I remember hearing the doorbell ring and Tony linking me that he would get the door. I know how he is about protecting Lamar and I so I don’t even bother to argue anymore. I know that he has our best interests at heart and he is the brother I have always wanted, but never had. I trust him with my life and Lamar’s life. Heck, he has been protecting my man almost all of their lives. I certainly have nothing to say about that. To me, that is true loyalty.
I am still wondering who was at the door when I heard noises coming from Tony’s room down the hall. Lamar and I exchange looks between us. We guess between us that whoever was at the door must have been his mate. I hear my friend finding pleasure in his bedroom and I watch my beautiful wife/mate. Yes, we went and got married yesterday before we bought this house. I always wanted to meet a woman and marry her. It was part of the plan. Perhaps the plan was not to marry at 18, but I know that Kamari is my mate in the supernatural world and that she is it for me.
