Rain poured over the streets of the city.
Under the dim streetlights, a young man walked along the sidewalk with his hands in his pockets.
His name was Noah.
He was twenty-one years old, an ordinary young man living an ordinary life on Earth. At least, that was what he had believed until tonight.
He glanced at his phone.
"Already this late?"
He put it away and continued walking.
The street was relatively quiet. A few cars passed by, their headlights reflecting against the wet road.
Noah was thinking about what he would do once he reached home when he heard a sudden, deafening horn.
BEEEEEP!
He turned his head.
A truck was speeding toward him.
His eyes widened.
"What the—"
There was no time to move.
CRASH!
The world went dark.
...
Noah opened his eyes.
Or at least, he thought he did.
There was no hospital ceiling, no familiar street, and no sound of rain.
Instead, he found himself surrounded by enormous trees.
The branches stretched so high that their tops were almost impossible to see. Strange plants covered the ground, while unfamiliar birds called from somewhere in the distance.
Noah slowly sat up.
"...Where am I?"
He looked around.
The last thing he remembered was being hit by a truck. Yet somehow, he was alive.
He checked his body.
No broken bones. No injuries. No pain.
Even his clothes were different.
He was wearing a simple black outfit that seemed strangely well-fitted.
"Did I survive?"
He stood up and looked around.
The forest was enormous. Some trees were so wide that several people would have been needed to surround their trunks.
Noah walked toward a nearby stream.
The water was clear enough to reflect his face.
He stopped.
"..."
The young man staring back at him was undeniably handsome.
His face was almost flawless, his features sharp yet naturally attractive. His long black hair carried subtle silver strands, and his golden eyes possessed narrow vertical pupils.
But those weren't the strangest features.
Two magnificent black-and-golden horns curved backward from his head.
Noah slowly raised a hand and touched one.
"...These are real?"
He examined his reflection from different angles.
The horns were definitely attached to his head.
His eyes were also different.
They weren't ordinary human eyes.
"Okay. That's new."
Before he could investigate further, a golden light appeared before him.
A translucent golden screen unfolded in the air.

Noah stared at the interface.
"...A system?"
More golden text appeared.
[Host: Noah]
[Race: Primordial Origin Dragon]
[Status: Reincarnated]
[World: Aetherion]
[Bloodline: Absolute Primordial]
Noah read the information several times.
"Primordial Origin Dragon?"
He had expected many possibilities after waking up in an unfamiliar forest.
Being reincarnated into another world was already unbelievable.
But becoming a dragon?
That was something else entirely.
The system displayed another notification.

Noah looked at the screen.
"So I'm in another world, I've become a dragon, and I have a system."
He rubbed his forehead.
"Well... that's quite a change."
A final notification appeared.

[Would the Host like to claim the Starter Package?]
Noah smiled.
"Of course."
