The hallowing wind blew outside of the cave entrance.

For three days and three nights the entire local ecosystem was completely decimated with almost all lifeforms being destroyed and drown in the freezing downpour.
Even as he might try Leon simply couldn’t ignore the cold, none of his fire would start and he was forced to consume his own Extraordinary Energy just to barely fight off the cold.

Wonders are crystal of certain laws or operation of any of the [Five].
Born from the [Sea] wonders usually only appear during the reemerging which resulted in several Tier 5 creatures.
And how does it resulted in it Leon doesn’t yet know.

There are 7 Tiers in total, not including Tier 0.
From Tier 1 to 2 the only requirement is to absorb a sufficient amount of Extraordinary Energy.
The process of transformation to initial Tier 2 to peak Tier 2 is all about evolving around two or more attributes and increasing the compatibility.
But from Tier 2 to 3 there is a large gap, the first basic requirement for a creature to advanced to Tier 3 is two at least attributes and the creation of bloodline arts.
Bloodline arts are techniques which are used to enhance and control their direction for evolution.
Of course as is the cost with mortal tempering with nature bloodline arts must be completely without any flaws or weaknesses, or else the most mild cost would be the rapid growth of cancerous tumors and painful immediate death.
This was also the reason why most original ones don’t make it to Tier 3, and those that do would never reach middle Tier 3.
Another thing to remember is that for each attribute that are added to the evolutionary direction the more the difficulty and complexity of the corresponding bloodline art multiply.
So simply remember that each bloodline art leads towards a unique evolutionary path.
From Tier 3 to Tier 4 involved the need for wonders.
The most difficult thing about this transformation is to somehow obtain a wonder with enough compatibilities.
Different wonders have myriad compatibility, even similar wonders might have different profundity and meaning.
Wonders are also divided into grades.
In order to advanced from Tier 3 to Tier 4 at least a Inferior grade wonder need to be consume.
However Tier 4 was extremely unique in the way in which it’s realms weren’t hard coded.
Someone who consumed a Middle grade wonder can directly reach middle Tier 4.
And with a Top grade wonder a creature can directly jump from Tier 3 to Tier 5 skipping Teir 4 entirely.
However that was the rare unorthodox path.
The Tier 4 orthodox path is to consume the most compatible Inferior grade wonder and then nurture it through selectively digesting different parts of higher grade wonders, slowly creating the wonder most suitable for oneself.
And although Leon did not fully understood the true might of wonders but judging but how this apparently Inferior grade wonder outside has directly wiped out over several hundreds of thousands of Teir 1 and Tier 2 creatures across thousands of miles and the fact that this was a extremely weak wonder that only appear near the end of a era with Extraordinary Energy being extremely thin after thousands of years of consumption Leon could guess that it’s might was far above his current self.
But finally in the fourth day the downpour finally stopped and disappeared between Heaven and Earth.
After waiting for several hours and making sure that the rain would not return Leon finally gathered enough courage to check outside of his small cave.
It was a horrible apocalyptic scene, everywhere his advanced powerful eyes look the only thing he saw was death and decay.
Countless tall trees were mangled and torn apart with only red frozen chunks remaining as the only prove that animals once we’re here.
Leon looked forward as far as his eyes could see and he only saw destruction with rocks and trees all being badly mangled and deformed and the rivers were all overflowing with pure ice water that somehow didn’t froze even though they were below freezing points.
There wasn’t even any points to talk about the fish or bugs.
Leon knew deep in his heart that he would have to find another home again.
