The first part was naturally the creation of the semi biological nuclear reactor through the fusion of the Solar and Thunder attributes.
The second part involve infusing Metal and Frost attribute into his bones construction a subzero metal skeleton capable of absorbing and disputing extreme amount of energies.
The third part involves infusing the Wood and Earth attribute into his organs to greatly multiply their processing power allowing the digestion of almost unlimited amount of energy and material with the end goal of eventually being able to fully operate his thirteen cores at maximum efficiency simultaneously for long duration. The fourth part was infusing Water and Fire attribute to the blood cells allowing energy to be stored in them with the end goal of allowing him to “burn” some of his blood to temporarily multiply his power output.
And the final fifth part was the most difficult, revolving around fusing all of the elements together into his muscles cell to form a self regulating cellular nuclear fusion reactors, essentially making every one of his tens of trillions of cells have the ability to completely regrow his body.
Making it so that as long as a single piece of muscle remained he could even reconstructed his Soul.

Another one was at the back of his neck and the other cores were much bigger and put in strategic connected places meant to send and transmit extra energy to any specific area in dangerous situation.
In short Leon current body was designed by him to be a living humanoid power grid with his bones as the cables allowing him to release 100% of his strength from every part of his body.
