Since I was so far behind in classes, it took several weeks of intense tutoring from Yaoyorozu for me to catch up, and finally, I was able to join Ayaka in 1-A. They put a desk in the space in front of the class for me, since there was an odd number of chairs. Ayaka, instead of getting into a random girl’s notebook in her underwear, got inside my notebook fully clothed. She asked me, “Can you draw me a chair? Something soft if you can.” I think of those bean bag chairs I saw on the street screens, and I do my best to draw one. Ayaka sits down in it and sinks in and says contentedly, “Awwww. That is perfect. Thanks, Sekai.” Mineta furrows his brow and says, “How am I going to get spank bank material from this garbage. SHOW MORE SKIN.” Tsu grabs Mineta with her tongue and throws him indelicately in his chair. I say, “T-thanks, Tsu.” She nods and smiles, “Us girls gotta stick together.” I nod. I can get on board with that.
Mr. Aizawa makes his entrance and says, “Today, we are going to be doing hero work. You -” Everyone in the class erupts in excitement and cheering, and I groan as Mr. Aizawa says loudly, “Shut it!” The class quiets down, and Mr. Aizawa continues with a vein popping on his forehead, “Get your PE clothes on. We are going to do rescue training at the USJ.” We all immediately go to the locker rooms to get changed. I am a little hesitant to take my clothes off since I know I am so skinny. I have gained some weight over the past few weeks, but you can still see my bones. Ayaka whispers, “It is ok. You are in a safe space.” I sigh and shakily start removing my clothes, and I feel eyes on me as I change. However, nobody says anything… Thankfully. I get my PE clothes on, and I feel self-conscious because I look like a walking skeleton wearing these clothes. Ayaka gets my purple hoodie and puts it on over my uniform and asks, “Is that better?” I nod while clutching the hoodie.
We ride the bus to this USJ place, and we are greeted by the rescue hero Thirteen, “Greetings, students. Today, you will be using this facility to train in a variety of rescue scenarios. As you see behind me are different disaster are-” Some weird black and purple smoky stuff appears in the middle of the USJ building, and Kirishima asks, “Is the training starting?! Let’s go!” Mr. Aizawa holds his arm out to the side and raises his goggles, “Don’t move. This is real. Those are real villains.” The whole class trembles in terror, as do I, being quirkless in this situation, and I hold onto Ayaka’s arm tight as we watch a lot of villains emerge from the black and purple smoky stuff. Kirishima asks, “How did they get in? Isn’t this facility supposed to be secure or something?” Yaoyorozu asks the rescue hero, “Thirteen, why aren’t the alarms going off?” Thirteen says, “That is a great question.”
Todoroki examines the situation and says, “I wonder if they are attacking the rest of UA as well, or if they are only attacking us? Regardless, the alarms aren’t going off, so one of them must have a quirk preventing them from being discovered. They must have chosen this facility because it was so isolated. They may be fools for trespassing here, but it seems they were still prepared in some capacity. They must have come with some sort of objective in mind. What could it be?” Mr. Aizawa says while moving towards the stairs, “Thirteen, get them out of here, now. Alert the main campus, too. If they have the ability to block our sensors, then they are probably blocking regular communications as well.” He turns to Kaminari, “Hey, Kaminari, try using your quirk to contact the school.” Kaminari says, “Yes, Mr. Aizawa.”
The nerd says with a terrified look on his face, “What are you going to do? You can’t possibly fight them on your own, Mr. Aizawa! There are too many of them, and you can’t nullify all of their quirks. Even if you could, your fighting style isn’t suitable for this situation, sir. You do best in one-on-one fights and stealth, and won’t work in a group.” Mr. Aizawa says, looking back to Midoriya, “You can’t become a pro if you only have one trick.” Midoriya gasps, and Mr. Aizawa says, “I leave them to you, Thirteen.”
