A lone primitive man with dark wilde hair and short dark bread move deeper into a forest.
His perfect athletic body that was bestowed upon him as the first of his race was covered by some small leather cloth that bearly counted as a piece of clothing.
Because Leon didn’t have any knowledge of winter he didn’t bother to try to make isolative clothes to maintain his heat.
But he did make makeshift wooden armour on his stomach and back and any other area that he noticed were extremely important from his experience hunting prey.
In his left hand was his makeshift primitive spear that was designed to have long reach.
Several small clay jars were tied to his waist each full of different herbal medicine.
Leon followed the directions given to him by [Store].
It cost him a entire credit just to buy knowledge about a safe path deeper towards the [Land], but as a cautious individual Leon spent it in a heartbeat.
He did not know of the gap between Teir 1 and Tier 2 lifeforms but he most certainly would not risk his life over a unnecessary uncertainty.
Through various experiences Leon had already fully understood some of [Store] rules and knew that he could always earn more.
The first rule Leon discovered was that he could only sell things that the [Store] considered to be his, this include living creatures as long as he has fully control over their life and death, he couldn’t sell a random mountain for that was the property of the [Land], the same goes for air and the [Sky].
The second rule he discovered was that for the same item prices fluctuate, for example a full grown large alive adult rabbit was wort 1 credit, 0.2 more credits than a dead one.
And when it comes to living creatures their state of mind as well as their personalities seemed to affect their price.
And the third rule, he really could buy and sell everything.
Leon discovered the selling part when he sold a past useless memory for 0.001 credit, he knew what memory it was because he said it out loud before he sold it. This chapter was taken from novelping . com without permission.
And the buying part when the [Store] allow him to view events.
For example Leon could buy the event that yesterday he hunted and eat a massive prey effectively changing the past to alter the present, conversely he could also sell his past, although the [Store] gave him a warning about such actions.
Following the knowledge in his head.
He didn’t encounter any large predator during his journey and soon he reached a normal tree with one golden fruit.
[Item Tier: 2 initial Description: a regular apple that accidentally absorb Solar type Extraordinary Energy. Uses: can be digest to evolve a Tier 1 creature into Tier 2 lifeform with a small chance for the creature to gain the Solar attribute Value: can be sold for 10 credits]
Leon looked at the fruit information before quickly making his way to the tree and he used his makeshift wooden spear to poke the golden apple.
After a several tries the apple fell and Leon used his free hand to nimbly grab the apple making sure that it didn’t suffer any damage.
Leon then quickly made his way to his small cave following the same path that he took before.
With Leon movement accelerating due to his good mood and extreme desire to get away from this deeper area which mostly likely hosted several Tier 2 creatures Leon soon reached his familiar cave.
After checking the surroundings Leon removed both the makeshift trap and green plants cover that he built at the cave entrance before reapplying it after he entered.
Leon took a moment to rethink of everything and after making sure that everything was correct he began.
“I want to buy greater odds related to this apple.” Read this novel at g.com for the best experience.
[Item: Apple probability Description: there is a 80% probability of both survival and successful evolving into a Tier 2 creature. And there is 15% of gaining the Solar attribute to the eater race. <Uses that are unimportant or cannot be done by Leon will not be shown, Leon actively chosed this during his first purchase because of the near infinite endless useless information that [Store] gave about the Item>
Leon stopped for a moment his brain quickly doing the math, in order to get both of the odds to 100% he would need to spend 10.5 credits in total.
This amount was extremely large especially since he only usually capture five large prey a day.
Removing the one he sold each day for the last week and he only had around 7 credit in total, almost all of which he already spent.
There was no other choice Leon began selling his collection.
[Are you sure you want to sell: 7 rabbit skeleton, 3 deer skeleton, 13 small birds skeleton, and 13 basic medicinal herbs for 11 credits? (Yes/No)]
With a heavy heart Leon confirmed Yes and immediately after Leon small house became almost completely empty.
Leon then focused on the still opened virtual window and pressed Yes again.
[Purchased confirmed Item: Apple probability successful changed]
Almost immediately after the confirmation Leon took a large bit of the apple and quickly finished eating the entire thing.
Almost immediately after the golden apple reached his stomach Leon felt the heat of a thousand suns and the pain of a nuclear explosions within his stomach.
<The thousand suns and nuclear explosion things are just metaphor, you need to at least reach Teir 3 to create small nuclear explosion by yourself>
