Days were back to normal.
Sam was healed and we switched grounds but something was missing.
We started playing football and the portals security was increased.
But still no one caught a glimpse of me.
It has been a week since i lost her.
Not a single day went past without me checking the portal.
I never saw anyone around nor i had the courage to.
But That night something scared me.
When everyone watched tv, the news scared me.
“The portals have started to disappear. And everything would be normal again.”
A government officer stood up with a mike and gave this news to people.
“Its all kept a secret for good of people. But everything would be back to normal soon.”
I had just one thought in my mind.
“Why were they hiding it. And will it be over just like that.”
Those words didn’t made me shiver but something shook and i left the food right there.
“Ren.” Mom could notice me avoiding her but she thought it was because of portals.
And what had happened with sam.
I didn’t answer anything and went back to my room.
After a few minites mom came to talk to me.
“Are you okay?”
i said “yeah”
“Is it because of the girl?”
I was shocked.
Not about the fact that she knew but she kept silent about it.
“no its just”
“So its about her. Is she okay?”
“uhhm i ”
“You can check on her.”
“Its just that i think she is gone far away.”
” ooh its just that.
Dont worry she will meet you soon.
Have you called her?”
“Uhhm yeah she’s fine you dont need to worry.”
“Ren. If something happens you can share it with me.”
How could i share everything that would make her more worried than me.
“Yeah.”
That night i couldn’t sleep.
So i opened the closet i hadnt touched.
It had the clothes she had left.

In the middle of night i placed the mask to my face.
It spoke and it was in another language i couldn’t understand.
So i said hy.

It showed everything in the screen.
“Do you have any info on Emilia?”

“What’s her current location?”
“Tracking accessories. Sword: location marked.”
There was blue dot on the screen i think it meant me and the green dot meant accesories.
“Cape: loaction marked.”
They were all marked right next to me.
“Trousers: location marked.”
“Earings” ” earings she didn’t reove the earings.”
“Location marked.”
There was a straight line to the the green dot.I was happy to have a chance but i was scared because from the view and distance my first guess was frightening.
When i went to check it was right in the portal.
Now it was all on me to go inside or not.
I went back home and kept the things she left close to me while i slept.
I held the blade’s hilt in sleep and i could see different coloured lines floating all around.
I tried to touch them with the sword but they were passed by as if holograms.
Then i focused on a violet ray it slowly started to swirl around the blade and the blade glew with white sparkles.
The light made me wake up and i looked at the blade shining.
I threw it inside the bed and went to sleep.
When i woke up the blade still glew.
I knew something was wrong and i couldn’t experiment with it in my house.
So i left to the jungle.
That was my favourite spot.
The grass covered in roots of trees yet the ground was plane.
The green grass swaying with the wind calmed my breaths and i closed my eyes.
I could see the rays again.
I focused more on some violet rays and the collected inside the blade.
I swung the blade for a strike.
It was heavy yet it slashes were sharp.
I tried to slash a bush.
The bush fell sliced in halves but nothing unnatural happened.
I focused on a tree afar and swung the blade but nothing happened.
I submerged the blade in the ground in frustration and My shoes felt cold.
The ground had turned to shining ice upto metres.
The grass sparkles and dew drops looked astounding.
It was hard to stand on but i pulled out the blade.
The intake was easy but trying to control the ice was hard.
It happened again the tree froze and i was able to freeze some bushes but it was not on control it happened randomly.
When i wore the hood.
I noticed why she felt light it was the hood i could run faster and on closing the eyes i could swirl more nesk around making it faster with more nesk.
I had things i could use but still the courage wasn’t up for it, Untill that day.
I went on the portal again.
It was a whirlpool of rays envircling around it was hard to steal even a single ray of light from inside.
Suddenly the rays of the dimmed and winds blew faster than they did.
This portal was smaller than the one in school but after this.
Winds coming from inside swayed the tents outside untill one of them flew and all of rhe policemen came near the portal.
I hid behind the tree and closed my eyes.
I could feel the warmth from the portal fadind and when i turned a little i could see the reduction in size.
The portal was shorter and the rays around were now dimmer.
I was observing unusual people around the portal but this meant something.
Not good for us.
