on the Heavenly Spirit Continent could possess such a vessel.

No one here could command such power.’ Beside her, Zi Yan’s face was pale.

“Your Majesty…

should we continue?” Cai Lin didn’t answer immediately.

Her mind was racing.

Her sister’s aura was on that ship—she could sense it clearly.

But so were dozens of other auras, each one more terrifying than the last.

‘If they have harmed her…’ She straightened her back.

Her expression hardened.

The fear in her eyes was replaced by cold, absolute resolve.

“We continue,” she said.

“Whoever has captured my sister will pay.

Even if I have to die to make it happen.” Zi Yan swallowed hard but nodded.

She didn’t dare voice the thought that was screaming in her mind—that perhaps the princess was already dead, that they were flying into a trap, that they would both die here.

Instead, she simply followed her queen with the silent determination of a warrior who had already accepted death.

— Suddenly, a figure shot out from the ship.

Cai Lin’s heart stopped.

Her sister—her foolish, reckless, beloved little sister—was flying toward her with a wide smile on her face.

She was unharmed.

She was healthy.

She was alive.

“SISTER!” Cai meirou shouted at cai lin .

Cai Meirou crashed into Cai Lin with the force of a meteor, wrapping her arms around her older sister in a crushing hug.

Cai Lin’s red eyes went wide, and then—for the first time in years—tears began to fall down her cheeks.

“You idiot!” Cai Lin shouted, but her voice was thick with relief.

She hugged her sister so tightly that Cai Meirou squeaked.

“Didn’t I tell you not to leave the city?!

Didn’t I tell you not to wander off?!

Do you have any idea how WORRIED I was?!” “I’m sorry, Sister,” Cai Meirou said, her voice small and guilty.

“I’m so sorry.

I should have listened to you.” “If anything had happened to you—” Cai Lin’s voice broke.

She couldn’t finish the sentence.

“I know.

I know.” Cai Meirou hugged her tighter.

“But I’m okay.

I’m fine.

Better than fine, actually.” Cai Lin pulled back and studied her sister.

There was something different about her.

A glow in her cheeks.

A sparkle in her eyes.

And when she had mentioned the ship, her tail had swayed in a way that Cai Lin recognized all too well.

“What happened?” Cai Lin asked, her voice regaining its cold edge.

“The Ice Emperor.

And Your aura was at that mountain.

And now you’re here.

What happened?” Cai Meirou’s expression grew serious.

“The Ice Emperor chased me.

He was going to capture me—to sell me to the humans for my Snake Core.” She paused.

“He’s dead now.

The young master of this ship killed him.” Cai Lin’s red eyes flickered toward the massive vessel.

“The young master?” “Yes.” A blush spread across Cai Meirou’s cheeks.

“He saved me, Sister.

He shot the Ice Emperor with his bow and killed him in one volley.

And then he…” She trailed off, her blush deepening.

“And then he what?” Cai Lin’s eyes narrowed.

“Nothing!

Nothing!

He just…

he was very kind to me.

That’s all.” Cai meirou said quickly .

Cai Lin studied her sister’s flushed face with growing suspicion.

But before she could press further, a figure appeared on the deck of the ship.

Both Cai Lin and Zi Yan forgot how to breathe after seeing qin tian .

The man who descended from the ship had dragon wings—massive, majestic wings of grey-gold that shimmered with primordial light.

Dragon horns of the same color curved from his temples.

His body was sculpted like a god’s, his skin luminous, his presence radiating power that made even Cai Lin’s proud heart tremble.

But it was his face that truly stole her breath.

He was the most handsome man she had ever seen.

No—handsome was too weak a word.

He was beautiful in a way that defied mortal comprehension.

His features were perfect, his eyes held the depth of eternity, and his smile—that gentle, knowing smile—made something stir in Cai Lin’s chest that she had never felt before.

‘Could there truly be such a handsome man in this world?’ she thought, her mind blank with shock.

Beside her, Zi Yan was having the exact same thought.

Her purple eyes were wide, her cheeks flushed, her tail swaying unconsciously in a way it had never swayed before.

— POV: Qin Tian Tian descended from his ship, his dragon wings folding behind him, and took a moment to appreciate the two women before him.

‘Beautiful,’ he thought, his grey-gold eyes drinking in every detail.

‘Absolutely beautiful.’ The guard captain was a vision of purple-haired charm.

Her purple eyes were sharp and intelligent, but there was a warmth beneath them that promised hidden depths.

Her body was magnificent—massive breasts that strained against her purple cloth wrap, a narrow waist left bare and exposed, and wide, childbearing hips that flared into a gorgeous purple snake tail.

Her face was charming and seductive, with full lips and a small beauty mark beneath her left eye.

But it was Cai Lin who truly captivated him.

The Snake Queen was even more breathtaking than he had imagined.

Her temperament was identical to his Xia Dynasty Empress—cold, regal, commanding.

She wore a crown on her head that marked her royal status.

Her black hair cascaded over her shoulders.

Her red eyes blazed with the authority of a woman who had ruled her people through hardship and war.

