In an Abandoned Realm somewhere on the Xianzhou Luofu, a figure plummeted from the sky and slammed straight into a grassy field.

Strangely, the grass beneath his feet wasn’t dented in the slightest.

The figure himself remained standing with both legs perfectly straight, as though he hadn’t suffered any impact at all.Full novel: This Minecraft Feels a Bit Like Honkai: Star Rail — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“Fuck me!

No one told me playing a game could send you to another world!”

Fu Mo raised one leg and shook it gloomily.

Ten seconds ago, he’d opened Minecraft on his computer for the first time in ages, intending to kill some time.

Yet the moment he clicked Create World, his computer vanished, and he suddenly found himself in midair, plummeting toward the ground.

Fortunately, he hadn’t fallen from too high up.

The health bar that had appeared at the bottom of his vision after he created the world still had half a heart left.

“But have I really been transported to another world?”

Fu Mo still clung to a sliver of hope.

Maybe he’d simply poisoned himself by eating too much Black-Back Perch Stew?

If he really had been transported, then give him a System!

[MC System activated.

Beginner BUFF activated.]

[May the player defeat the Ender Dragon and successfully complete the game!]

“Come on, man.

I was just thinking it—there really is one?”

Fu Mo was astonished, but he reacted quickly.

He tentatively thought, ‘Open inventory,’ and a slightly translucent projection appeared before his eyes.

It was Steve’s inventory interface!

At the same time, another System notification popped up.

[Achievement Unlocked: Open the Inventory!]

[Achievement Points obtained: 10]

[Note: Achievement Points can be used to purchase any MOD from the Mod Shop.

Some MOD content can also provide Achievement Points.]

“You can even install MODs?”

Fu Mo was a little surprised, but he put the matter of MODs aside for now and looked at the Buff section in the upper-right corner of his inventory.

Two unfamiliar Buffs had appeared there.

[Minecraft: Any region you enter will be considered part of your world and governed by all Minecraft Rules.

Minecraft Rules take precedence over all existing rules.

(Duration: Infinite; cannot be removed)]

[Strength of Steve: Your arm strength is determined by the combined mass of every item in your inventory.

(Does not apply to Minecraft mobs)]

Since he really had been transported and had become Steve—and the Buff said his world was governed by all Minecraft Rules—what about commands?

Fu Mo had intended to recite a command directly, but the moment the thought crossed his mind, Minecraft’s command chat box appeared in his vision.

That made things much more convenient.

[/gamemod 1]

[Insufficient permissions.

Unable to switch to Creative Mode.

Automatically switched to Survival Mode.]

Unwilling to give up, Fu Mo entered another important command.

[/gamerule keepInventory true]

[Keep Inventory enabled.]

“It actually worked…

It won’t let me activate Creative Mode, but it lets me keep my inventory after death…

How were these permissions set up…?”

Fu Mo couldn’t make sense of it, so he decided to test every command he’d used before.

That way, he wouldn’t have to try them in a hurry if he ran into trouble later.

After testing them all, Fu Mo discovered that only the commands for keeping his inventory after death and switching to Survival Mode worked normally.

Every other command returned an insufficient permissions message.

“How strange.

Does this count as having cheats enabled or not?”

Fu Mo couldn’t figure it out and didn’t want to dwell on it.

His most important task was to survive, then determine what kind of world he’d landed in—cultivation, sci-fi, or fantasy?

Whether he wanted to remain in this world or find a way back to his original one, survival came first.

Only by staying alive could he pursue any other goals.

Fu Mo surveyed his surroundings.

Although this was an unfamiliar world, the area was filled with lush trees, so at least he didn’t need to worry about early survival resources.

It was also the perfect opportunity to test whether he’d obtained all of Steve’s physical abilities.

Fu Mo walked up to a tree and lightly tapped its trunk with his fist.

Cracks immediately appeared across its surface.

Even more astonishingly, the cracks were evenly confined to a one-by-one-by-one area, exactly like when a block was being broken in Minecraft.

Fu Mo was finally reassured.

With Steve’s physique and the Buffs granted by the System, he was confident he could live a stable life even in a cultivation world, despite not having installed any mods.

Fu Mo punched that section of the trunk several more times.

A dull sound suddenly came from the wood, and the section he’d struck abruptly shattered, shrinking into a log block smaller than his palm before falling to the ground.

Despite losing a section from the middle of its trunk, the tree remained perfectly upright, floating in midair.

Fu Mo stared at the motionless upper half of the tree suspended in the air and couldn’t help shaking his head.

“No matter how many times I see it, Minecraft Rules are absurd.

In a cultivation setting, this tree would have to be some mighty expert capable of anchoring space.”

After making that offhand remark, Fu Mo walked over and picked up the log block.

[Achievement Unlocked: Obtain a Log]

[Achievement Points awarded: 10]

“It even recreated the achievements from the older versions?

Now I’ve got plenty to work with.”

Fu Mo was overjoyed.

Minecraft didn’t have that many achievements, and newer versions had removed many of the original ones.

Since the System had recreated the older achievements, he was confident he could earn over a hundred Achievement Points within a day.

To be safe, Fu Mo placed the log directly into the crafting grid and broke it down into four wooden planks.

He then quickly distributed the planks among the four crafting slots and made a Crafting Table.

The moment he held the Crafting Table in his hand, another System notification appeared.

[Achievement Unlocked: Minecraft]

[Achievement Points awarded: 10]

Just as he’d expected!

The System had recreated every achievement that had ever appeared throughout Minecraft’s history!

Fu Mo was now completely reassured and immediately opened the Mod Shop for a look…

Vein Miner, SlashBlade, Occultism, Ars Nouveau, Immersive Engineering, Create, Apotheosis, Equivalent Exchange, JEI Item Management, Twilight Forest…

Every kind of MOD imaginable was available.

Fu Mo was somewhat surprised to see even the Equivalent Exchange MOD in the Mod Shop.

The various items and tools in Equivalent Exchange had some of the most outrageously powerful effects around.

Many modpack creators deliberately avoided the MOD, while the few modpacks that included it were either pure power fantasies or absolute grindfests.

However, the moment he saw the price of the Equivalent Exchange MOD, he immediately calmed down.

[Equivalent Exchange MOD—Price: 50,000 Achievement Points]
