“Because of the complexity of the process of the [Sea] creatures [Infinity] becoming [Finite] on the land I will give you the best explanation that you brain can handle.” The voice spoke compassionate words even though his voice still didn’t have a defined tone.
“Since the vast majority of all life would never get past the beach you only need to know that they’re currently over ten billion unique species scattered all over the [Land]. Of course most of them are just regular Tier 1 or 0 life creatures so you shouldn’t worry too much about them.”
The man was confused, up until now he perfectly understood everything the man said and he still did, he knew that the “Tier” thing was used to measure something.
But what that something is he didn’t know and couldn’t possibly guess on his own.
Thankfully the voice seems to noticed his confusion.
“Tiers are a way that I decided to used in order to measure lifeform level, Tier 0 creatures are mostly small microscopic creatures such as viruses which most likely means nothing to you but you would learn on your own later. Tier 1 are all normal animals ranging from anywhere from small bugs to large tigers. Tier 2 are more advanced creatures capable of using at least one form of extraordinary energy. The rest of the higher Tiers can only be found deeper in the [Land] a place far away from you.”
The voice explanation only brought more questions to the man, specifically about that extraordinary energy and the voice like a calm parent telling a story to their smaller offspring explained patiently.
“Life isn’t the only thing that comes from the [Sea] to the [Land], energy also does. But unlike lifeform energy can only come to land during the submerging and only some stays after the reemerging. You should find a tall mountains soon, there is only fifteen years left until the next submerging.”
The man felt slight frustration, every word of the voice only brought more questions but this time the voice didn’t seem to want to entertaining the child curiosity.

Before the man could react to the voice words four brightly colourful lights appeared in all four cardinal directions surroundings the man.
In front of the man there was a ball of light that constantly changed between the black and white colour with words written on the mass of energy surface whose meaning appeared in his mid.

Before the man could make sense of anything the voice began explaining.
“The choice before you were all selected based on your specie potential, you were given Decompose because of your specie innate desire to consume and dominate, you were given Hyper Intelligence because of your innate cleverness and great logical thinking, you were given Heart of nature because of your innate ability to distinguish between nature and control it, and you were given [System] because of your innate bloodlust and desire to conquer.”
Although the meaning of every word was perfectly transplanted into his mind the man still couldn’t understand some of the voice words, but his innate intelligence and curiosity made him capable of doing the next thing.
The main moved his throat muscle constantly readjusting his vocal cords and releasing some low grunts.
But for some reason the voice seemed to patiently wait for the man, not disturbing him until fifteen minutes later that the man first spoke.
“You…. said…. five…. why not?” A hard hoarse voice came from the man untrained throat barely spilling out english words that were even worse than that of a infant.
Almost immediately as the man spoke the gray hazy space trembled before endless spider webs like cracks appeared all over the space, causing the previous illusion to break.
After a period of readjusting his eyes the man opened them to see soft and annoying buzzing fluorescent ceiling tubes on a pure white celling illuminating countless empty pure white metal shelves and blue floors tiles.
For the man this sight was equivalent to a eldritch being kidnapping him and bring him to a indescribable place.
Suddenly the man noticed a shadowy figure whom shaped he couldn’t describe standing behind the [Store] counter.
