Next day when I woke up I only felt a little sore, in a strangely pleasant way. I stretched myself thoroughly, happy that there wasn't any stiffness to be found. It was already almost half past eight, so I hurried through my morning routine, showered, and ate breakfast. I stuffed a backpack with everything I needed and told my parents goodbye, then I set off.
We all met up at the train station at ten in the morning. Besides myself, Jun was there with Rin, Noburo with two of his close friends, Ren and Sota, two other third year girls, Sakura and Aiko, and from my grade another three boys, Daiki, Shota and Itsuki, and a single girl, Iku.
If there was a single thread that connected our group it was the basketball club since six out of twelve of us was in it. Badminton came in at a second place since both Rin and Aiko also played it, with fashion at third place from Jun and Iku. Sakura was best friends with Aiko and managed to sneak in despite being a volley player.
As we took our seats on the train I couldn't help but feel that it was a little odd. In a situation like this I should sit with Jun, right? He is my best friend. Instead he was sitting with Rin and Noburo was sitting with me, which did seem to make sense, I guess? Even if it isn't a relationship relationship it was still a relationship. So I should sit with Noburo. Right?
I'm not good with relationships. I know about the stereotype of teenagers in relationships, which seems to dictate that I should constantly cling to him, gaze into his eyes, and we should declare our undying love. Which is of course a load of horseshit.
There is no love. Even if I accept the idea that he has a crush on me, what do teenagers really know about love? He hasn't said he has a crush on me, but I suspect he believes he does. Love and lust, what really is the difference, and how can a teenager even know?
I don't let it distract me from anything however. Our current arrangement suits me just fine, and when I leave town it's up to him to decide what comes next.
So I tune out my thoughts, and tune in as Sakura talks about her new bikini that she got just for this summer from the seat across the hall.
A few stops later we disembarked the train. Living in the suburbs of Tokyo was actually pretty great if you didn't mind the train. Most of the advantages of a big city with none of the downsides.
I put up my hand to keep the sun out of my eyes and looked up towards it. Today was a scorcher, and I was growing more and more happy by the minute that today was the day we were going to a water park. The alternative would be dying of the heat in my room or the local pool. Though, the local pool wasn't bad either. Water park though!
"Come on, we're falling behind."
Noburo was reaching out towards me with a hand as he spoke. I nodded and took his hand, together we formed up the rear of our group.
At the water park we split up in two groups after paying for entrance to go to our separate changing rooms. After I've packed my clothes into my backpack and put on the bikini I can't help but notice that it seems a bit off. It's white and with gold accents, and unlike the other white bikini I own for public use it doesn't have any flourishes. I do like white for my bikinis, perhaps I need to branch out?
What seems off though is that it appears a bit small? I critically look down at my chest, then grab both shoulder straps, lift them slightly and let go. It jiggles. I do it a few more times. I think I was too busy climbing a dick last time I wore this to notice it. Okay, so I wasn't on top, but the metaphor works. It doesn't seem I'll be in danger of any slips, but it does appear a bit more lewd than I thought it would. On the bright side, I now have an excellent excuse to buy a new bikini.
I look up and meet the eyes of Iku.
I let go of my top.
It jiggles.
She stares.
Okay, you have just been caught jiggling your own tits in the locker room by a friend, what do you do?
Shit, I need a manual.
"Sorry, it appears that I've outgrown this one a little," I'm Japanese, so when in doubt you apologize!
"Ah, don't worry, you look very good, Akane," she says shyly.
I think I got away with it?
"You too, Iku," I smile, "you should save those compliments for Sakura though, she is so very excited." This chapter is updated first at novelping.com.
Apparently I have impeccable timing as Sakura just finished changing. The next 15 minutes is spent as expected, then I load my handbag with the necessary things and we set off.
Meeting up with the others was rather quick as they had been waiting for us nearby and we got to planning. Noburo came up next to me and spoke in a quiet voice as everyone talked.
"There's a love tunnel, do you want to go?"
I turned to look at him, as I carefully thought about it.
"Isn't that a bit much?" I asked.
I didn't want to lead him on, and it seemed to me that accepting would be just that. It would be different if he asked me to do it because he wanted to find someplace discrete for a handjob, but at this point he should know that he could just ask me if that's what he wanted.
"Ah, maybe?" he said awkwardly.
"How about you help me throw Jun in the water instead?" I offered.
It wasn't that I didn't want to spend time with him, and this felt like a far safer compromise. It was sort of a couple's activity, but a far less serious one.
"Sure," he smiled, though it looked a little strained.
I returned the smile, albeit with more confidence, ignored the conversation currently going on, barreled my way through, and grabbed Jun by the arm. Noburo had dutifully followed me and grabbed the other arm, and soon enough we had him hoisted up. Completely ignoring his cries of protests, though I did catch Noburo muttering an apology, we took him to the nearby pool and threw him in. It felt very satisfying.
