“Exactly.” Si Huaiyu smirked mischievously. “Not just that, you’d even have to serve as a nanny for his illegitimate child, playing the role of a housemaid catering to his entire family.”

Wen Ran shook her head inwardly. Vicious! So vicious!

The man raised his hand, gently brushing the back of it against the woman’s plump cheek, his words laced with temptation. “Don’t you want to get back at him?”Full novel: The Green Tea Female Lead Has Unleashed Her Powers, While the Scumbag Cries and Clings — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Si Huaiyu took the woman’s hand and guided it to his abdominal muscles. “If he can do it, so can you.”

He led Wen Ran’s hand to rub against his abdomen repeatedly. With such a handsome man in her embrace, who could resist?

Wen Ran pretended to be truly brainwashed by him, actively hooking her arms around the man’s neck and kissing his lips.

Seeing the woman take initiative, Si Huaiyu responded with an even more intense kiss. Wen Ran heard a ‘rip’ sound as her clothes were torn.

The man pushed her down onto the bed. Wen Ran looked up at him as Si Huaiyu had already removed all his upper garments.

He lifted his chin, hands resting on his belt buckle, and asked, “Is it exciting to commit the same misdeeds as Si Yan?”

Wen Ran was still catching her breath from the previous kiss, her eyes dazed as she didn’t respond.

Of course it was exciting! She would do exactly what Si Yan did, even memorizing the positions – she’d make him furious!

Noting the woman’s silence, Si Huaiyu deliberately lowered his head and nibbled on her lower lip, only satisfied when she let out a soft moan.

In the following moments, Si Huaiyu remained the dominant one…

……

By the time Wen Ran came downstairs, it was already noon. For some reason, there were few Si family members around today – usually someone would have come to call for her at this hour.

Si Huaiyu came down a few minutes later. As he passed Wen Ran, he glanced at the woman, considering whether to tell her about the phone call he just received.

Seeing Wen Ran avert her eyes elsewhere, unwilling to look at him, he said, “Si Yan’s mother took the household staff to the company. Something’s probably going to happen.”

“What?” Wen Ran’s tone turned excited. There’s such good drama happening? Shouldn’t they hurry to watch?

Si Huaiyu drove Wen Ran to the company. While waiting at a traffic light, the man’s right hand wandered restlessly, settling on the woman’s thigh.

Still immersed in the excitement of watching the drama unfold, Wen Ran didn’t notice at first. Seeing no reaction from the woman, the man grew bolder, even pinching her tender thigh flesh.

The woman finally noticed the unusual sensation and looked down to see Si Huaiyu’s large hands kneading her thigh.

The man’s hand slid to Wen Ran’s knee, palm making circular motions as he gently stroked. Wen Ran grabbed his hand and pushed it away.

The man wasn’t angered by being pushed away, his hand persistently trying to return. Seeing this, Wen Ran slapped his hand away, striking the back of his hand.

Si Huaiyu actually laughed aloud. He found this slightly temperamental version of Wen Ran quite adorable.

“Ding, Si Huaiyu’s Affection points +3.”

Wen Ran glanced sideways at the man, seeing him smiling with lips curved in a spring-heart-fluttering manner. Including the previous points and the current Affection points, Si Huaiyu already had 75 points – this progress was faster than she had imagined.

Upon arriving at the company, a man rushed over and urgently told Si Huaiyu, “President Si, there’s a fight inside.”

Wen Ran raised her eyebrows. That exaggerated?

Chen He quickly explained the situation inside. “Young President Si said something to Madam, and she got so angry she slapped him. Secretary Ruan saw it and started arguing with Madam, and somehow it turned physical.””Understood,” Si Huaiyu said. “Go handle other matters first.”

Wen Ran followed behind the man, walking so quickly she hardly dared imagine the scene of the female lead and the male lead’s mother fighting each other. She couldn’t wait to see it.

When Wen Ran arrived at Si Yan’s office, she happened to witness several servants brought by Si’s mother holding Ruan Tang down and pulling her hair, while Si’s mother sat nearby sipping tea.

Si Yan was trying to pull away the people grabbing Ruan Tang. Documents were scattered all over the office floor, creating a chaotic and rather ridiculous scene.

