White looked up.

Her voice was not strong, yet very clear:

We will ask the IT team to narrow down the suspect as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, everyone can rest and order food or drinks.

We really need your cooperation to solve this case.”

Milio nodded at once, without the slightest hesitation:

“All right.

I want to find him too.

Drag him into court and see him receive the heaviest sentence.”

Mariana knocked lightly on the glass door of the reception room.

The dry sound cut through the heavy silence.

Knight, sitting nearest the door, stood up and opened it immediately.

“Investigation team, step outside for a moment.

“Let’s go.

I’ll take you two up to the computer room to extract the cameras around the University of Technology.”

Knight nodded lightly.

A half-smile flickered briefly.

“Lead the way, Miss.”

The four of them left Jay behind.

The elevator doors opened with a soft ding and swallowed them into the closed space.

As the elevator rose, White’s eyes never left her smartphone.

The pale blue light from the screen fell across her face cold and concentrated.