"I'm happy just to go on some slides and lounging around," I said in the ensuring silence, as Jun surfaced, sputtering and staring at me with murder in his eyes.
I wasn't afraid of his retaliation since I was far too heavy for him to lift. I'm decently curvy, I think, I have fairly well developed muscles, and my height is almost 180, so I'm quite heavy.
Rin does seem to delight in Jun's suffering, so I mentally give her a few points. Maybe I should tell her some embarrassing stories about him?
"Akane, my vengeance will be swift and without mercy," Jun says as he grabs onto the ledge and starts hauling himself up.
I take a moment to think, then put my foot against his chest and shove him back in. Rin starts giggling, though she quickly composes herself and comes over to help Jun out of the water. I look at Noburo with a smug, self satisfied look and shoot him a thumbs up, which he hesitantly returns.
Once Jun has finally been rescued I was kind enough to not shove him in again, and we go back to planning which is quickly concluded. The next three hours are spent on slides, swimming, and someone finds a beach ball somewhere we have some fun with, though we do end up splitting up and I spend some alone time with Noburo. Of the not kinky sort, though we did kiss. He didn't even feel me up.
Is that upsetting? I don't know. I think he might be a little shy, since I did catch him looking at my chest every now and then.
After some alone time me and Noburo got to the cafe where we agreed to meet up and we were the first ones there.
"I'll occupy some tables, and you'll go find them?" I suggest.
"Sure, I'll be back soon," he gives me a peck on the cheek and leaves.
I find a chair to sit on, put my feet up on another chair, and with my handbag on the table I'm not at I feel quite satisfied with my level of occupation.
I space out slightly while thinking about Noburo's shy attitude. Maybe I should have a talk with him about it? We have already had sex multiple times though, and even before that I had given him more than a handful of blowjobs, so he should be confident enough, shouldn't he? Maybe he is just an awkward person? I'm disturbed from my contemplation by the arrival of a stranger.
"Excuse me, am I disturbing you?"
"No. Is there something I can help you with?" I responded politely to him.
"Are all these seats taken?"
Well, it did look a bit extreme for a single person to try to occupy twelve seats, so his question made sense.
"Dang. My friends are going to kill me," he said with an awkward laugh.
"I'm sorry for bringing your life to a horrid conclusion," I politely joined his awkward laughter for a little.
"No no, it's not your fault," he smiled, and I spotted Noburo returning.
"Is there a problem?" Noburo joined in.
"Not at all, this beautiful lady has been very helpful," the stranger smiled, "now if you'll excuse me."
He left with Noburo's eyes following him.
"Is there something wrong?" I asked, wondering why he was acting so strangely.
"No, it's fine."
I wanted to inquire further, but our friends were arriving, bringing a lively atmosphere with them. I decided to let it go; if there was something he wanted to talk to me about he could just ask.
Noburo was being a little clingy throughout the entire duration of the meal, and he didn't seem happy about it when I made my excuses to talk alone with Jun. Well, it was more of a feeling I got from him, sort of. Still, I managed to get Jun to a quiet corner where we could talk in private, and explained the situation to him.
"Isn't he just jealous?" he asked.
"Why would he be? We have an arrangement."
"He can still feel jealous though," Jun explained, and I looked towards Noburo. He was looking at where we were sitting.
I was feeling annoyed, since it sounded like he didn't trust me. I had agreed to stay exclusive, so what, does he think I'm just going to run off a few days later to jump the bones of someone else?
"Thanks Jun."
"Are you okay?" he asked, looking at me with concern.
"I'm just a little irritated," I sighed.
He gives me a pat on my shoulder and smiles.
"Don't be too hard on him, okay? Maybe because of how loosely defined your relationship is he gets a little bit more possessive?"
So it was my fault? I know Jun doesn't mean it that way, but indirectly that is what he said. It's difficult to argue with though, as our relationship isn't a real relationship. I decide to just let it go, since it's not as if strange men are going to be talking to me a lot.
"I won't. Thank you," I pat his hand, then I get up and sit down next to Noburo.
The rest of the day manages to go by without any incidents, and over all I had a rather good time. Noburo doesn't try to initiate any form of intimacy besides a small goodbye kiss when we split up at the train station.
As I lay in bed that night I think about it. It's not that he doesn't desire me, any time I initiate he is very happy, but for some reason he won't do anything except kiss me without prompting. It would have been hot if at the water park he had taken me to a bathroom and asked me to get him off with my mouth. Or told me, that would be good too. If I tell him to take initiative it won't really count though, because it's still based off of my initial request.
I'm not sure if it's a problem or not, but it's still very early, so I decide to give it some time before I do anything, and slowly doze off.
