The stellar ray pierced the sky, melting the clouds to create a gap that allowed the three suns to shine once again.

Han Zuen did not understand why such a thing had happened, but he was happy; the shadows that seemed to be everywhere were retreating.

She was furious, first because of Han Zuen’s strange animal, and additionally because her environmental advantage had vanished.

However, she kept her cool, gripped her katana, and her shadow slithered and coiled around it, ready to strike and kill Han Zuen once more.

On the other arena, Zhua advanced toward Quariea, who had gotten back up with great difficulty.

Quariea raised her head while clutching her wound and said in a hoarse voice, ‘You better hope you didn’t aim for a vital spot, you asshole.’

Zhua said without hesitation, ‘Yes, do you really think I would risk your father’s wrath by killing you?

I care about my life after all.’

The expression on Quariea’s face became even more furious, and she said, ‘Bastard, son of a bitch, that’s not the kind of fight I want! New chapters come out on novelping.com first.

I want death, blood, and all that jazz, fight me with everything you’ve got!’

Zhua tilted his head and said, ‘No thanks, I’m just going to knock you out and win.’

Taking up his guard again, Zhua rushed forward, summoning his three mini stars behind him, then condensed them to create a single star and made it disappear.

The reason why he could do this despite not mastering his Will was simple yet complex to apply: his stars could be considered a part of him since they were created from his mental strength, making it easier to apply his Will to them and use the Will originating from his Dao to <devour> their presence even for a few seconds.

That was enough to fool Quariea.

Quariea still looked furious and charged at him out of control and in a rage, her murderous intent enormous.

Zhua rushed toward her in return, but Quariea could never reach her target.

In the sky, the volatile beings stopped moving; in the waters, the marine creatures froze; the clouds stopped as well, the wind froze, and the world lost its colors ,all living beings froze. Find the original chapter at g.com.

Everyone in the academy froze except one person: Zhua.

It wasn’t as if time had stopped, no, it was different; rather, the very concept of movement was <devoured>, along with color.

Zhua froze, shocked, surprised, and astonished, then witnessed another strange phenomenon: before him, a portal as black as the abyss opened, as if tearing the fabric of reality to exist, and a being stepped out of it.

He looked like a man, at least judging by his perfect and lean musculature, a slender and feline build, wearing a slightly tattered ivory coat with his hood pulled over his head, and a polished white wooden mask depicting the face of a dragon, featuring four demonic horns and sharp, jagged demonic teeth hiding his face.

Beneath his coat, he wore an obsidian black and amethyst purple armor that looked ethereal, obscure, and fluid, holding a blade resembling a jian in his right hand, colored black and surrounded by an evil divine energy.

He completely emerged from the portal.

Zhua looked at him with confusion and said in a voice trying to contain his panic,

‘Who are you?’

The masked man did not answer right away, then spoke, his voice sounding like a thousand glasses breaking continuously

“The one who travels across every world, the monster who fell into the deepest depths of the abyss, the dark hunter, and your death.”
