Staring into Kahn’s eyes alone was incredibly difficult, requiring an immense amount of mental effort that the guard simply couldn’t sustain.

Kahn’s piercing gaze felt exactly like a living black hole, a dark and bottomless void that could effortlessly suck him in at any given moment and rip his entire physical body into tiny shreds.

The sheer, predatory weight behind those clear eyes forced the guard to lower his head, completely unable to maintain eye contact with the entity towering over him.

Kahn moved close to the second guard, his footsteps entirely silent against the dusty floor of the corridor.

He stopped just a few inches away, the cold aura of his Qi condensation realm washing over the trembling man like an icy wave.

Slowly, Kahn reached out and placed his bare hand firmly on his own chin, tilting his head slightly as he stared down at the weeping sentry with an expression of cold, detached curiosity.

The second guard completely broke down under the intense scrutiny, tears and sweat blurring his vision as he started begging frantically for his life.

His voice was a high-pitched, pathetic whine that cracked with every syllable as he repeated, "Please... don’t kill me... don’t kill me..."

He squeezed his eyes shut, his hands shaking violently in the air as he awaited the same bone-shattering fist that had just obliterated his comrade’s skull.

Kahn suddenly scoffed, the low, dismissive sound cutting through the guard’s frantic blubbering like a sharp knife, and his eyes instantly turned incredibly cold, devoid of any warmth or mercy.

The casual amusement had vanished from his face, replaced by a dark, razor-sharp focus that made the air in the corridor feel ten times heavier.

He didn’t care about the guard’s pathetic whimpering; he only cared about one thing in this entire wretched compound.

He looked down at the shaking sentry and said in a flat, chillingly calm tone, "Fine... take me to my sister."

The words were an absolute command, leaving absolutely no room for negotiation or delay, and the underlying threat was crystal clear—obey instantly, or join the corpse cooling on the floor.

Hearing those specific words, the guard’s eyes widened to their limit, his breath catching completely in his throat as a realization hit his mind like a thunderbolt.

’His sister?’ the guard thought, his brain scrambling to piece together the fragments of reality. ’It can’t be... is it really... Kahn?!’

The confirmation of identity sent a whole new shockwave of disbelief through his chest, making him realize that the legendary trash of the sect had somehow transformed into a powerful cultivator.

He was far too afraid to ask any questions or utter a single word of doubt, however, knowing that a single misstep would result in his immediate death.

He simply nodded his head aggressively, his chin slamming against his chest as he accepted the command without a single hint of resistance.

He quickly turned his body around, his legs trembling beneath his weight, and began leading the way up the dark, twisting stone corridors of the prison.

A few minutes later, they both arrived at the hallway.

However, they were not alone. Ter was standing right there in the middle of the passage, his arms crossed over his blue robes, already waiting impatiently for the guards to return with his answers.

The inner disciple’s eyes widened when he saw the towering, strange man with snow-white hair following closely behind the guard.

He didn’t recognize the flawless, handsome face or the commanding physical presence, but he could instantly feel the dense, oppressive Qi condensation aura radiating off the stranger’s body.

The sudden, overwhelming pressure hit Ter like a physical blow, and he subconsciously stumbled backward a couple of steps, his boots skidding sharply against the stone floor as his survival instincts flared.

He tried to maintain his usual dominant composure, but his voice cracked slightly with a mixture of confusion and sudden alarm.

"Who... the hell are you?" he asked, looking back and forth between the submissive guard and the white-haired cultivator.

He didn’t understand how a powerful stranger had managed to penetrate the deepest levels of their prison without any of them knowing.

Kahn’s eyes flashed with a deep, consuming anger as he stared directly at Ter, his gaze narrowing into two razor-sharp slits of pure hatred.

This was the exact same person who, for the last four years, had stopped at absolutely nothing to make his daily life as miserable and painful as humanly possible.

Ter took pleasure in his suffering, the one who usually ordered for Kahn to be beaten bloody and dumped ruthlessly into the dark cell whenever he felt like it, simply to amuse himself.

The memories of those countless humiliations rushed to the surface, and Kahn tightly gnashed his teeth together, a low, dangerous growl threatening to escape his throat.

’Calm yourself down... for now...’ he thought, forcing his breathing to steady as he fought to keep his explosive new power from erupting right then and there. ’Find Sera... the rest can come later.’

He knew that letting his rage control him right now could jeopardize everything, and he needed to keep his focus entirely locked on his ultimate goal.

In reality, he wanted nothing more than to lunge forward, cross the distance in a fraction of a second, and violently rip Ter’s throat directly out of his lungs the very moment he laid eyes on him.

But despite the overwhelming hatred burning in his chest, his younger sister still remained his number-one priority in this wretched place.

He had been thrown into that dark, isolated cell months ago by Ter’s orders, completely cut off from the rest of the compound and left to rot in the shadows.

Because of his long confinement, he had absolutely no idea how she was doing, what they had forced her to endure in his absence, or if she was even still alive.

The agonizing uncertainty was a heavy weight on his soul, and he refused to waste even a single second fighting Ter until he knew for certain that Sera was safe.

Ter, on the other hand, mistook Kahn’s tense silence for hesitation.

He misread the situation completely, drawing his own conclusions based on the direction of the swirling Qi he had sensed earlier.

"I see... you’ve somehow possessed the body of that loser... and now you think you can just march your way through the Raging Bulls sect?!" he shouted. "Well, you’re wrong!"