Mr. Aizawa jumps all the way down the stairs, bypassing them all. Some villains come, and Mr. Aizawa erases their quirks and flings them with his scarf and slams them all together. They are too far away to hear their words as they fight, since we are at the top of the stairs in this very large facility. He is fighting them so hard all on his own to protect us students. I can’t help but clutch Ayaka hard, terrified for our teacher who I have grown to like a bit, and our situation. I know what villains are capable of. Thirteen yells, “Stop standing around and follow me!” We nod and start running towards the exit, and I hold Ayaka’s hand as we run. Black and purple smoke cut off our escape, and a dude with an obvious teleport quirk appeared in front of us. He says, “You won’t be escaping today.”
I shiver in fear, terrified. Ayaka is also shaking in fear. The smoky dude says, “Pleasure to meet you all. Our organization is called the League of Villains. I am aware that our actions are impolite, but we had to invite ourselves in this school of justice to greet you. Also, isn’t this the perfect place for the Symbol of Peace to take his last breath?” The nerd gasps, and the smoky dude continues, “He was supposed to be here today, yet there is no Symbol to be seen. There must have been some sort of change of plans that were unforeseeable.”
Our resident spiky heads rush the smoky dude, yelling. Kirishima says after they strike and land, “Did you think we were just going to let you do what you want?” The smoky dude says, “Your abilities live up to the name of your institution. However, you should be more careful, otherwise, someone will get hurt.” Thirteen yells while opening her finger tip on her costume and pointing to the smoky dude, “You two, move right now!” The smoky guy says, “I’ll scatter you so you all can meet your demise by my comrades' hands!” We all get enveloped in the black and purple smoke, and I hold onto Ayaka tight, unsure what is going to happen next.
When we opened our eyes, we were in the fire zone, and I only had Ayaka next to me. Knowing I will overheat otherwise, I remove my hoodie and tie it around my waist. I hear a smash sort of close by. Ayaka says, “That noise might have been a classmate. Let’s check it out.” I nod, and we run hand-in-hand to the noise, and Ojiro is fighting some villains here. He is about to get hit by an attack from a villain, and Ayaka kisses me and we jump into 2D and rush to him, and she pulls him in as well, and we run to a safe spot where we return to 3D. Ojiro says, “Thanks for that. They caught me by surprise, but with you two here, this should be a cinch. I will protect you no matter what.” This is my first time having a hero besides Ayaka, and it feels nice to know someone is trying to protect me. I must do my best not to be a burden. I have absolutely no training in being a sidekick since today is my first day, but I have to be strong for Ayaka if we are going to survive this.
I hold her hand more firmly now, and she nods to show me that she has also steeled herself, while still showing some fear on her face, while gritting her teeth. Ojiro starts fighting villains with his tail. He is using his tail to fly through the air over the villains, and he spins to knock them out with his tail. The villains he didn’t knock out are chasing us while we run as Ojiro flings himself through the air with his tail. Judging by his evasive maneuvers, he is focusing on escaping while also keeping an eye out for classmates whom we haven’t seen yet. Ayaka occasionally takes us into 2D to evade the enemies, and after a few minutes of that, they lose us, and Ojiro says, “Let’s try to help our classmates. Some are not suited for combat like others and may be in trouble.” We nod, and we continue to run out of the fire zone.
We look left to see that Midoriya, Tsu, and Mineta were able to take care of their enemies in the shipwreck zone. My attention gets pulled to Mr. Aizawa, who is being beaten by that big bird thing with the exposed brain. His bones are being broken like they are as thin as wooden chopsticks. All three of us freeze in terror seeing this, extremely worried for our teacher. The guy with the dead hands holding him all over, who brought the bird guy, rushes to Tsu to hurt her. I don’t know his quirk, but judging by Midoriya’s face right now, it can’t be good. Ayaka kisses me, and we go into 2D and we rush over there. He gets right in front of her face, and he turns to Mr. Aizawa, “Eraser Head, how can you be so cool? You are a bloodied mess and still are able to put up a fight?” The nerd jumps out and punches the guy with a powerful punch I never knew he had in him, but the birdbrain takes the blow at the last second. We stealthily run on the ground in 2D and grab Tsu and Mineta and rush away in the commotion.