And her body…

Her body was even more voluptuous than the Cai Lin from the Battle Through the Heavens donghua he remembered from his previous life.

Her breasts were massive—larger than any he had seen except perhaps Mizuki Shiranui’s.

Her waist was impossibly narrow.

Her hips flared wide.

Her red snake tail coiled beneath her, powerful and elegant.

Every inch of her radiated the aura of a queen who dominated everything she surveyed.

‘I want her,’ Tian thought, his heart pounding with desire.

‘I want both of them.

The queen and her captain.

I want to make them mine.’ He forced his thoughts down and smiled his most charming smile.

“You must be Cai Lin,” he said, his deep voice warm.

“Your sister has told me a great deal about you.” Cai Lin snapped out of her daze.

She straightened her back and inclined her head—not a bow, but a gesture of respect that no other human on this continent would have received from her.

“Young Master,” she said, her voice cool but polite, “I am Cai Lin, Queen of the Snake People.

Thank you for saving my foolish sister.” note: One must remember that Tian is not a protagonist.

He is a villain.

Others naturally respect him—they don’t mock him or challenge him like they do with protagonists.

A villain’s presence commands deference.

A villain’s aura inspires awe.

And Tian, with his six Immortal Physiques, his Creation Grade technique, and his backing of seven forbidden forces, radiated more authority than any emperor this continent had ever seen.

Tian smiled.

“There’s no need to be so formal.

Please, come inside.

You must be tired from your search.

I’ve prepared a meal.” Cai Lin hesitated for only a moment.

Then she nodded.

“We accept your hospitality, Young Master.” Cai Meirou grabbed her sister’s hand and pulled her toward the ship, chattering excitedly about everything she had seen.

Zi Yan followed, her purple eyes darting around with barely concealed awe.

As they entered the Harmony of Five, both Cai Lin and Zi Yan felt their breath catch in their throats.

The interior of the ship was a paradise.

Floating gardens of immortal flowers lined the corridors.

Fountains of liquid spiritual energy burbled in marble basins.

Spirit animals—phoenix chicks, nine-tailed foxes, jade rabbits—roamed freely.

The spiritual energy was so dense it formed visible mist, and every breath felt like drinking liquid moonlight.

Compared to this, even the most prosperous city on the Heavenly Spirit Continent would look like a barren wasteland.

And the snake tribe’s city—a harsh, resource-depleted settlement in the middle of the desert—was not even worth comparing.

Cai Lin and Zi Yan exchanged glances.

Envy flickered in their eyes.

Not the ugly envy of those who wished to tear down what others had built, but the painful envy of those who saw what their people could never have.

Cai Meirou noticed her sister’s expression and felt a pang of guilt.

She would tell her about Tian’s offer soon.

She would tell her that their people didn’t have to live like this anymore.

Tian led them to the dining hall, where a feast had been prepared.

Dishes of every kind covered the long table—meats from Supreme Realm fierce beasts, vegetables grown in immortal gardens, fruits that radiated spiritual energy, wines aged for ten thousand years.

The aroma alone was enough to make one’s mouth water.

“Please, sit,” Tian said, gesturing to the chairs.

“Eat as much as you like.” Cai Lin and Zi Yan sat down hesitantly.

They had never seen food like this.

They had never smelled food like this.

Their mouths watered despite themselves trying restrain there desires .

Tian’s maids—Long Jin, Long Rui, and the others—moved gracefully around the table, pouring wine and serving dishes.

Cai Lin’s red eyes widened as she sensed their cultivation.

‘Supreme Realm,’ she thought, her heart pounding.

‘These maids are all Supreme Realm cultivators.

In our tribe if we had a Supreme Realm expert would be a pillar of our people and we woundlt be bullied by the humans .

And here they are…

serving food here .’ But in there tripe the most powerful is her and her guard zi yan both peak emperors .

The realization hit her like a physical blow.

This young master was not merely powerful.

He was from a force so far beyond her comprehension that even her imagination failed to grasp it.

“Please, eat,” Tian said again, his smile gentle.

The meat melted instantly in there mouth .

Flavor exploded across her tongue—rich and savory and utterly divine.

Spiritual energy flooded her meridians, nourishing her cultivation in a way that months of meditation in the desert could not match.

Her red eyes widened in shock.

“This is…” she was shocked after eating this one piece of meat .

“Delicious, isn’t it?” Tian said, still smiling.

“It’s from a Supreme Realm Flame Qilin.

The chefs prepare it with a special marinade.” Zi Yan took a bite of a spirit fruit and nearly moaned.

The juice was so sweet, so refreshing, so filled with spiritual energy that she felt her cultivation bottleneck loosen slightly.

The two snake women ate with increasing enthusiasm.

They tried every dish.

They drank every wine.

By the end of the meal, their bellies were full and their faces wore expressions of pure, contented bliss.

“Thank you, Young Master,” Cai Lin said, her cold demeanor thawing slightly.

“That was the finest meal I have ever eaten.” “It was nothing,” Tian said, waving his hand dismissively.

Inwardly, he thought: ‘Just pay me back by becoming my woman.’ But he kept that thought to himself.

Cai Meirou tugged on her sister’s arm.

