The ruined gymnasium fell into a tense, calculative silence. Upon hearing Alice's strange report, the girls immediately came to a unanimous decision: it was time to find out exactly who Pink really was.
Maniac girl placed a gloved hand on her chin, her chaotic face contorting into what she probably thought was a profound detective expression. "She was pretty obsessed with you, Alice," Maniac girl pointed out, tapping her chin. "Does any other girl like that come to mind?"
Alice shook her head quickly, her golden frills swaying. "Unless those girls secretly wear boys' clothes, it's none of them."
The stoic samurai girl gave a slow, methodical nod. "No other girls here wear boys' clothes... I've seen some wear athletic clothes that can be seen as boys' clothes, but... that seems highly unlikely for a magical girl outfit."
Grey girl let out a massive, bored yawn. Sliding down, she lazily laid across one of the broken, splintered bleachers, staring up at the ceiling. "Maybe Pink's a guy?" she suggested casually.
Alice shook her head even harder, waving her hands in front of her. "There's no way she's a guy... I... know for a fact..."
Maniac girls eyes instantly lit up with a wicked, predatory gleam. A massive smirk stretched across the maniac girl's face. "So... you're also into women like Pink? How cute!"
Alice's face exploded into a vibrant, burning red. She choked on empty air, coughing as she stumbled over her words. "N-No! But I mean... I'm not exactly... not?"
Chaos gremlin burst out into loud, echoing cackles, thoroughly amused by the absolute chaos she had just injected into Alice's brain. The stoic samurai girl simply watched the breakdown, letting out a heavy sigh. "Love really is dangerous."
While the main trio was distracted by Alice's sudden identity crisis, Miss Marcy was subtly sneaking toward the exit. She was trembling from head to toe, her anxiety spiking wildly as she realized the squad was dangerously close to figuring out the truth. She knew Pink was actually Tony, and she had to find a way to help cover for him before they ruined his life.
Meanwhile, a few hallways away, Tony was locked securely inside a bathroom stall, hyperventilating in total secrecy. He had his head in his hands, desperately trying to figure out what his next move was, when a very familiar, unhinged voice echoed sharply inside his own mind.
"Hey!! What is your actual problem?!!" Pink's voice yelled, completely bursting with sassy indignation. "That was the perfect opportunity to confess, you absolute ditz!!!"
Tony gripped his hair, answering her out loud in a harsh, desperate whisper. "Oh my god... for once, can you just stop?!!!"
"Never!" Pink snapped back, her mental tone dripping with pure, dramatic attitude. "I won't ever forgive you for ruining this for us!!"
Exasperated, Tony leaned his head back against the cold bathroom tile and groaned. "Us?! You don't even exist!!?"