As we run, I whisper to Mineta, who is in my arms, “You do anything perverted, you die.” Mineta gulps and nods while we run. We get kind of close to the flat area in front of the main stairs before Ayaka is forced to bring everyone out in 3D. The nerd is being lifted by the birdbrain, and the hands guy is reaching for him now when the door to the entrance flies inward, coming off the hinges with a powerful strike. Everyone stops and looks toward the noise, and we see All Might, and he steps out and says, “Don’t fear, students. I AM HERE!” Instead of his usual smile, he is grimacing at the scene. Tsu uses this time while everyone is distracted to use her long tongue to attempt to rescue Midoriya from the terrifying birdbrain who is looking at All Might, but its grip is too tight. Mineta cries, “WE’RE SAVED!!!!!” All Might rips off his tie, pissed off at the villains.
That birdbrain took that powerful punch, which kind of reminds me of All Might’s power a little bit, with how the air around the punch made everything go crazy. It kind of makes me think if that nerd might be his lovechild or something. All Might quickly knocks out a dozen villains and rescues Mr. Aizawa and the nerd. He quickly brings them to us and tells us, “Go back to the entrance and take Aizawa with you, students. He doesn’t have much time in his condition.” Mr. Aizawa is covered in blood and has a shattered elbow, and he looks to be in really rough shape. Mineta says, “We will do our best!” Tsu says, “Ribbit.” The nerd says, looking worriedly at All Might, “All Might, you saved us.” The hands guy who is obviously unstable is losing his mind, “No, no, no, no, no. This is all wrong. This wasn’t supposed to happen. Father, he is still fast, and he managed to hit me.”
The crazy hands guy sighs, “Obviously, a pro hero relies on violence, and I was not prepared. He is so fast that I can’t even see him as he moves. Though he isn’t as fast as he used to be. I guess it really is true that he is getting weaker.” The nerd gasps and picks up Mr. Aizawa and says, “All Might, it took On- I mean it took a full-powered smash and it didn’t do anything.” All Might turns and gives the nerd a peace sign, “Don’t worry. I got this, young Midoriya.” While shooting that smile of his. The nerd grimaces, and we start making our way to the entrance.
All Might immediately starts fighting the birdbrain again after that and crosses his arms, “CAROLINA SMASH!!!!!” Then he slices the birdbrain who doesn’t seem fazed by his attack. He tries to grab All Might, who dodges backwards. Just like the nerd, Ayaka, Tsu, and I can’t help but look back to check on All Might because our hope rests on his shoulders as we continue to make our way to the entrance. He is the number one hero, so everything should be fine. That nerd seems to know something that we don’t, though, and since he is All Might’s biggest fan, I can’t help but feel anxious seeing that nerd’s expression. All Might is hitting that thing over and over, and it doesn’t seem to faze it. All Might suplexes the birdbrain, and the perv says, “Did you see that?! All Might’s on a completely ‘nother level than us!” Ayaka says, "That was pretty cool!" Tsu says, “Yet he still can’t teach us without looking at his notes.”
The perv yells, “Punch him in the balls, All Might!” Tsu says, “Maybe we were worried for nothing since All Might is basically unstoppable.” Everyone is cheering him on, and All Might is punching him like he is a punching bag, and grabs him for another suplex. This one is different, and the smoky warp guy made a warp gate on the ground, and the birdbrain grabbed All Might on his sides, completely unfazed, through another warp gate directly beside it. The nerd asks, “Hey, you guys, can you carry Mr. Aizawa for me?” Tsu says, “Ribbit? What are you going to do, Midoriya?” Ayaka grabs Mr. Aizawa while Tsu helps her hold him with her tongue. I grab Mr. Aizawa’s feet since they would drag otherwise, and he is too hurt for that. That nerd doesn’t say anything and just runs towards All Might like a fucking idiot.