“Sister!

Tian has something to show you!

The thing he showed me earlier!” Tian nodded and raised his hand.

A projection of spiritual energy materialized in the air—a vision of the Long Dynasty’s capital city.

Massive towers of gold and jade.

Floating islands connected by bridges of starlight.

Dragons soaring through the sky.

Phoenixes nesting on crystalline peaks.

Spiritual energy so dense it formed rivers of liquid light.

Cai Lin’s red eyes went wide.

Zi Yan’s purple eyes mirrored her shock.

“This is the Long Dynasty,” Tian said calmly.

“One of the five forbidden forces of the Primordial Realm.

I am its young master, as well as the young master of four other forbidden forces.

My dynasty is home to countless races—dragons, phoenixes, qilins, celestial foxes, and many other Heavenly Beast clans.

Humans and beasts live together in peace and prosperity.” He turned to Cai Lin, his grey-gold eyes meeting her red ones.

“I would like to invite you—and all of your people—to relocate to my dynasty.

There, you will be protected.

You will have access to cultivation resources beyond your wildest dreams.

Your people will never again be hunted for their cores.” Cai Lin’s breath caught in her throat.

She looked at the vision.

She looked at her sister, who was nodding eagerly.

She looked at Zi Yan, whose eyes were filled with desperate hope.

This was an opportunity to change the destiny of her entire race.

To lift them out of the desert.

To give them a future that didn’t involve constant fear and persecution.

She rose from her chair and bowed—a deep, formal bow that no one on this continent had ever received from the proud Snake Queen.

“Cai Lin greets the Prince,” she said, her voice trembling slightly.

“On behalf of the Snake People, I accept your generous offer.” Tian’s smile widened.

Seeing this beautiful, proud queen bowing before him sent a thrill through his body.

“There’s no need to bow,” he said, stepping forward.

He reached out and wrapped his arm around her waist—her soft, slender waist that curved so perfectly into her red snake tail.

She stiffened at his touch but didn’t pull away.

“There is one more condition,” Tian said softly.

Cai Lin looked up at him, her red eyes wary.

“What condition, Young Master?” “How about…” He pulled her closer, his face inches from hers.

“You and every woman in your snake race become my women?

I will protect you.

I will make you stronger.

I will give your people a home.

And in return…

you will be mine.” Cai Lin’s face flushed.

Her red eyes, which had faced down human emperors without flinching, now looked away from his gaze.

She could feel her heart pounding.

She could feel her tail swaying in a way it had never swayed before.

The Maiden Calamity Body pulsed.

“Okay,” she whispered.

“I…

I accept.” Tian’s smile grew even wider.

‘If Xiao Ye knew that his beloved Snake Queen—who he hasn’t even met yet—has already agreed to become my woman…

what would he think?’ Tian mused internally.

[Host, you are so bad.] The system’s voice was filled with amusement.

‘Thank you, System.’ Tian smiled in his mind.

[The Host is welcome.] The system giggled.

— Minutes later, the Harmony of Five arrived at the Snake Tribe’s city.

It was a modest settlement by any standard—buildings of sandstone and clay, protected by a formation that was barely Saint Grade.

The spiritual energy was thin.

The resources were scarce.

It was a miracle that the snake people had survived here for so long.

Below, the snake women were panicking.

“The humans are attacking!” One them shouted .

“Activate the formation!

Quickly!” Another one yelled.

“Where is the Queen?!

Has anyone seen the Queen?!” Another beautiful snake woman was asking in a panic.

“Protect the children!” Anoter powerful king realm cultivator said .

The city’s lone Emperor Realm guardian—an elderly snake woman with grey-streaked hair but was still beautiful —rose into the air, her face grim.

She knew she couldn’t defeat whatever was on that ship.

But she would die trying.

And then Cai Lin descended from the ship, her red tail gleaming in the sun.

“STAND DOWN!” her voice rang out across the city.

“There is no attack!

Stand down immediately!” The snake women froze.

Then, one by one, they relaxed.

Their queen was here.

They were safe.

Cai Lin, Cai Meirou, and Zi Yan landed in the central plaza, surrounded by their people.

The snake women—beautiful, exotic, with tails of every color—gathered around them, their faces filled with confusion and fear.

Cai Lin raised her hand, and the crowd fell silent.

“My people,” she said, her voice carrying the authority of a queen, “the ship above us belongs to an ally.

A powerful ally from beyond this continent.

He has offered us a new home—a place where we will never be hunted again.

A place where our children can grow strong and safe.” She paused, letting the words sink in.

“We are leaving this desert.

We are leaving this continent.

We are going to a new land—a land of abundance and prosperity.

The Long Dynasty.” Gasps rippled through the crowd.

Whispers spread like wildfire.

Hope—fragile, desperate hope—flickered in the eyes of every snake woman present.

And above them, on the deck of the Harmony of Five, Tian watched with a satisfied smile.

‘Beautiful snake women,’ he thought, his eyes sweeping across the crowd.

‘All of them.

So exotic.

So lovely.

And soon…

they’ll all be mine.’ He leaned back in his throne and waited for his new subjects to come aboard.