Sure enough, this was the standard behavior of a wealthy matriarch. There was no mutual brawling to be seen, but the mother-in-law tearing into the other woman was quite fierce.

By the time Si Yan managed to pull everyone apart, quite a bit of Ruan Tang’s hair had been pulled out, and her makeup was smeared from crying. “A-Yan… sob sob…”

She cried with such grievance, as if her dignity had been trampled underfoot. Ruan Tang said, “I’m going to call the police.”

Si Yan’s lips moved, but he didn’t respond. These servants were all from his family—how could he possibly call the police on his own mother?

Seeing Si Yan remain silent, Ruan Tang’s heart turned cold. She pushed him away and climbed up from the floor. When the man tried to help her, Ruan Tang refused. “Don’t touch me. I never want to see you again.”

Si Yan reached for her, but Ruan Tang stubbornly refused to let him touch her. During their struggle, she unexpectedly fell into Si Huaiyu’s arms.

Wen Ran watched as Ruan Tang managed to accurately throw herself into his arms despite the distance between them. This damn accuracy!

Si Huaiyu had initially intended to dodge, but his body uncontrollably ended up catching her.

When Ruan Tang realized it was Si Huaiyu who had caught her, she cried even harder. “President Si.”

Clutching the man’s arm tightly, she wept bitterly and pleaded, “Help me.”

Si Huaiyu said, “Stop crying first.” His high-end tailored suit was already getting wrinkled from her grip.

“No one can help you today,” Si’s mother declared. “You’re fired from Si Corporation. And you must return all the properties and money my son gave you, or face a lawsuit!”

Upon hearing this, Wen Ran almost couldn’t help but applaud. She silently gave Si’s mother a thumbs up—this was truly ruthless.

Si Yan frowned upon hearing this. He had never taken back gifts he’d given away, and the Si family certainly didn’t lack these things. “Mom…”

“Don’t you dare speak!” Si’s mother sharply cut him off, then glanced at Ruan Tang. “Didn’t Miss Ruan claim she wants nothing from my son Si Yan? Then return everything.”

Initially, she hadn’t intended to treat Ruan Tang this way, but the other party had been too ungrateful.

Si’s mother had called Si Yan numerous times the previous night. When she finally got through, a woman answered the phone. She couldn’t stand her son disobeying her and still being in contact with that woman.

Since he wouldn’t listen, she had to take matters into her own hands. Early the next morning, Si’s mother brought servants to the property Si Yan had bought for Ruan Tang.

She got straight to the point, asking Ruan Tang to name her price to cut off her relationship with Si Yan. But Ruan Tang claimed she didn’t want money and, no matter what Si’s mother said, refused to break up, insisting she would continue going to work at the company.

Si’s mother directly had HR issue a termination notice. In her agitation, Ruan Tang became reckless and stubbornly decided to confront Si’s mother head-on. She went to the company to find Si Yan, wanting him to prove their determination to be together.

But Si Yan hadn’t yet figured out how to handle the situation. When he defended Ruan Tang and argued back at his mother a couple times, an angry Si’s mother slapped him—though the force was actually quite light.Si’s mother’s forceful attitude in pressuring them to break up infuriated Ruan Tang so much that she actually reached out to push her.

The servants by Si’s mother’s side weren’t just for show either, and the two sides ended up in a physical altercation.

Being so looked down upon by Si Yan’s mother, and with both Si Huaiyu and Wen Ran present, Ruan Tang naturally didn’t want to be underestimated. She declared, “Don’t worry, I won’t take a single thing from your Si family!”

Even Wen Ran couldn’t help but glance at her again upon hearing this. The female lead really had backbone! From what she knew, aside from buying her properties, every piece of clothing and bag Ruan Tang wore was a luxury brand.

The bank records could trace the spending on these items, and with Ruan Tang’s monthly salary as a secretary, she couldn’t even afford one bag. How did she plan to repay it?

Ruan Tang remained nestled in Si Huaiyu’s embrace without moving. He said, “Secretary Ruan, let me take you out first.”

What was the point of clinging to him like this? What if she got hit again and it affected him?

As soon as Ruan Tang was taken out, Si Yan turned his anger toward Wen Ran. “Was it you who told my mother to go find Ruan Tang?”

Wen Ran was stunned. How utterly despicable! He was useless himself, yet he was blaming the woman?
