Negotiating with Cocolia, asking her to stop her plan to artificially trigger a Great Honkai Eruption and create the Herrscher of Thunder—what was the difference between that and asking a tiger for its hide?

I bet Cocolia installed a control chip in your brain.

Oh wait, you already have a chip in your brain.Full novel: The Vibe of This Chat Group is a bit Different — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Never mind then.

“Bronya, are you in your right minds?” Kiana already felt like channeling her inner Yamanaka Inoichi and landing a punch right on Bronya’s head.

This wasn’t about personal grudges; she just genuinely thought Bronya was being an idiot.

If Kiana’s desire to beat up Bronya earlier was about using her as a punching bag and asserting her dominance as the boss of the main trio, then her desire to beat up Cocolia was purely personal.

Nagazora City was a metropolis with a population of nearly ten million, yet Cocolia, for her foolish plan, intended to unleash a Great Honkai Eruption in this densely populated city.

A Great Honkai Eruption was the strongest AoE divine skill in this world, with an effect akin to the descent of Supreme King Z-ARC in Yu-Gi-Oh!—nuking the entire field in an instant.

When the Great Honkai Eruption hit, unless you had Honkai Energy resistance, you were dead.

For someone who treated human lives like grass, even having her sister descend from the heavens and kick her to death like a stray dog on the street would be getting off easy.

Of course, a decision like this couldn’t be made by Kiana alone.

So, Chiaki turned to ask the victim’s opinion.

“Mei, what are your thoughts on this?”

“Ah, me?” Raiden Mei, who was suddenly put on the spot, was completely bewildered.

Do I get a say in this?

“Do you agree with Bronya’s plan to persuade Cocolia, or do you disagree?” Chiaki asked.

“Who’s Cocolia?” Raiden Mei was even more confused.

“The mastermind who put your father in prison and made your life so miserable.”

“I’ll go with what everyone else thinks,” Raiden Mei said with a smile.

This seemingly neutral answer, which said everything and nothing, had actually already stated Raiden Mei’s position.

It was like if Guo Jingming stepped into the Octagon, only to see that his opponent was Mike Tyson.

Just when he thought he was done for, Tyson announced he was just the commentator, and Guo Jingming’s real opponent was Ultraman Taro.

Then the referee turns to you and asks if you have any objections to the fight card.

When Raiden Mei said she’d listen to everyone’s opinion, she had already defaulted to letting Ultraman Taro begin the slaughter.

Bronya, you are the challenger!

“A captive has no right to make demands,” Talulah said, quietly dumping her portion of the “food.”

Bronya fell silent.

“Calm down, Bronya.

We have no intention of letting the tiger back into the mountains, and you have no power to choose.” Chiaki “comforted” Bronya.

People often struggle painfully when faced with multiple-choice questions, unsure of how to choose the lesser of two evils.

To spare Bronya this suffering, Chiaki kindly helped her by eliminating the extraneous options, leaving her with only one choice—help, or die.

Instantly, Bronya breathed a sigh of relief.

Oh, thank goodness.

I never had a choice from the beginning.

In that case, there’s no need to suffer.

I’ll just follow their arrangements and use Project Bunny on Mother Cocolia.

“How do I write the report?”

“Just send this.” Chiaki handed Bronya a pre-written report.

Taking it, the silver-haired girl with the spiral pigtails couldn’t hold back her bewilderment.

The report listed Cocolia’s numerous crimes in sprawling detail, such as: attempting to trigger the Third Honkai Eruption in Nagazora City; colluding with a mole inside Schicksal to steal the Gem of Serenity; causing thousands of sows in Nagazora City to become pregnant out of thin air; murdering Kallen Kaslana; ambushing Kevin and sinking him into the Quantum Sea; dispatching the Herrscher of the End to destroy the Previous Era; and secretly replacing Fu Hua’s milk with protein powder, causing Fu Hua to forever be a “Shenzhou Flatboard”…

You couldn’t say she was just a great villain; she was basically the Mixiang Mountain and the Far-East Emperor Sun Xiaochuan of the Honkai world.

Bronya didn’t even know Cocolia was capable of so many evil deeds.

She hesitated and asked, “Should I send it without changing a word?”

“Without changing a word.”

“Okay, then.”

The report was sent.

All that was left was to wait for the Super Doodoo to descend from the heavens and pin Cocolia to the wall with a single lance thrust.

The Nagazora City crisis was thus resolved.

Hooray…

not!

Seeing everyone preparing to go to bed, Kiana reminded them, “Children, did you forget?

Raiden Mei and I both have split personalities!

Just dealing with Cocolia is only treating the symptoms, not the root cause!”

“Huh?

I have a split personality?” Raiden Mei looked completely clueless.

Talulah comforted Kiana.

“Calm down, Kiana.

We can only deal with the enemies we can see.

We can’t enter your consciousness to help you deal with the Herrscher of the Void.

I’ve got a Koschei in my own head.”

“Are you all just going to leave me to deal with the Herrscher of the Void by myself?” Kiana looked at Chiaki.

“O invincible Chiaki, use your invincible Izanagi-no-Okami and think of something!

If all else fails, just give me some kind of power-up.

I’ll take anything.”

“I can’t.”

“Why not?”

“This isn’t my world.

Do you think you can just dive into a TV and enter the TV World to face your other self?” Chiaki said.

If Kiana were in his world, he might have been able to take her into the TV World to try and face the Herrscher of the Void, accept her other side, and master its power.

But this was the Honkai world.

Where would they find a TV World?

“What kind of world do you come from, anyway, with a TV World and all?

I’ve lived this long and this is the first time I’ve ever heard that you can enter another world by diving into a TV.” Kiana stood in front of the living room TV, staring at the 50-inch large LCD screen, thinking it was completely absurd.

She reached out a hand.

Suddenly, the screen of the TV in front of her began to ripple strangely, swallowing her outstretched right hand.

“?!?!”

“AAAAAAAH!” Kiana screamed, pointing a trembling finger at the screen.

“Calm down,” Chiaki said seriously.

“Didn’t you see that?!

Didn’t you see it?!

This TV is eating my hand!

The TV World you talked about really exists!”

“I told you to calm down.

I saw it.” Chiaki was completely baffled by the scene before him.

“Why?

There’s no Izanami here, so why is there a TV World?

The boundary between reality and cognition shouldn’t be this thin.

And you don’t even have a Persona, so why can you open the entrance so easily?”

Kiana’s face was pale.

She could feel many hands pulling at her.

“Who cares why?!

I’m being pulled in!

Something in there is pulling me!” she cried for help.

Chiaki: “?”

The thing inside can pull people in?

Just as Chiaki was about to step in and help, a large, pure white hand suddenly extended from the TV like a ghost and mercilessly dragged Kiana inside.