The perv yells at him, “Did you lose your mind, Midoriya?!” Ayaka yells, "No, Midoriya come back!" I hear the nerd yell, “I’M COMING, ALL MIGHT!” The nerd runs and jumps to the smoky warp guy, but that spiky bastard jumps over him and blasts smoky. I can hear him from here since he is so damn loud, “GET OUTTA MY WAY, YOU DAMN NERD!” The spiky bastard grabs the armor from the smoke guy and slams him into the ground while two-toned uses his ice to freeze the birdbrain in place in both warp points since the birdbrain is split in two. We continue walking while looking back to watch, and All Might frees himself from the birdbrain thanks to Two-tone’s help. Kirishima tried to hit the crazy hands guy, but he dodged. Mr. Aizawa groans, and Tsu says, “They will be able to handle it. We need to hurry.” We rush to the entrance as fast as we can while carrying Mr. Aizawa carefully. I start to really struggle and the perv gets next to me and holds Mr. Aizawa's other leg to help.
We hear Uraraka, “Hey, we are up here!” The perv yells, “Can you help? He is bleeding all over the place, and we are having difficulties carrying him!” Sato and Uraraka rush to us, and Uraraka uses her quirk to make Mr. Aizawa weightless while Sato takes him from our grasp. We are all relieved because even after working together, he was still heavy. I am not strong at all, so I was struggling to hold his feet with everything I had. Normally, I don't think I would have been strong enough to hold him, but I think the adrenaline of the situation boosted my strength. We continue up the stairs, and I see Thirteen with her back all ripped open and on the ground. She says while unable to move, “Don’t worry, All Might will handle things until the other pros arrive.”
I glance back down at the fight and see the birdbrain stand up and lose an arm and a leg from Todoroki’s ice, but I go pale seeing it regenerate in an instant. The others are also terrified. I ask, “Just how many quirks does that birdbrain have?” The birdbrain rushes to that spiky bastard, and everything happened so fast we couldn’t tell what happened. Did that bastard get hit? I mean, I hate the spiky bastard, but I don’t exactly want to see him die either. Just suffer a bit, that's all. The point of impact and also where they collided are covered in smoke, so we can’t see anything. When the smoke subsides, I see that spiky bastard next to the nerd. Wait, so then who was hit? The smoke clears in the other area as well to reveal All Might in a defensive position, covered in wounds, plus that big one on his stomach from the birdbrain. It seems they are talking a bit, but we can’t hear them.
Sato hands Mr. Aizawa to Shoji while he helps Sero carry Thirteen outside of the USJ. The perv, Tsu, Uraraka, and Ashido are also here with us, and we hear a loud crash and see a black blob fly past us in the sky. Sero asks, “Was that a villain, or am I going crazy?” Sato says, “It was the brainy guy.” Shoji says, “The power…” Ayaka says while gasping in awe, "Insane." The perv says while excitedly crying, “That’s the number one hero for you! He is so amazing!” Tsu says, “Ribbit.” It is now that we see the pros coming to save the day, and Ida is with them. Ida says, “I have brought reinforcements!” Some of the medical robots had gurneys that took both Thirteen and Mr. Aizawa away. We all sigh in relief, and I ask, “Is the hero course always this crazy?” Tsu responds, “Actually, this is the first time something like this happened.” I sigh, “Guess it was my lucky start day, huh? Like, what are the chances, seriously?”
Today was terrifying. I have seen what the pro heroes fight against, and I have seen what Ayaka will have to face when she becomes a pro. Those villains were way stronger than the ones that I have experience with. Those guys were just thugs in comparison. When the school notified the parents, they came storming to the school to pick us up to take us home after they verified we were uninjured. Mr. and Mrs. Kubo hugged us, and we held onto them tightly. They were crying and said, “Thank goodness, you both are unharmed. I don’t know what I would do if something happened to either of you.” We start crying, too, and Mr. Kubo says, “You must have been really scared.” I just nod, and then they break away from the hug and wipe their tears, and Mr. Kubo says, “Let’s go home. We will get some food for you both, and you guys can try to relax.” With that, we went inside their car and drove home.
