A week after lupingo streaming.
In a room deep in the hero association.
Let’s start today briefing.
"a new villain has risen, he called himself lupingo, his rise have brought chaos to the hero organization."
"gender is believe to be male, from is voice we determine he is still around the mid 30 or mid 20.
"we don’t know his current location, but given his recent operations, and the calculation of where he is mostly in. There is a higher chance that he is in Dublin.
"the information we have of the criminal lupingo so far is in the file folder on your table.
"Please take a look at the information written on it.
"On the information there is a page that tell the amount of people the villain have killed so far.
"in the information it is written that he was the one that killed the b class all seeing hero, and his most recent kill is the villain acid ghost.
"lupingo is known to dress in a aristocrat kind of white and black suit, no known weapon of lupingo is known, his powers are unknown.
"so far what we know of lupingo is his dressing style, whis unique white hair, and his kills. So far what we have seen from him we know that he is in between from his recent kills. The all seeing hero was killed and a A-class villain was killed.
"we are not really sure on which side of the law he is in because he dabble in both sides, but from the way he act we know he is somehow crazy, from the way injected poison in acid ghost in his recent operation.
"talking of the venom, we need to acquire that venom, it’s a priority of high important.
"we can’t allow a villain like lupingo to have a kind of poison that can penetrate almost all restrictions. That kind of poison needs to be safe and secure in the hand of the hero association. The villains can’t be trusted especially lupingo.
"we choose to put lupingo as an A-class villain, although he has a poison that can kill an S-class hero, but S class hero are not people that can be taken down just because you have a powerful weapon. Their opponent has to be strong and fast enough to use it to attack them. Even with all that there is still some things needed before a villain like lupingo can ever come close in defeating a S class.
"now that the matter of lupingo as been sorted out we will now move to other matters, and the first on the agenda is the launching of the new and improved bullet train.
"the cooperation in charge of the bullet train said that there would be a free launching by next week, where the people who are riding the bullet train will ride it with free access so they can give a review on the performance on the bullet train.
"some of the known features of the bullet train known to us are.
"The ability of the bullet train to be unable to be hacked.
"The easy and safe money payment.
"The indoor boundary that protect the passengers in case of accidents, it was said that if an accident happens the passengers won’t even notice that there is an accident unless they see it. This feature also prevent turbulence or shaking of the train.
"There is a gravity feature that glue the passengers to the ground in the case of riding in high elevation.
"And one of them that the train company boast about is the ability of the train not to have accident and they also boast about the security of the train. They said the train can never be hijacked once, that even if it is attack their security system is enough to deal with any threats below the A rank.
"they kept the details of this security system very close to themselves, even we the hero association are unable to find the details.
"the next agenda is the newbie hero ranking, new heroes has risen and I am happy to say the new heroes have bright futures, the amount of villains caught under the belt of some of the heroes are mind blowing.
"but out of the bright heroes, there are some who shine the brightest, heroes like Lightstorm, crimson dawn, the ender, starr eye and the rest.
"Next is about the villains, even with the death of most of the villains caught in our hands, the villains are still very much. We would think that the fear of villainy will stop people from going into the occupation, but no it is the other way around.
"the reason why villains work that path is still a mystery, but even with that we have to put a stop to this path. So as for now we would reduce the cruelty done to villain, let’s take a page from lupingo, we would try a villain reforming program. And it will be called how not to be a villain. We will teach them on what villains shouldn’t do, the repercussions of their actions if they choose the path of villainy, we would do it like a kind of military training.
"The government of Ireland has already approved of it and a land as also been allocated for this villain reform program. Those that went through this program and still didn’t change their way will be killed on sight.
"Although we are reducing our cruelty, that does not make us weak, we are given them a chance and it would be in their best interstate to take it.
"And if they choose to follow the wrong path, whatever they meet at that path, they should know that they are the cause of their undoing.
"That is the end of our today agendas, so the meeting is over.
After saying that thee president of the hero association of Ireland stood up and then work out with his troop of security guard, manager, assistant and any other person the president will need on the fly.
....
A week later.
"Meiri Ariyoo reporting live from the Dublin train station, the Aria bullet train, is set to start it’s journey, it is passing all over the whole Ireland, from Dublin to fungal to south Dublin, then moving all over the whole Ireland.
"two hours left before the train leave the station. We received a message that a singer has been invited to sing in the train for the grand opening. The teams behind the train are also on the train, we have no idea if the lead engineer is in the train.
"I and some other reporters are also set to board the train on it tour all over Ireland.
