[Beacon Hills Preserve]

Malcolm was running after Scott, who was currently running around fully shifted.

He caught up to him and gave him a punch to the jaw, launching him a few feet away from Malcolm.Full novel: Teen Wolf : The Progenitor — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Scott quickly got up and tried to attack him but was interrupted by a loud gunshot from a distance aimed at him.

“Wooooweeee, look what we got here, boys: a rogue wolf all alone away from its pack.” One of the hunters said.

“Big mistake there, lil pup.

He oughta go for a good price in the market.

Why don’t we butcher em and get on down to the market, huh, Black Jack?” The hunter who shot at Scott said.

A group of hunters emerged from the shadows, totalling up to 8, including black jack and Lil Timmy.

“Mighty good idea, Lil Timmy,” Black Jack replied.

Malcolm shifted into his lycan form and went into the trees, and one by one, he picked them out, leaving only Black Jack and Lil Timmy.

Scott watched as Malcolm effortlessly dealt with them.

“Hahaha, look at him, got scared outta his mind; he started seeing ghosts,” Timmy said, watching Scott look around them.

“Go on, boys, get the goods.” Black Jack commanded, but no one answered.

He looked behind and saw his crew was knocked out and lying on the ground.

He raised his gun and shot at the trees.

“Timmy, get your gun ready; it’s an ambush, he ain’t alone.” The two remaining stood with their backs facing each other.

Scott noticed they were distracted and ran away.

Malcolm walked out from the shadows, still in his lycan form, holding one of the hunters without a head.

Black Jack and Timmy unloaded all their bullets at him, but they had no effect at all.

Malcolm threw away the dead body and charged at the 2 remaining hunters.

Black Jack threw a circle of Mountain Ash around him and Timmy.

Malcolm stopped dead in his tracks.

“Hahaha, how’s that, huh?

Mountain ash barrier you freaks can’t touch us now.” Black Jack smiled, thinking he had one.

But little did he know that the barrier was nothing more than a thin line of dirt to Malcolm.

Malcolm smiled evilly, revealing his razor-sharp fangs and teeth.

He raised his right hand and thrusted it towards Black Jack, exiting out of his back with his heart in Malcolm’s hand, still beating.

Malcolm crushed his heart right in front of Timmy, who fell and tried to reload his gun while crawling backwards.

Once he reloaded it, he pointed it at Malcolm, but Malcolm grabbed the gun and crushed it into pieces.

Timmy got up and tried running away, but all he saw was his body take 5 steps before dropping dead while his head was held by Malcolm.

He threw the head away and let out a thunderous roar into the sky, claiming the territory as his.

ROOOOAAAAAARRR

[Hospital]

Peter Hales’ patient room; he was sitting in his chair, faking a loss of consciousness.

He heard the roar coming from the forest.

His eyes focused and glowed red.

His title as the owner of this territory was being challenged.

Gripping the handles of the chair, ripping them with his claws, he let out a murderous growl and stared out the window into the night sky.

[Beacon Hills Police Department]

Derek was in the detention area, lying on the steel bed.

His eyes glowed Blue when he heard the roar from a distance, and one word came out of his mouth: “Malcolm”

[McCall House]

Scott got back to his home, back in his room, through the window in his human form.

“Who the hell were those guys?

What were they talking about when they said, ‘Market’?”

The roar that came from the forest made Scott put up his guard; his eyes glowed golden-yellow.

[Malcolm’s House]

Malcolm snuck into his room through the window in his werewolf form and shifted back to his human form.

He grabbed some fresh clothes since the ones he had been wearing were torn from his shifting.

He went into the shower and washed off the blood stains on him.

Put on the fresh clothes and made his way downstairs into the living room.

“So what had you all grumpy and made you yell so loud, drawing the attention of every supernatural creature in the area?”

“Scott almost exposed himself to the hunters, and when he ran into the forest almost got himself killed by rogue hunters, so I had to deal with them.” Malcolm sat next to his mom, mentally drained from Scott’s idiocy.

“Adventurous one isn’t he, huh?” Gloria said, sipping a glass of wine.

“But you just put a huge target on your back now after that roar of yours.” She continued.

“Let them come; I don’t mind adding to my kill count.” His eyes glowed crimson.

“Hphm.

You definitely took after me,” her eyes glowed red, matching her son’s.

[McCall House]

Scott was lying in his bed, exhausted from today’s events, until he heard his phone ring.

He answered it, and Stiles’ voice rang out from the phone.

“Uuhh, Scott, I just heard my dad on the phone turns out Derek isn’t the killer,” Stiles said.

“What?

But the body was found on his property.” Scott sat up.

“Yeah, there’s a reason for that.

They did a DNA test with him and the dead body, and it came back identical.” Stiles explained.

“In other words, the dead girl is Derek’s sister and therefore Derek is not the killer, meaning Derek is let go.” Stiles continued.

“We’ll talk tomorrow.

I need to rest after what just happened.” Scott hung up the phone and fell asleep.

[Beacon Hills High]

Scott and Olivia were running while laughing in the night.

They ran up to the school bus.

“Where are we going?” Olivia asked with a smile.

“Somewhere we can be more alone.” He knocked the bus door open and took Olivia inside; the door closed behind them.

They went to the middle of the bus and sat on opposite sides of the bus.

They looked at each other playfully.

Scot got up from his seat and went to Olivia, and they started making out.

Scott’s claws started to come out from his fingertips.

He separated from Olivia.

“What’s wrong?” She asked him.

“Get away.” his breathing got faster; he was starting to shift.

He faced away from her.

Olivia got up to check up on him.

“Scott?”

“Get away from me.” He was fully shifted and looked at her with killing intent.

Olivia, seeing this, backed away from him and ran to the door.

Scott grabbed her by the ankle while she was screaming in fear.

She tried holding on to the seats, but Scott overpowered her and dragged her; she was hit against the steel that was holding up the seats.

She was bleeding from her forehead and nose.

She kicked him away and ran to the door and fell on the stairs.

Scott pulled a seat out of its hinges and hurled it at the front of the bus.

Olivia tried to pry the door open through the gap with her fingers, tearing the skin off.

She desperately screamed, trying to open the door, but it wouldn’t budge.

Scott came from behind.

Just as Olivia managed to open the door, Scott pulled her back into the bus, the door closed, and her screams echoed through the bus.