After a quiet dinner, Ayaka and I went to her room, and I said while sitting on her bed, “Hey, can I tell you something important?” Ayaka sits on the bed beside me, and she says, “Yeah, what’s up?” I sigh and then say, “I want to tell you the truth about what happened the day we met, but first, that requires me to tell you the story of the day my mother died.” She looks at me worriedly and holds my hand supportively. I then take a shaky breath and say with a breaking voice, “I was 4 years old and villains invaded our home. They followed us home because my mother had a quirk that made her run hot, so she often had little clothing on. Well, they took it as an invitation to break into our house to attack us. One of the villains had a paralyzing ability and paralyzed both me and my mother.”
I stop talking briefly as tears start running from my eyes, choking me up. I say, “The other villain raped my mother in front of me, while the guy who paralyzed us molested me. My mother used her quirk to severely burn the other guy’s penis, and then the guy who molested me stopped and bit her neck. My mother slapped him hard with her quirk, leaving a handprint scar on his face as he injected my mother with venom. The heroes arrived on the scene by that point and arrested them. Fast forward to that day we met. I was eating a half-eaten sandwich from the trash when I saw the man who had touched me and killed my mom was walking the streets like everything was normal and no care in the world.”
Ayaka rubs my back gently as I continue, “I felt devastated. I felt like there was no justice in the world. I felt like I truly had nothing at that moment. It was then that I decided I wanted to kill myself.” Ayaka gasps softly while continuing to listen, “I searched for a tall building, and I stumbled upon the one next to the alley where I found you. I passed you once, thinking, ‘What can a quirkless dropout like me do to help?’, and continued to the building to open the door. What stopped me from opening that door was your words you spoke to them that day. They echoed in my mind as I stood there frozen for a moment… When I jumped in to help you, I was planning on dying there so you could escape. I wasn’t being a hero at all.” Tears fall from my eyes as I say the words that I was scared to tell her. Afraid she wouldn't treat me the same since I wasn't a hero.
Ayaka hugs me, and she says, “Regardless of whether you were trying to be my hero or not. YOU ARE MY HERO. You stirred something within me that I never felt before. Without you, they probably would have killed me after they tortured me. Let’s not forget that you are the reason that I am still enrolled in UA’s hero course, and without you, the incident at the USJ would have gone differently. Who knows what would have happened?” She pulls back from our hug, and she wipes my pink bangs from my eyes so she can gaze into them with her warm, teary-eyed expression and wipes my tears away. She says, “I love you, Sekai.” I responded back without hesitation, “I love you, too.” I feel like if it were before today, I would have been in my head after she said that. It felt like I needed to say those words as if it were urgent since we were reminded of our mortality today.
She looks at my lips and comes closer, and I lean into her as we kiss. This kiss is different from before. She starts to remove her clothes, and she grabs my hand and places it on her naked breast. I’M TOUCHING HER. I’M TOUCHING HER. I’M TOUCHING HER. I moan while I kiss her, and I take my other hand and grab her other breast. After a moment of kissing her like this, I release her breasts momentarily so I can remove my clothes. I then grab her hand and place it on my breasts just as she did for me, and continue to kiss while holding each other and moaning in each other’s mouths. When we realized that we were making noise, Ayaka got really flustered and went 2D, taking me with her. She took me underneath the pillow so it would muffle our moans. She asks me while dragging her hand down my stomach, “Is it alright if I touch you more?”
I respond while breathing heavily from both arousal and just catching my breath after making out so intensely, “Yes.” She continues dragging her hand down my stomach, and she arrives between my legs and starts touching me down there. I moan to her touch, and I touch her as well, so she can feel what I am feeling. I feel something building inside of me, and I say worriedly, “I feel something building up inside of me. I'm scared.” Ayaka says in between moans, “That's normal. Just relax, and let yourself feel.” I feel calmer after her words, so I take her advice and relax as I continue to moan in pleasure. Suddenly, I'm flooded with pleasure that is so powerful and out of this world. Light starts pouring out of me as Ayaka and I are terrified when we open our eyes again.
