The Rock Empire gained it’s name for it’s late Tier 4 founder rock mountain custom wonder.
The main three ethnic groups within the Rock Empire were the Golden Rhino, Gale Bird, and Green Lizards species.
And as for Roc himself he was naturally of the Gale Bird race.
And he specifically was one of the Empire twelve lower councillors that after a falling due to a power struggle was sent to manage this small distance place within one light day of the [Sea].
And especially now with the submerging nearing Roc felt desperate to try to obtain more merits so that he could return to the Empire true mountain headquarter.
Soon Roc reached the Empire branch which was a simple wooden nest.
Since none of the Empire main ethnic groups were bipedal and most definitely none of them had dexterous flexible hand so it was only natural that they didn’t have any complex building.
Although the Rock Empire has over three hundred Tier 3 creatures all of which has at least 400 IQ their actual technological level were only equal to that of humans tribal era.
Of course there still were some constructions but there were most certainly extremely simple which by itself sounded wrong.
After all in a world were a single creature can singlehandedly construct a entire city and that same creature was also extremely intelligent it would make sense for technology and architect yo naturally be advanced but the reality was clearly different.
But different races had different racial preferences and in a world were those in the top have no need for change and those in bottom have no power for change technology naturally was undeveloped.
The nest itself was massive being over three hundred metres big from every direction.
There were twenty other Gale Bird race creatures with all of them being at least in the middle Tier 2.
Roc was still extremely angry about having so few subordinates with all of them being highly incompetent but they were also the only ones loyal enough to follow him to this desolate place.
“Follow my decree, a vile and depraved unknown creature has advanced to early Tier 3 stage three hundred million miles from here around three hours ago. You are all ordered to fellow me and assist with the search.” Without moving his mouth Roc command the wind which created vibration that carried across the entire nest.

There were two Laws of which Leon was now very aware of.
The law of Randomness, and the law of Order.
The power of the [Star] and the power of the [Void].
Leon deduce these laws from his previous experience combined with this one.
For when Leon focused his senses on one point he could “see” red dots, but the most interesting thing was when he didn’t view it those red dots will change their form and shape. The source of this chapter is NovelPing.
Leon then made a reasonable assumption, the law of Order was using him as a gateway in order to influence the Randomness of these red particles.
Now there were two conclusions which this chained of logic could lead him.
First he was special because of [Store].
This meant that the law of Order was constantly fixed upon him, meaning that the [Void] was always watching him.
But that was unlikely for if the [Void] didn’t want him to noticed it it would have just either not have acted here or alter his cognition making him unable to noticed it.
The fact that he could register and remember it meant that either the [Void] didn’t care of him knowing it’s gaze or that it wasn’t the case.
The second conclusion was that any conscious mind can do it.
This would off course need conformation but if that was the case then it brought Leon another set of questions.
First of if the mind of all living creatures were tainted by Order then did were all mind related to the [Void]?
After all the [Void] was the Order of the world, but wasn’t life random and chaotic like the [Star]?
Then for the first moment since he was born Leon began to noticed the difference between his mind and body.
